£47 million over an 11 year period undisclosed payments, the way it is being ignored or swept under the carpet makes you think this must be an insignificant amount of money? Aye right you offer to sponsor the league's or cup competition in this country for that amount over the same period of time they would be trumpeting it as a colossal amount & the greatest sponsorship deal in Scottish football. What would chuck green do to get his hands on that kind of coin bhoys & ghirls? His granny would be sold, the deadys would be wearing the Irish tri colour if it was part of the deal anything goes with chuck he has big ands remember! I'm sure the sponsorship of our cups & league competitions has been a real struggle in recent times for the sfa or shady fa as I now call them must be a dawdle finding 47 mill over a 11 year period? No it isn't easy that's why you get four bob & a packet of crisps for winning anything in this country. Don't take this lying down fellow Celts we must find a way of having our & every other honest football fan in this countrys voice to be heard. No more attendance for me at domestic cup games no more attendance for hampden concerts anything that puts money into the coffers of the shady fa, not a thin dime more! Hail Hail. AbS

I noticed on their site today an ed pointed out to them that winning the third division does not count as a league title but only as a division title.

i remember mccoist interview after the result he clearly said " he's paid to make decisions and you got to say he's QUITE good at it " I thought quite good at it? considering he is a top lord who makes decisions on some of the countries top and most brutal cases the word quite was an insult and patronising or could also mean his decision was not perfect but have you noticed on reading the reports the blue nose succulent spam heads have took the time and effort to change the word from quite to "REALLY " good at it? just shows how the media are out to protect ally and how when he says something by the time it gets printed its completely changed and corrected

The SPL Board and SPL Club Chairmen have a firm duty to now appeal both this ruling on player eligibility/ sporting advantage and the ridiculous fine against a club in liquidation that cannot accept any more claims.

Since when does a court lay down a punishment to an entity that cannot accept the punishment?

The SPL should pass the nimmo report to UEFA and ask for guidance, as the governing body that is what they are there for. I am sure they would not agree that the punishment fits the crime.
What about the slugs comment yesterday that lord nimmo is very goof at making decisions, he didn't feel that way whem he imposed a transfer ban on them last year.
Celtic as a club should be fighting lord nimmos report, we should not just draw a line under this as rangers and the SFA have suggested

I'm hearing that D&P as ADMINISTRATORS of Rangers in administration, were legally only allowed to manage up to and including the CVA. If the CVA was successful they could sell the club, and save it to Green's secret consortium.

Once the CVA failed, legally, only the LIQUIDATORS, can dispose of ASSETS.

By selling the major ASSETS to Green, on a failed CVA and therefore club in LIQUIDATION. Duff and Phelps were acting as LIQUIDATORS, which was illegal and beyond their court appointed responsibilities.

D&P applied to be LIQUIDATORS and failed. BDO were appointed official LIQUIDATORS and only BDO HAD THE COURT APPOINTED POWER TO DISPOSE OF ASSETS.

The only good thing to come out of this whole fiasco is that they will never be able to get away with anything like this again. I don't fancy their chances in the next decade when its a level playing field.

After this Green and McCoist poison, former Celtic Managers Strachan and O'Neill need to come out on the national news and sky TV (as the managers cheated of titles) and state their disappointment and disbelief at the LNS report. They need to also get the whole liquidation end of club out there.

More comedy gold from Yorkshire club stand up Glinty Green. " Puma and Addidas are the two top football brands. Nike is the best sports brand in the world but they're not the best in football. They might be the best in running. What we've got with Puma which is now part of the Gucci range is not just about providing shirts. There will be other stuff which you can put in your wardrobe and keep ". DH

All players associated with 'the wee tax case' which is admitted as tax evasion (criminality) should not have played.

All Players whose EBTs were conceded as illegal to HMRC. Were associated with tax evasion criminality and illegally playing.

LNS chose not to differentiate the above for some unfathomable reason.

LNS also should have stated that in the future, any appealed EBTs on a case by case basis, will be adjudged to be illegally fielded players.

Bryson's evidence failed to state SFA legal punishments are the norm for wrongly documented players, at any point after registration. This is therefore ALWAYS A RETROSPECTIVE process of punishment with no limitation of time. Omission of this led LNS IN THE WRONG DIRECTION.

Ed what is the endgame in all of this going to be do we need uefa/fifa to come in and clear this whole sorry mess up. in a way these sevvies are to be admired clinging onto the corpse of the old rangers and are just not for letting it go no matter what. {Ed007's Note - The end game happened when Rangers went into liquidation, they died that day. The Rangers/Sevco brand new club are an just an insignificant wee diddy team. BDO have still to have their say, hopefully that will get very messy.}
