I was talking to Barry Bannan this morning and i asked him if he was signing for us he told me that there had been no interest from celtic and thinks he's going to stay at villa and fight for his place but he did say that he would jump at the chance to sign for us btw he's an old school freind and what school was that you were at with him?? he was at my school.

ha ha PATO! £30-40 million player on loan, away and take your face for a s**te

Believable1 Unbelievable1

I love when members of the tic think world class players would join them on loan when they are getting regular first team football for one of the best teams in the world

Agree0 Disagree0

Sounds like a wind up from a rangers fan to be honest happens on both sites, its usually the fans from the opposing sides that reply to the ridiculous claims, lol

here ED how about we get this WATP and Timmy s**te off this page, let the knuckle draggin orks stick to their own page to discuss the leveraged buy out by dim but nice and how he's remortgaging their season ticket/ giro money for the next 4 years for sally's "warchest"

DEBT FREE MY ARSE {Ed007's Note - I can stop the "tim" word if you guys want, it doesn't bother me getting called it but it's up to you}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Stop watp and timmy and then say knuckle draggin orks= priceless

Agree0 Disagree0

Im a rangers fan and im totally for stopping the name calling as the ed007 will testifie as far as im concern nothing wrong with abit of banter but to treat people the way you want to treated nothing wrong with differing views either big rab by the way never called anyone those names and never will

Agree0 Disagree0

As ive said before watp is an old song that's not sung anymore we are the people who support the boys in blue i don't like the tim timmy nonsense. as for rangers finance me and the ed007 covered that in the last 24hours personlly i don't think it hard to understand debt free in sense he now owns the debt (whyte) and not the banks he hasnt lied up to now on anything and as i have said will leave 3-5 years but rangers can move forward like i said if this didn't happen we would have an even smaller squad he has covered all the bases on the finance side of things i am trying to work out what fans thought would happen there still the tax issue but looking at it rangers will win that case and whyte will do a reissue complaining about name calling and you are doing it holier than thou i don't think so also he holding the debt because the if the worst happens and rangers lose the tax case then we keep everything ibrox murray park win win for mr whyte ground hog day again must have repeted myself 3or4 times on the site making the blind see big rab by the way sorry ed007 for the tangent but you no me by now {Ed007's Note - No worries Rab, how are you tonight, I've been really busy, the whole site is really taking off and the transfers haven't really got going yet}

Agree0 Disagree0

Im alright mate even bhoy1888 picked up on the holier than thou brigade it is funny in a way complaining about being called names then answering back by name calling im glad i don't have to trawl through the nonsense some of the stuff on here annoy me inthe sense of no respect for each other but you never know get enough good guy saying it maybe people will take notice living in hope big rab by the way {Ed007's Note - Hope springs eternal Rab}

Note to Ed, can you stop the knuckledraggers from posting on the Celtic rumours page? they are easily identified, they normally (or abnormally knowing them) sign off with WATP or or something stupid like here we go for 4IAR. . . anyway you know what I mean, keep the herd of knuckledraggers in their own pen please. {Ed007's Note - It's a banter site, as long as they keep it fairly civilised I'm fine with it. There is nothing stopping you posting on their site}

Believable1 Unbelievable1

I have some sense, why would I want to go anywhere near an Orc knuckledraggin site, you know who these nupties are, besides it wasn't on the banter page, it was on the rumours page!

Agree0 Disagree0

Is posting going for 4 in a row stupid? its very realistic chum. no a celtic poster making that statement would sound a bit ridiculous.

Agree0 Disagree0

Note to this guy its a banter site how can you call people knuckledragger orcs etc then have the cheek to complane about 4iar when infact rangers are challenging for 4iar as for watp read my post above as the ed007 will tell you i don't do name calling its childish and some people need to grow up big rab by the way

Sorry, just so that I understand this properly - you're trying to say that Pato, Brazils first choice centre forward who has been banging in the goals for AC Milan for the last few years and is valued at between £30-40M is coming to the SPL on loan? Are you sure its not Pat O'Brien and you've just misheard?

"Youz" is not a word.

Correct, we won't get Eboue. He's not very good (even Arsenal fans hate him), he's too eractic in challenges and gets booked, sent off and gives away penalties too often. Someone I wouldn't want to see at Celtic Park. Oh and his wages are far too much. Much like Torsten Frings was on about 50k a week at Werder Bremen. So "youz" stop kidding yourself as well.

