His record is fantastic and he knows the game - but apart from Porto, he was given squillians of pounds at every club to buy top players and although he has had great success, his ego and attitude seems to have caused controversy and broken team spirit in his last two jobs.

Seville for me too. But he's been kicked down the pecking order pretty bad lately and if he had the humility to try to build something I could just about be convinced. But when has he ever done that?
