It's been a real two steps forward - one step back season and too many times we have struggled for goals, especially if Griffiths is off the boil and even though Dundee have had a decent couple of results, a good Celtic side would be ripping through this league at this stage, driving for the title before the stupid split.
There were good signs against Hertz, but the consistency and confidence and determination of previous seasons is missing.
Most of us still believe the title is on it's way, but we have been far from convincing far too often and whereas, at the end of last season, we finished with style and several games to spare, giving optimism for this season; I worry about what shape we will be in come the qualifiers on July, with so many players who have been out of sorts or ineffective for so much of this campaign.

Have to agree with JJ2. Poor, poor, poor. I know I don't post often, only when I feel that I have something I really have to say. That was a tough watch tonight. If we do fall over the line, and I think we will, this must be the worst Celtic team EVER to win a title. Anyways, PLEASE don't get me wrong. I hope we win the league, get rid of a lot of deadwood and go again. I like RD, I really do. but NO. The top three on the football side have to go. HH.

We have too many substandard players who just aren't fit to wear the jersey, end of. And, like you Davie, I think RD is a nice, intelligent guy and I wish the best for him but he just isn't a good fit for our club in my opinion.

Bigger picture is, who do we get in after RD if he leaves? Cause he was 4/ 5th choice for manager job.

We had Roy Keane knock us back due to the budget so the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd choices are out there and available if we're willing to invest accordingly.

Dont kid yourself on DN there will be a queue of managers wanting the job if it came up. Just because we can't name them doesn't mean a thing, it could easily be someone we know or even someone we not heard of like RD.

My worry Rayman is that one of this imaginary queue would be appointed should R D leave . How do u think that would work out, a queue of mostly unemployed managers headed by Owen Coyle, Moyes, Rodgers Stubbs and Hartley and of course Jackie Mac .

I'm behind celtic for the title but needing a goal and bring on Armstrong and Richards and leave your 2nd top scorer commons on the bench along with Forrest don't care about contracts I care about 3 points we need to win this title to make it 5 in a row then we won't have a better chance for 10 time to up our standards and spend some money in the summer and blow every1 out of the water this chance won't come again.

Commons Forrest have won titles scored important goals in Europe have never let celtic down I don't understand Richards Armstrong gms how are they better even rogic wasn't in the team but c'mon guy Kris commons is Celtics best like it or not.

That's why performances matter. Good performances deliver good results and good habits. We have been a shambles all season with no cohesiveness. Yeah we've won our fair share but the performances are so hit and miss there are no guarantees of success nowadays.

By hook or by crook we need to get the league wrapped up. Maximum points at Fir Park is a must.

Good God, there is always one or two
Commons may have been able to do a job a season or two ago but increasingly this season he has looked over fat, over age, too slow and too immobile apart from that and been too selfish he would do all right if u wanted to play that type of player.

ED, what is that twat Adrian Durham's beef with Celtic? I remember you lambasted him on here some time ago but I can't remember the context of it. Today I was listening to 5Live and he started talking about a historic night at Ibrokes tonight, that Sevco were coming back where they belong and that Celtic fans will now be filled with nerves because they've been getting it too easy for too long and Sevco will bring it to an end. He mentioned us going to Dundee tonight and the possibility of opening up a 7 point gap but he added that this wasn't important and that tonight should be all about Sevco. Why is this halfwit fool so anti-Celtic?

I'm looking for two tickets for tonight's game. Does anyone have any? Can meet outside the stadium as I live in Dundee. I'm sure I could get them if I go and wait outside the stadium but would rather get them sorted before hand. Cheers in advance!

Have you tried the Dundee club shop?
I got mine there when they went on sale for the original date.
Re Dundee and Utd, they both keep an allocation for sale at their shops. Seats are for main stand and Fair Play stand.
Other option is try outside ground, always somebody trying to sell.

Hartley when he played for us, played better than was a player, he would be the first name up would write on your team sheet want . Paul is trying to get 11 like himself on the Dundee team and so I expect an in our face encounter from start to finish and if we edge it I will be delighted.
