I wouldn't play forrest next week he really struggle againt them can count on one hand how many good games he's had against them. Hope he proves me wrong and puts in a good performance though.

Why do people of here keep mentioning 4-4-2. We never play it. We haven't played it in years. If we are going to play 2 up top then it will be 3-5-2. No way are we going to go into this game and give them an extra man in the midfield.

I really can't decide what formation I would like to play next week! 352 I would love with LG and Eddie up front as I think they could terrorise their back line, but the only time we have played 352 against decent opposition we were found really exposed at the back and ended up well beaten. Is there a half way house? 442 with a diamond 4. But will we then lack width? Decisions Decisions for the management team and with no European game I'm sure they will be working on it all week in training. what's your thoughts everyone's and ED?

For the 3-5-2 to really work we have to compete better than we have done in the last two games, where we were outfought and over-run. Griff and Eddy would have a field-day against that excuse for a defense, but we obviously need possession to give them the service. Would be great to have Ntcham, Cal-Mac and Broony in there and not Rogic or Christie starting the game and definitely not wee Frimpong.

Christie - like Johnston - has been 'bullied' before in these games and although he has the skill and ability, he lacks muscle and bite.

Never seen Christie bullied. Played poorly yes but not bullied. To say he lacks muscle is just nonsense. He has bulked up massively since he came back from aberdeen.

I am confident we will still win as the momentum has shifted significantly, but we really need to turn-up (unlike the last two games) and match their brawn over brain and that's where we have been found wanting and I still say Christie is more a ball-player than a Murdo McLeod or Bertie Auld for that matter.

My only concern with Christie is discipline, always gets on the wrong side of 50/ 50 decisions and this game certainly doesn’t suit,

I think the criticism of Taylor is harsh. He'd a tidy game yesterday and hopefully just needs time to grow into the jersey plus he had big boots to fill. As a minimum he deserves our backing and the chance to prove himself. He's the best defensive option at left back we've got and I'd play him at Ibronx before either Hayes or Boli. Just my opinion which as they say is what it's all about. I also thought Brown was worthy of MOTM if Griffiths hadn't scored a hat-trick. What a time for him to hit form. It would be nice to see him rattling one in against the Klan after the disgusting songs they sung about him when he was unwell. I'm sure Leigh hasn't forgot either. Anyway I thought Ross County were worth a wee tenner at 10/ 1 today. Stevie G is here for 10 in a row.

Don't want to be slating Taylor but his lack of pace took the sting out of a number of attacks yesterday because the ball went wide to his Feet rather than the space in behind for him to run on to. If he was quicker he'd be a great player as he delivers a mean cross at times.

They'll be building him up and if he adds the strength he should get a bit quicker.

Taylor seems to be taking pelters on SM. I think it's a bit harsh. The general complaints seem to be that he can't beat a man and has no place. Oh and he's to wee. I won't comment on the to wee as it doesn't deserve a comment. The other two are probably correct but he has other qualities.

He has a great engine and is up and down the line all day, he does the defensive side very well and he rarely gives a ball away. Frimpong for instance skips by opponents but often his final ball comes to nothing, Taylor plays a 15 yard pass to macgregor who does his magic and something happens.

Frimpong can't defend as well as Taylor. But Frimpong is raved about because he is exciting to watch. Forrest can't defend either and has a tendency to come inside when the wingbacks role is to stay wide and stretch the pitch.

So none of them are perfect but for me Taylor gets the stick because he isn't exciting enough even though he is often doing the dirty work that is allowing the exciting players to play. he's not perfect by any stretch but if he had pace and could beat a man he would be Tierney and worth 30 mill and we can't afford that type of player.

I mean no harm to Taylor whatsoever but he is nowhere near the level required to be a Celtic player. He looks a nervous wreck when he receives the ball. Yesterday he was up against Sevco reject Lee Hodson and didn’t manage to get by him once in 90 minutes. We lost a top class left back last summer in Tierney and replaced him we 2 poor/ average ones.

I agree he is maybe not the level we would like to see at Celtic but a player like Tierney comes along once in a generation, Frimpong we seem to have won a watch so outwith with spending big coin what is the alternative? We spent over 3 mill on a player with European experience and look what that got us. I think if you were to ask the Celtic players they would problably rate him higher than the fans as he is selfless. I noticed Callum Macgregor looking him out after he scored a couple of weeks ago for his assist. And remember wingback which he is asked to play is not his nature position. he's played left back all his career. It doesn't matter how well the team are playing the fans have to have something or someone to moan about. 5 0 yesterday and Taylor gets it.

his crossing is great . his quick passing inside aligned with good movement and link up negates his ability to go by players like a winger which he is not, he is good defender with a great workrate . no he isn't a good as tierney who ****ed off and left us, but its his first season stepping up to our level and imo is doing a good job.
