And it came to pass that a man from the South arrived. This man was a mighty man, with great big hands, and his name was Gre-yin. He raised his staff and parted the hordes. He was the new saviour, he would smite mightily the man from the east named Law-well. For Law-well was a great man who was loved by his tribe for the riches he delivered. Law-well had Len-ny to lead his armies. Len-ny was a young general who had conquered Wa-ttie the leader of the hoards, leading him to retirement and who had brought gold from Barcelona and Russia. His soldiers chanted we are all len-ny! They followed him in great numbers all over Europa.

Gre-yin thought the one named Coist-ee could be his Len-ny. The hordes loved Coist-ee. As a soldier he had proved himself to them. But nay. Soon Coist-ee had turned the hoards against him. Gre-yin had a problem. Coist-ee could not shower him with gold like Len-ny. Coist-ee brought lead from battles with much weaker tribes from the north and beyond. Soon the hoards realised that gold was in short supply in their camp. They asked gre-yin did he have gold in reserve for them for they were losing battles to much smaller tribes like An-ann and Stir-ling. Gre-yin had to tell them he did not. It was then Gre-yin turned to a shamen named Tra-nor. Tra-nor told the hoards what they wanted to hear. We do not need gold, we are mighty and tribes will fall at our feet, he claimed.

The wailing and gnashing of the hoards teeth stopped with this news from Tra-nor. For they were placated. The cave paintings told of mighty adventures in Enger-lnd for the hoards, for Tra-nor controlled the cave painters. And he would smite fury upon them if they did tell the truth. Gre-yin was pleased with Tra-nor. All was well with the hoards. but in the distance was the sound of thundering hooves. Gre-yin knew this sound. It was the sound of Why-tee. Gre-yin was there to please the hoards, but Why-tee was to be the true leader, Why-tee needed gold and he was here to take it. ( to be continued after another fatty!) green jhedi

The remarkable thing is Whyte put D&P in place.
Whyte introduced Green to D&P to buy the assets.
D&P were in a special one on one exclusivity relationship with Bill Miller and should not have been talking to other parties.

D&P knew Sevco5088 was buying the assets and sold them to Sevco5088. When Green moved the assets to Sevco Scotland ltd, d&P should have been asking questions!!

a web site online article is quoting Green in parenthesis.
He states he signed a resignation letter from Sevco5088 and the actual assets were not purchased by Sevco5088 but by Rangers (Scotland) Ltd. this is lies.

Sevco5088 bought the assets. This is a matter of legal record. If D&P start to say they didn't sell to Sevco5088 then they're lying also.

The assets were transferred out of Sevco5088 to Sevco (Scotland) ltd by Green 24hrs later, without Whyte's authorisation.

Whytes got them over a barrel.

HBOS directors and SDM should all be jailed. These guys helped push the uk into recession and busted a bank.

Do Rangers fans still believe what happened to their Club last year is similar to what happened at Celtic in 1994?

I've posted before saying when Fergus McCann saved Celtic, he paid off the bank, creditors and some of the shareholders.

He did not want to take the route of liquidation and clearly stated he was not prepared for there to be no Celtic.

Now whether you believe all this holding company carry-on or not and it might be the case that the football authorities say the Club that Ally McCoist manages now is a continuation of Rangers for the sake of the fans, anyone with a half a brain knows the score.

Celtic never left the top flight nor was this down to any vote by other Clubs to keep them there. The 'holding company'/Club never lost any license or had to apply for a transfer of it.

Nearly a year after Rangers were saved (or whatever), the fans have no idea who owns this incarnation they have forked out money to watch.

You are not the same as Celtic in 1994! Celtic in 1994 compared to this current prediciment of Rangers, would be a fairytale dream.

I do not for the life of me understand why Ally McCoist is demanding answers now, he has worked with Green for nearly a year why did he not suss him out? Is that just a woman thing?

I used to watch with amusement but its boring now and I'm fed up with it.

Its plainly obvious for anyone to see something is amiss and yet again, this will drag on through the summer. I reckon its time these vocal Supporter Groups stepped up to the plate and stop looking over the City. ~ Mrs E

What the Rangers fans need to look at is what Green said "I just told Whyte what he wanted to hear" The same thing he's been doing too them since they were formed. He's proved he is a class A bullsh**er I look forward to see what happens in the next couple of months, I can also see Sandaza trying to take Legal action also. Craig Whyte 'plans legal action' to claim back Rangers ownership

The former Rangers owner has instructed lawyers over the deal.

Former Rangers owner Craig Whyte is believed to be planning to launch legal action to secure the club's assets from Charles Green's consortium.

The former owner of the Ibrox club, who purchased an 85% stake in the 'oldco' from Sir David Murray for £1, has instructed London-based lawyers to serve Rangers with a writ demanding the assets are handed over in the coming weeks.

Ally McCoist says he will seek answers from Rangers chief executive Charles Green over newspaper claims former owner Craig Whyte was involved in the new company set up to run the club.

A down-market newspaper alleged on Friday that Whyte, the previous majority shareholder of the old company which operated Rangers, put up Green as a front man to purchase the assets of the club through the Sevco 5088 company.

Did chuckie tell the AIM or indeed the SFA that Whyte was the financial backer of his takeover? If not then this would surely render his IPO void? And with regards to the SFA would this then mean the licence granted to them should be revoked? And that's before you even look at the legality of a businessman, Whyte, borrowing money from an investment group, Zeuss capital, to purchase his OWN club on the cheap before liquidating them. In my honest opinion it is time UEFA were brought into this. Surely it is legitimate to suggest that the club take a season out to clean their act up? This is very murky. Nothing to do with the fans, although they have been incredibly quick to shout "timmy rubbish" when switched on Celts have been saying this since chuckie took over.