Jog on William.

The rumours coming from Spurs are that 'Arry is looking to offer celtic either:

6 million plus Robbie Keane

OR

8 million plus Niko Kranjcar

for Emilio Izaguirre and Beram Kayal {Ed007's Note - Is that Londo near Leeds/Harrogate? That's where your IP is from?}"

But originally from Govan! ! {Ed007's Note - So you have went from Govan to Londo?? I assume that was London you meant but your IP was from Leeds and now you are in Falkirk?? Are you the Real Radio Renegade?}

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Not all from the one poster Ed. {Ed007's Note - Yes they are! Your IP number comes up when you post, that's how we ban people, through their IP address}

Agree0 Disagree0

Your incorrect Ed. I copied a previous posting and added the comment "But originally from Govan! !" I am the poster with the IP address in Falkirk. If you go back to the original posting you'll see that it was a different IP address. {Ed007's Note - Well why did you answer a post that wasn't yours? That's when I started checking the IP? The "originally from Govan" had nothing to do with the post you tagged onto??? You added it to a post from someone pretending to be in London, when they weren't. What is your point?}

Agree0 Disagree0

Hi Ed. The great power of the written word - one party (myself) makes a point that I think it clear and another party (yourself) interprets it completely differently (and justifiably). My point was that the original poster was making out that he was in London when you identified through his IP address that he wasn't and that he was in the Leeds / Harrogate area. I believed that his posting was a bit on the mischievous side, suggesting that he was a Rangers supporter at the wind up. Given that I felt he was a Rangers supporter I made the comment that the poster was originally from Govan. lol (hope the heck I'm clear this time). {Ed007's Note - Right, sorry, crossed wires there D'UH!!! :-)

Agree0 Disagree0

dont be ridiculous. unless you mean the one at villa. there is absolutely not a chance Shay will be the celtic goali in August. Also lennon to be sacked and mark hughes to take over?

Lennon will NOT be sacked! DD said live on TV before the cup final that he would get a new contract for a Very long time! !
How stupid would he look if he then sacked him! ! {Ed007's Note - He hasn't got a contract, therefore he can't be sacked}

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Actually ed he has a 6 month rolling contract {Ed007's Note - The 6 month rolling contract can be cancelled at any 6 month interval by either party. This is one of those windows, so if that kicks in it will run for 6 months, if as expected Dermot Desmond gives him a long term fixed contract it makes the 6 month rolling one defunct, so technically he has no 6 month or fixed term contract at the moment}

Agree0 Disagree0

Can't see it happening myself but SkyBet have odds of 10/1 for us to sign Kevin Nolan so either it's on there as a deceptive outside bet to make money or they've sources saying we've shown interest. He's also a Celtic fan. Favourites are Blackburn at 4/1.

Incidentally, we're evens on Shay Given (favourites Villa at 4/7), 3/1 on Jay Boothroyd (favourites Everton at 4/5) and 5/1 on Craig Bellamy (favourites Sunderland at 10/11)

Believable1 Unbelievable0

It doesn't always go by the odds what odds were celtic when they signed robbie keane on loan

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeah obviously but sometimes the odds on transfers and managers are based on rumblings and what people know.

Martin Jol was made manager of Fulham today after being the favourite to replace Mark Hughes. {Ed007's Note - I don't gamble, you never see a poor bookie, most of the time they are there or there abouts}

The other factor is the investment is from future ticket sales. . As a supporter would you want to commit funds to someone for a team on the pitch 2 to 3 years from now not knowing what it will be? Why should fans invest in a team for future years to come when "The Chairman isn't even to invest in them now??

As OF supporters we do this every season i for one have renewed my Season ticket for ibrox just as thousands of Celtic fans have for Parkhead do we know who will be pulling on the jersey come the start of the new season will Emilio, Kayal, Jelavic, McGregor, Commons, hooper, Naismith, Davis still be there. we do not know Celtic don't know if NL will be there until he actualy signs a contract that's the way of things with the OF the board lead and the fans blindly follow.

Tonydom

Believable1 Unbelievable1

I would agree to initial point but not to the 2 or 3 seasons from now, especially due to the nature of the takeover and with this evidence coming to light. There is no use in closing your eyes and hoping it will just go away. We don't have the issue of a massive tax bill or Directors who have ran the club issuing public announcements, do we now?

so mr whyte last night confirmed a 12 mill transfer budget and more if needed for ally this summer. . bad.bad news for celtic. .someone get onto the tax man quick. . this maybe drive the celtic support to despair {Ed007's Note - No he didn't, here is his promise regarding the squad investment:

He has undertaken “to provide £5m for investment in the playing squad”.

