I don't particularly like Gordon. He is a great reactive shot-stopper but not a great goalkeeper.
However, as you say, he is the best keeper we have right now.

Players always seem to get better in people's minds when they are out the team.
When de vries was sitting on the branch people were shouting give him a game now Gordon's out they are praying for him

It has been a problem position since Forster left with both current goalkeepers having their faults; but we can't do anything about it now, but if the defense and outfield play as well as they can, we will more than compensate - but we do need better in the summer.

Kev T is a brilliant attacking full back . His best work is usually done in the oponents half of the field . I doubt that B R will bring in 2 cb's and a rb to compliment K Tierney
If he wanted a solid defence he may not be playing K T.

My mate told me Graeme Souness is mouthing off that a win for Sevco this Sunday is good for Scottish Football. I can’t remember him saying back when he was Managing the Old Co that they need a Challenge from Celtic for the good of Scottish Football.
It’s no surprise that we’ve seen various posts on here this week quoting what ex Sevco or Old Co players are saying.
Our guys will be bursting a gut on Sunday and will certainly would to shut them all up.
No Team Talk needed from Brendan this weekend.

I have no problem as I don't read any Scottish papers or listen to or watch sports programmes. My life is no worse off, I don't feel deprived .

Ya have to say it makes me laugh too to hear souness on about better for Scottish football if the huns win. As you said GT10 if thing were the other way around there wouldn't be a sound from him. Funny how he or anyone from there never had a problem when they were dominating Scottish football. Maybe l missed them saying it! Plus must say l am glad to see the way the celtic lads are keeping nice a quiet and let them mouth off all they want. Let them dig there our grave for Sunday.

Must confess, I’ve defended commons when he was with us. thought he was a bargain for us and done well! But I’ll admit now he’s a total person! Spouts one load of rubbish and that clown boyd on the tele is cringeworthy! Really disappointed at the way he’s acted since he left us! But ED called it years ago, said back then commons was trouble, and he was spot on!

Commons would have wound his career going from Preston-Huddersfield (with respect) etc but we gave him his big shot. A very good signing and a lot of goals, some really big ones at that, but we were better for him. Made him a millionaire, his wife admitted as much, and medals and glory.

These ex Celts are shameful, and i don't mind a bit of a critique if it makes sense, as they toe the broadcasters line.

There has been a string of ex-Celts only too willing to bad mouth us when we struggle, try to find fault where there is none and buy into the biggest lie ever told in 2012.
Too many are happy to suck up to SLY and other hun broadcasters just to convey what they and the Sevco support want to hear.
Just for once it would be refreshing for someone like Bertie Auld to tell it how it is and call TRIFC to task.