Why have EVERY fan group at The rangers swallowed every utterance from green? Why have they not been asking questions? It is incredible, in this digital age, that they appear to have been duped again. I would hope the real fans ask some serious questions of their champions. Graham, McMurdo, Leggat etc, have you done enough to merit the fans ear? I would suggest not. green jhedi

Sir David Murray's firm in £97m loss

Sir David has had to carry out major repairs to his business's finances
Sir David Murray, the property and metals magnate who owned Rangers football club, has reported increased losses in his most recent accounts.

For the year to last June, his Murray International Holdings company made a pre-tax loss of nearly £97m, some £10m more than the previous year's loss.

He had to carry out major repairs to his finances, and had to sell off part of his metals business during the year, at low prices.

He sold Rangers to Craig Whyte in 2011.

Following the club's subsequent collapse, Sir David said was he was "continually staggered" by revelations from Ibrox.

He also Rangers would not have gone into administration if Craig Whyte had honoured his obligations.
------------

So losses only up until last June. Why weren't we told then? The year before over £87m losses. How the hell does this sustain? HBoS directors/ friends funded all this. Now Lloyds trying to manage it, and Lloyds is 60% taxpayer owned due to saving HBOS. Yet Murray gets a knighthood for services to business in Scotland instead of jail for crimes against football and crimes against business.

Oh dear. If reports in a poor tabloid newspaper are to believed Agent Whyte has surfaced to throw mud into the already murky waters The rangers are treading in. Green, calling Whyte delusional, has admitted lying to gain his shares and control of the old company. You might think that this will not sit well with the AIM. You might also think that BDO will have to take note of this as they are in the process of liquidating the old company. One thing is for sure, shares in The rangers will slump, this will cost "big hands" green money. He will not like that.

Imran Ahmed, described as greens BACKER, interesting as a few months ago he was supposedly employed by green, had a brief to "sweet talk" Whyte. Green claims that "we told him what he wanted to hear, Imran might have promised him THREE RUSSIAN GIRLS or whatever, I don't care" What a classy outfit! On claims Agent Whyte is preparing a £50m legal battle to get the club back green said he welcomes any court battle. Firstly I find this hard to swallow. More legal expenses chuckie? You really welcome this? Green goes on to claim that Agent Whyte wants "£1m per year for life and that's not going to happen"

Agent Whyte, according to the paper, has taped conversations and signed documents and has a strong case to win back control of the club. Agent Whyte also claims he was involved in the dubious £5.5m buy out of the old club.

Sevco 5088, remember them?, were according to Agent Whyte financially BACKED by him and his business partner Aidan Earley, they were the money men behind the move. In the days after the buy out green moved the assets, Murray park and the stadium to his new company Rangers Scotland. Agent Whyte claims this is illegal as he never had the permission of Sevco 5088 and it's backers, Him and Earley. Agent Whyte's lawyers are to demand £50m to cover Ibrox and Murray park, hows that inflated valuation working out for you chuckie?, if Whyte wins and green does not pay then the assets return to Sevco 5088, Whyte and Earley.

Is this the bomb john brown was referring to in his steps of ibrox rant? Now call me a cynic but this might be a dance. Whyte, as we know, found and introduced green to D&P. Whyte, if he is to believed, was the financial backer in greens take over. Has green blatantly shafted Whyte in moving the assets? Why has it taken so long for Whyte to go public with this news? Heres my theory.

Whyte takes over at ibrox. Whyte knows, as did Murray, administration is unavoidable. Whyte decides to liquidate the company but knowing he will be a figure of hate needs a good guy to ride to the rescue. Whyte finds green, backs the takeover and has his man in place. Green gathers the natives together for an IPO. Green makes all the right noises, digs at Celtic, the SFA, English league etc, Down the line Whyte arrives back, green claims a long legal battle would damage the club moving forward and agrees to a huge pay off to Whyte. Fans are happy, Whyte has no control. Greens happy, he is now in charge of the selling on of the club, at a nice profit no doubt. OR! Does Murrray, as was put forward at the start of this scam, ride to the rescue? Either way this whole fiasco needs to be investigated by the fraud squad. green jhedi

Ticketus chasing Whyte cause he owns the £50m assets.

Bomber was right, secvo5088 owns the assets. And Whyte owns secvo5088 and Green is Whytes front man.

COVENTRY CITY FC Have appealed a 10 point deduction re administration. They argue that it is a different company who have all the debts. THE FOOTBALL LEAGUE have basically said, F*** O**! What in God's name is the difference here. cause I canny see one. Maybe I'm daft!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
Davie Blantyre Bhoy. {Ed001's Note - yes you are, the FA have said no such thing at all, in any shape or form. It was simply a case that SISU, who own Coventry, hadn't done it correctly and the company they put into admin did have direct control over a portion of Coventry. It was basically an admin error on their behalf, SISU I mean, in not making sure the company was completely clear and separate from Coventry itself.}

FAT DJ lost it on Radio Snyde tonight, with regular caller Davie (not me). Davie always puts his point eloquently, and tonight he had the balls to say on air that Johnstone was a mouthpiece for The Rangers. I can honestly say that I clicked off (listening on line) and will NOT be returning. RANGERS FC ARE DEAD! GET OVER IT! DAVIE BLANTYRE BHOY.