Stated his intention to “invest, or procure an investment of, £20m by 2016 for investment in the playing squad”.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Check out the records sport section. the quote what mr whyte said last night in an interview. 12 mill minimum this season {Ed007's Note - Well his paperwork doesn't back that up in any way, and todays Evening times says different. The Daily Record actually says he will invest £12m in the club, it does not say it is solely in the squad, that includes new deals, wages, refurbishment etc etc}

When have the Daily Record ever printed anything worth reading?? {Ed007's Note - The TV pages are sometimes accurate my Mrs says}

07 Jun 2011 13:20:46
Ed have to say, had a browse through the docs you provided links to about Rankers. I would be worried as a Rangers fan, it points to Mr Whyte and Mr Ellis ensuring that if Rangers receive a heavy fine that he won't lose any money it will come from saleable assets. Also the investment seems to be coming from season ticket sales not his pocket. Some might even say he is expecting this to happen hence why he is not investing any of his own capital into the club, well he did spend £1.00. Again I would as Rangers fan be concerned as were the Directors who spoke out and were then dismissed. . {Ed007's Note - My point exactly}

Believable1 Unbelievable2

The other factor is the investment is from future ticket sales. . As a supporter would you want to commit funds to someone for a team on the pitch 2 to 3 years from now not knowing what it will be? Why should fans invest in a team for future years to come when "The Chairman isn't even to invest in them now??

Agree0 Disagree0

Celtic fans still fixated with this issue thought we sorted this last night seem fans not reading the posts im a rangers fan and im not worried because we are still going to be here after the tax case also like ive said if there is a points deduction well you will win the league well possibly because even that is not certain where he is getting the money from is not transparent but we have the monkey of our back (the banks) and can sign a few players tax issue is separate and didn't go away when he bought rangers and as hes the major debtor he gets everything if we go into administration hes not a saudi billionare who wants a new hobby like i said early hours hes covered all the bases in finance terms it would of been very stupid of him to wipe out the debts before the tax case for the reasons given read the posts futher down big rab by the way and finally put the this issue to bed

Hey Ed regarding our conversation last night regarding Europe if you lot get through the qualifiers then drop me a line and i will help you fill in the crisis loan form (as you stated previously you have never applied) remember pride comes before a fall. i have been reduced to the crisis loan route quite simply because im getting on a bit now and can't raise enough cash through being a rent boy or male prostituition life can be cruel

Tonydom {Ed007's Note - I hope you are not soliciting on here Tony?}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

No way Ed im past it now anyway i proberly know most of the guys on here done some of my best business outside parkhead Lol (by the way guys i am joking) more seriously Ed with ref to Mr Whyte and the tax man according a posteron the rangers pages he has stated that if Rangers lose the tax case Whyte being the major share holder can veto the club going into administration whats your thoughs

Tonydom {Ed007's Note - It's a very cloudy situation, one thing is for sure, Craig Whyte is dodgier than a bag of monkeys!! He has basically lied to the fans all along, hence the concerns shown by the old board, It all hangs on the HMRC case, but no matter the outcome of that, Whyte hasn't proven he has the money to invest that he led people to believe.}

Why are rangers supporters so obssessed with signing explayers, personally I don't think mccoist has a clue. Just shows you how crap the scouting systen is at ibrox.

we as so obsessed with signing players as you put it quite simply because we have a threadbare squad that just piped you lot to the cup and league a bit squeaky bum time if we can keep the core of our team and add a bit of depth then 4 in a row should come a bit easier.

we are not the only ones obsessed with signing players take a look at this page m8 Keane, bellamy, long, Given etc infact everybody from ronaldo to pudsey bear, and before you go aff the heed we are just as bad we are being linked with players way out of our financial clout and if Mr Whyte is to belived( £12 Million) reported we are in a slightly better position in the transfer market than Celtic both with money to spend and with CL football and i still think most of the players we are linked with are out of our league.

one more point Ed i have been away for a while can you confirm if Neil Lennon has signed or been officaly offered a new contract

Tonydom {Ed007's Note - NL is on holiday but I imagine a new contract is just waiting to be signed, Dermot Desmond has made it a priority for Peter Lawwell to sort it out}

