He was one of a number of great shot stoppers we’ve had, who could could pull off unbelievable saves but couldn’t command their box or come (successfully) for crosses.

Interesting reading about keepers. I'd say Rab Douglas and Craig Gordon were similar as they were predoninantly shot-stoppers and I'd place Boruc an Forster as all-rounders. All of them over 6' yet Ronnie Simpson was only 5'8". Could Simpson have played in today's team? The one thing I can remember about him was his command of the penalty area and agility. He left the aerial work to Gemmell and McNeill.

Douglas was the week link in that team, nightmare at corners and cross balls, nightmare in one game against them when they scored 5.

The SPFL reply to the Zombie Sevs is absolutely bang on. Hopefully they will see fit to take the Sevs out onto the street and give them a good feckin kicking in front of everyone. HH.

The SPFL board have confirmed they only need one more vote in the Championship out with Alloa and Dunfermline. Or 2 more votes in the Premiership outwith Motherwell and Hamilton.

They’ve actually said without using his name that Robertson has been stealing confidential information and circulating it! Absolutely scandlous and he should immediately be took off the board! The book should be thrown at them over this! Staggering if this is goes unpunished by the way! This from the start has been all about 9 in a row and using any means necessary to deflect all attention off the fact that on the field of play, which I’m not mistaken is what football is about their team has been garbage once again! All this for the good of scottish football is the biggest laugh since oldco died from cheating the rest of scottish football!

Hopefully Sevco will be given disrepute charges! If spfl is wise they will get this done asap which would allow them to withhold prize moneys owed to the new club as that would be a safer path than relying on the new club to pay the fine! Everyone knows sevco don't do paying their dues!

Any thoughts on what Sevco's end game really is? Scorched earth?

Sevco don’t know their own end came. It is hard for them to predict when they run on a month to month, hand to mouth basis.
Most good organisations have a sound 5 and 10 year business plan in place.
Celtic have stuck to a similar business plan for the last 15 years.

do you think that they are heading to administration? It would not surprise me in very least that they want to take as many other clubs with them! They seem to think that the EFL is dying for them to join them down south! (The true limit of their dillusion is immeasurable)

I can't see football starting any time soon, all plans will be out the window, until we get a vaccine or a treatment for this curse of a virus, there will be hard times and mass unemployment, I read that Doncaster was asking Holyrood, or going to ask, for finance to save Scottish football, how can you possibly take taxpayers money and give it to save football clubs, and take it away from social services and the health service, footballers wages will have to be slashed, big money transfers are a thing of the past, things are going to get worse before they get better, football will just have to go into hibernation until next year.
