See Hibs have come out with very strong words about the current Rangers situation... Hope all other SPL clubs follow suit....
I also read the statement by Hibs in the Herald, I must agree with every word, I like the bit when Hibs slate Charlie Green for attempting to sign players while football debts still remain, well done Hibs, be interesting to hear what Romanov thinks!!! johnbhoy79

I have been thinking & got myself excited at the following.
This year we should win title no2 at a canter.
My thinking is when title done asap with hopefully enough games we can give young players a good run in squad with all youth reserve if you like blooming with a chance to give the stage not only does it give it experiance a higher market value giving cfc a bigger asset worth income from sales.
If it was played rite i could see cfc produce some fine players homebread aswell.
Could bring five or six like united did .i dont think it all doom n gloom would you see this as viable ed007.

Trouble is these guys are giving him time, because he's creating an image for himself.

75/80 % of cevco supporters want to start in the third division, that must be true because thats what they all say.. the sfl, sfa, spl, all say no guys we want you to start in the first because we want to bend over and drop everything to make it easier for you to get back to the top.. if this comes true , how many bears do you think would march on hampden to have the decision reversed.. my guess would be one less than the last protest . remember him with the we bite back british bulldog.. shamrock

Good day ed ! Iv been thinking a lot about how we are going to sign 2-3 players this summer and feel that for cl we might need more! I personally feel we need two cb a back up rb since Wilson an cha are away and the swede is injured!the Henrickson signing seems un needed but obviously the boy must be something special for us to be desperate to sign another cm! I also feel we need a winger an forward ! I know with the shame costing us money and league competition this won't happen but I feel that if we strengthened these positions we could do well in Europe!
I'm quite happy if toshney fits the bill at cb but it's a gamble as we only have mulgrew and rogne who I feel will be a class cb in next couple of years what's your opinion 007?
Brian {Ed007's Note - Henriksen would add some flair to the midfield Brian, he is very attack minded along the lines of Lubo or Naka and can play just off a front striker. I think it depends on what formation NL is going to employ in Europe:

I am still not convinced that Sevco will be set up in time to play anywhere next season but if they do it MUST be SFL3. Their history is over Briggs, there is no Rangers any more. As soon as the old club is liquidated then that is it, it's nobody's decision to make. Their history will always be there but it will have nothing to do with Zombie Rangers. The next trophy Sevco win will be their first trophy of their new history.}

Hi all, is it just me or are Rangers/NewCo/ trying to play a blindingly obvious game here? With Ally and former players, etc coming out and saying it would be best to go to the 3rd division when really the plan is to force their way into the 1st. On to transfers and I would be jealous if you signed Henriksen, I rate him that highly and the prices that are being quoted makes it a bargain in my eyes, he would set the SPL alight IMO and would easily double in value by this time next year.
I haven't been on here for a while due to being extremely busy, but I've just read you were ill Ed007, hope it isn't anything serious mate, hope you're well.

For me Smithy they whole Div3 thing is just a face saving exercise. They need investment in the team and to be back in the SPL asap..not at least 3 years out of it.
I'm would love to see us sign Henriksen but all has been quiet on the transfer front well other than us finally having a goalie ! The on-going rangers saga has dominated the headlines but I've no doubt NL has been quietly going about his business behind the scenes.