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Thats good Ed NL does add a bit of spice to the OF would hate for you lot to lose him and end up with another (take it on the chin Mobery)

Tonydom {Ed007's Note - Perish the thought, I liked Mowbray as a player, but I always suspected he might be "too nice" for the job}

Agree0 Disagree0

Strange that one never saw us linked with ronaldo anywhere or pudsey bear, but i do here that the only country in the world that you lot are linked with players from is the Sudan, but then again every transfer window the gattuso rumours never exist

Agree0 Disagree0

Obviously you never read my full post m8 i clearly stated we are just as bad its clearly there if you take of the tinted glasses you might see it as for the Gattuso rumour i wish it would go away cause i think he aint any better than we have now. this rumour run side by side with the Keane and bellamy Rumours and i have seen postings on both pages saying these guys are coming home(Gattuso, Keane, Bellamy) and as i stated before i have spent more time in the sh*tter over the weekend(doggey Indian) than these three guys have spent at Ibrox or Celtic Park

Tonydom {Ed007's Note - Too much information Tony!!! FFS!!! It does get tiresome people harking back to old players all the time. I help run the Man Utd site as well, on there you get bombarded with names from people playing FIFA/FM and "discovering" a player, up here they don't even take time to do that, just keep looking backwards. It doesn't matter how many times someone posts something it doesn't mean it is going to happen!}

bhoys, my cousin works in the celtic shop in town and has told me this news, take what u want from it!
as most will probably be aware, if u buy the new away kit (disgrace) u will get free name and number on it. well anyway, my cousin said that when they ordered the numbers and letters, 60% of the numbers are for number 8, and the most opular letter in the order is "v" .
i am struggling to think why 8 and why v???

I've got some inside info on this, some clown in the club store filled the order form in wrong and now they're stuck with 20,000 V's. They've tasked Neil Lennon with only signing players with V's in their name, the more the merrier.

Expect next seasons team to look summat like this:

GK - Emilio Viviano (Bologna)
RB - Dani Alves (Swap & Commons & Forrest go other way)
LB - Patrice Evra (Swap for Izaguirre - we only ordered 3 Z's so we're goosed)
CB - Nemanja Vidic (Part of Emilio deal - he's THAT good)
CB - Glen Loovens (Rogne & Wilson have no V's and we've no money)
RM - Simon Davies (Fulham)
LM - David Silva (Mancini wants Kayal, a lot)
CM - Rafa Van Der Vaart (Part ex - Scott Brown)
CM - Patrick Vieira (free transfer)
CF - David Villa (with Alves - part of Commons deal - Barca really want him)
CF - Hooper (just cos he's awesome and Lenny knows he's used a lot of V's so he'll blag it)

Believe what you want but this is 100% what I heard, or defo summat like it. Who knows these days.

Believable3 Unbelievable2

The ex-players you're on about are Novo, Miller and Gattuso.

Rangers fans loved Novo as he played for the shirt and nicked the odd important goal against Celtic.

Miller is a hero because of his goalscoring record.

Gattuso went on to play for AC Milan and as far as I can remember Celtic fans hated the guy as he was a dirty wee s**** (my mum had a particular dislike for him).

We're always doing the same with quality players like Keane, Bellamy, Given, Dunne etc. because they are/were unwanted at their clubs and/or are known Celtic fans and the first two ripped teams apart up here.

Stan the man coming back to celtic for 3 million would be more but celtic have a 30% sell on, his wife wants to come home to glasgow.
also heard that if any team bids 10mil or round about that for Kayal or Izaguirre we will have to sell, but this will allow us funds to bring in a few more players. {Ed007's Note - Are they divorcing? If Paulina is homesick she will want to move back to Bulgaria where she comes from I would imagine}

I think you should check your FACTS! PAULINA NEVER WANTED TO LEAVE, IT WAS STANS CHOICE WHICH HE STATED VERY OPENLY THAT HIS WIFE WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT LEAVING GLASGOW AS THIS HAD BECOME HER HOME!

Hope petrov aint coming back, remember him spitting out his dummy and not celebrating winning the league with the rest of the players

So celtic representatives have been talking to kenny millers representatives. . . .hopefully just to tell the little bronzed f*** he needs a higher warp factor on his sun tan lotion. wee p***k steps foot inside celtic park again and he deserves a slap. regardless of what strip he's wearing.
