I think we should rank higher too many current and ex world class players mention how class our stadium is.

My game I will never forget was at Tynecastle, in the middle 70s.
We were 3 nil down near the end of the first half when I think Andy Lynch scored, Big Jock got a hold of them at the interval and we came out a completly different team.
Ronnie Glavin was bundled ball and all into the net right on the final whistle to win 3-4. The winning goal was a thing of passion, desperation and most of all a real determination to win. Almost the whole Celtic team was in the box and all them tried to get on the end of the cross about 7 or 8 players ended up in the net. The Hearts keeper and some of there players with some tic players. Great game and a great comeback.

Was at that game Jonace; we were late arriving and were herded into the 'enclosure' queue by the Embra Polis beside the Gorgie lot. Getting away from there safe and sound felt almost as good as the amazing performance and result.

At the game too. Polis took everything aff the fans even food and flasks of tea. Remember the long walk tae get there.
We almost left before the end as many did.
Celtic also done the same thing against St Johnstone at Muirton Park (4-3)
Loved going up to Perth weā€™d get fresh pies from the Christieā€™s factory on the way to the game.

Battle of the GREENS cup finals

Two games that stick in my mind are the Scottish Cup final of 1982 and league Cup final of 1984 (sure those are the years)
In the Scottish Cup final Celtic won 6-1 and in the League Cup Final Celtic won 6-3
I was at both games and if my auld memory serves me right Dixie Deans scored hatricks in BOTH games.
The one goal that sticks in my memory even to this day, is a raging shot from wee Jinky which was going well wide until Dixie threw himself at the ball and bulleted it into the goal. What a goal.
Like today, we Celtic fans were spoiled as we saw a team winning trophies AND playing great attacking football hail hail.

Typing error with your 7s and 8s Tim.
Before my time but Iā€™ve seen the videos. Playing the Celtic way. A Hibs player also scored a hat- trick in their 6-3 defeat.
That was back in the day when Celtic got to every domestic cup final in about 11 years ( also 14 league cup finals in a row ) . The only time Celtic didnā€™t reach the final was the Scottish Cup In ā€˜68 when Dunfermline won at Celtic Park and then the Pars went on to beat Hearts in the final.

Harperā€™s a barrel, Harperā€™s a barrel of Sh*te also scored 3. Dixie could not half jump. His feet seemed to be chest height on players.
