Can see through his bluff. His message is saying that if it can work out for me in record time then it can work the whole of (at least) the US of A. Now, stop your nonsense, get back to work, thank me for you doing it and vote for me in November. Let's see long his inner circle take to cure. He'll be back in the ICU within the next week.

Well to be fair, it makes about as much sense as the other rules.

let me get this right? Donald Trump tests positive and is out and about after 3 days and Eddie and Christie are stuck in quarantine for 10! Blatant sectarianism! One rule for the orange and one for the green!

Due to his lack of training and preparation,
He could make the bench at a push.

if he feels no affects of the virus you would think that he would be gave some sort of programme by the lennon?

Agree2 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 19:29:03
They way he's been playing you would think he's had it for a while.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 19:42:55
why do people think a professional footballer won't be ready for a game after just 10 days off?

Agree0 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 19:56:38
BuzzBomb 10 following the signing of Laxal the Uruguayan do you know how many players from different countries have played for Celtic I don’t know myself but who better to ask than yourself our own Bob Crampsey.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 20:50:45
He is not just having ten days off, he will be having ten days of the virus, in some people the virus subsides for the first seven days then flares up worse, I wouldn't be putting him in any team plans until we see how the virus is affecting him.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 21:14:20
He could have the condition known as "long C.V.", this has a debilitating effect on people's lives, and stories of being left exhausted after even a short walk are now common.

Agree1 Disagree0

08 Oct 2020 11:31:15
I 99.9% had the virus for 3 weeks in April and believe me I am still gubbed by it my energy levels are crap my lung capacity is shot to bits my joints ache. The only doubt I have I didn’t have it as at that time only nhs staff were being tested. But I didn’t leave my house for 17 days. I know Eddie has posted on social media he is fine so fingers crossed he is and it’s not long term damage done to him? Mon the hoops 🍀🏆🏆🏆.

: Football authorities have announced if the Celtic v Rangers match on 17th October has to be cancelled then Rangers will be awarded a 4-0 victory. It would have been 3-0 but they've been awarded an early penalty.

Interesting that Red Bull Salzburg have blocked several players from going on international duty due to C.V. Maybe we should do the same.

Perhaps a week too late on that one.

More players will test positive before the end of this international break.
We will lose some they will some it all depends on who has the better squad.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

07 Oct 2020 16:42:25
They won't lose any as they don't have internationals. :P.

Armstrong, Tierney and Christie test positive. Seems only to attack decent players😂.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

07 Oct 2020 15:59:34
They say it's only Armstrong that tested positive; but Christie and KT to self-isolate because of close contact. Still affects us because of quarantine period and I reckon things will get worse as long as players are gathering and travelling in confined spaces outside their domestic 'bubble' for these pain in the arse Internationals.

Christie to miss sevco game this is a sh@tshow.

Close contact? Whit were they up tae? Lunch at a 3 person table for more than 15 minutes?

Utterly ridiculous.

It would seem Rodgers and congerton had left the infrastructure of the club a bit of a mess according to reports. and lenny praising Hammond for his hard work. and his job is now football operations manager. he appointed Gary penrice as his chief scout. got to say our signings up till now look very astute and hopefully Diego turns out the same HH.

Believable3 Unbelievable0

07 Oct 2020 15:28:45
Mallythetally what Rodgers attempted to do (take full backroom team) could of cost us the league title.

What he done will never be forgotten and these ridiculously incompetent journalists down south are too stupid to realise that under no circumstances will our club do business with Leicester City whilst he is in charge.

Would not be surprised if he has at some point enquired about our players and been set straight.

07 Oct 2020 17:26:51
Is that a fact Phil. I hope it is true because his timing was deplorable and I for one won't forgive him for it.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 19:49:23
I know that Kolo Toure was impressed by a young Academy player and pointed him to Rodgers who tried to get him, but the young lad signed a 3 year contract with us.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 20:05:36
Rogers reputation and morals hit a new low with his exit and the timing; stupidly he would have thought that a few podcasts and celtic friendly interviews would have done the trick

It won't
It never will

He was here
He is gone

And he will be remembered for the exit and not the exploits.

Just listened to press conference from Lennon and he was asked a question about Charlie Nicholas.

Loved his response when he said Nicholas had been negative about our club for years and he just ignores him.

While I don't like Kilmarnock I did think it was harsh that they got made forfeit their cup game due to there players having to isolate.

C.V. can infect anyone at anytime and I am sure it will effect all teams in Scotland at one point and would feel greatly aggrieved if the same were to happen to us.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

07 Oct 2020 12:36:27
That was the rules the SPFL set out for the League Cup.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 13:00:24
It could very well happen to us and BANG goes the treble chance?

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 14:37:32
Exactly, this is my fear as well and I am sure any club that suffers as a consequence of the rule will feel aggrieved.

07 Oct 2020 15:53:56
What happened to Killie was their own choice. They could’ve fielded a youth team but thought it would be unfair on the youngsters. Personally I would have played them and let them know there were no expectations on them and to just enjoy the experience.

When is the window open until to register free transfers? I see they are linked with wee sicknote jack. But if you look at the names available for free, a couple would be worth a punt.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

07 Oct 2020 11:46:52
I am sure you can sign players out of contract at anytime as the same rules do not apply.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 12:20:36
Sicknote Jack reminds me of the type of player we have in Calmac. I know who I'd rather have - a player who played 69 games in one season, a Celtic man through and through and an absolutely vital member of our squad.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 15:12:58
Cal Mac is a marvellous creature runs all day and very seldom injured u can tell the boy looks after himself . Also heard brown and tierney talk about him saying the professionalism with Callum is different level.

I am of the opinion that French Eddy has been under the weather for a few weeks now, his resistance has been low so any C.V.s going around, his body may not have been able to fend off.
This two week break I see as a positive to let him recover and recharge his batteries, even if it means him missing the Rangers game, the worrying thing is now who did he come into contact with during this time, are any of the other Celtic players affected.
Cue the Rangers media calling for "Celtic to forfeit the Rangers game" that is a guarantee.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

07 Oct 2020 11:21:02
They won’t forfeit a league game only cup games being forfeited due to the tight timelines the group matches need to be played by. So absolutely not a hope in hell the Glasgow derby will be forfeited and anybody trying to imply this is a fool! Hope Eddie gets back ok and fit and well but a chance Ajeti could be fit but we have griff and polish paddy! Roll on the 17th can’t wait 🍀.

French eddy
He could have been carrying it for a while now with zero symptoms. Remember last week he did not want picked for the team as he did not feel right. I was thinking something is wrong. Speedy recovery big man get well soon 🍀.

France is a 7 day isolation we're 10 days but if he's gets say another 3 tests and they're all negative. would he be available.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 10:21:22
I think it depends on how accurate our testing system is. We can only hope our testing system is a really good one.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 10:22:37
That makes it worse if it did not show on tests.
Depends on test is it just body temperature that won't work impossible to tell. Body temperature could rise 5mins later. Are the players giving blood every few days doubt it. The costing would be to high for every club. So if it's just thermometer it could easily be missed.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 10:41:19
With all the testing and strict regulations in place, CV is still affecting top teams and players. Obviously all the smaller clubs that do not have the finance or facilities to test and monitor players are even more at risk of C.V. and I think we could face a season suspension if these latest precautions and limitations don't work?

Agree0 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 11:08:24
Andy a temperature check is not a C.V. test. there's a massive difference between checking someone's temperature and testing for C.V. All teams in the top league in Scotland have to test their players a couple of times a week so i don't think edouard playing poor the past few weeks has anything to do with the virus.

Im sure he wil be fine but don't think he will play against rangers but baased on his recent performanced id have been tempted to bench him and start with griff and ajeti ( who should be fit) .

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 11:43:15
Just glad he tested positive when he was away with France and not in Scotland, as it means the rest of our players won't have to isolate.

Agree1 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 12:15:38
Your missing the point DC7591.
Mormal body temperature for an adult is around 98.6°F (37°C) , but everyperson’s baseline just slightly dif. So a temp above this is fever as you are burning up so this is not gd or something is off. So it is a gd test as body temp is very important to health.
It is obvious it's not a yes test for C.V. đŸ€ but it is a test to get checked for fever C.V. flue like symptoms.

Agree0 Disagree0

07 Oct 2020 13:50:15
Why are you talking about giving bloods every few days?, is the test, not the one with thing up the nose? .
