great performance from celtic today. thought bitton was great and unlike the mulgrew sideways/switch the play passes he looked to get the boys going with accurate forward passes to there feet

although we wernt troubled at all in the match but when we didn't have the ball we pressed and looked to get in the faces of the hearts players. really carried our second half performance against salzburg into this game and got the goals to show for it and maybe now the players will push on from here and implement this style from now on

Hi Guys only seen the first 20 min of the game today. had to pop out for my Birthday lunch,
Anyway from what I seen we really are starting to get to grips with how Ronny wants us to play, having said that 1 swallow and all that.
So let's see how we go from here, if it is the case that we have hit our form then bring it on.

I thought that was one of our best performance this season, we never looked in any danger. It was never a penalty but Guidetti hasn't conned anyone. He slipped and didn't even claim for the penalty. If anyone is punished it should be the referee for incompetence. What should Guidetti have done, told the ref it wasn't a penalty? You can see that rat McCann's bitterness seeping through the tv which is always a added bonus :)

Obviously had an extra man for majority of the game but it was a as convincing as I have seen for a while and there were a few not at their best - so it augurs well for the future when we are firing on all cylinders.
Bitton, Brown, Guidetti and VVD were my stand-outs today at a canter.
Love it when the SLY mob go quiet when we score and dissect every bit of the game looking for fault.
The support were fantastic from start to finish and sang their hearts out (pun intended) unlike the gorgie-oyles who just come to boo and abuse Celtic players.

Well done RD and Celtic on a fine win.

watching this game and the thing I m noticing is just how good Guidettis movement is compared to the rest of the team. he's constantly moving in, out and side to side but were not picking him out. Also if were going to play stokes then it needs to be 2 up front. Especially against 10 men

I hate when people go over the top praising or ridiculing our players . Guidetti is fine, he is a good striker but we have other good players in the team
It's not just the fault of the Celtic players when they are not linking up with him . Guidetti can be moving all the time but not necessary making the right moves . If he is as good as you say he is he should be joining Barcelona and Meesi and Squarez, instead of contemplating signing with Celtic or a team from the lower ranks of the EPL.

I simply mentioned his movement was very good yesterday and He got into good space several times and was not picked out. Not once did I day he was amazing or playing with messi etc. Think u need to chill out a bit pal.

Calm sk87 . I was trying to point out that although Guidetti may be our best striker just now, we shouldn't go over the top. I thought you were blaming the rest of the attackers for not been able to link up with him, I was just saying his runs could have been part of the problem .
I also don't like the way some people are carried away with the like of him and Virgil . Both are good players but they are not the only good players at Celtic and neither deserve hero worship just yet . Let us all keep calm and enjoy the good team that Deila is attempting to build, a good team of 11 players playing for each other .

Hi ed, Afternoon folks, could anyone please tell me best way to get tickets for an epl game, was wanting a Liverpool game for my boy as a Xmas present but even on the Liverpool site they're all sold out, cheers for any info you can get me

{Ed001's Note - best way is to sign up to one of the exchange sites, I forget what they are called, and register with them to get any tickets that are returned for any reason. Other than that, they are like gold dust, if you don't know someone to get them for you. But the returns is often possible, it is just you will have little warning with those as they usually get returned at the last moment from overseas supporters clubs and the like, that find they have one or more spare.}

Thanks ed07, I seen these football breaks advertised in liverpools site at £329, like I've said they're no my team so that's a no no as you can get these deals and go watch a top European game in Spain, Germany etc it's his 21st in August maybe just do something like that as like you say every chance could be ripped off fir Liverpool tickets cheers again

That would certainly be my team however I would like us to get a proper holding Mid. Johanson has flourished further foward and I think he gives us the creativity we have been lacking in previous seasons. Bitton has been a dissapointment and Kayal was done a long time ago, DM should be a priorty followed closely by a LB
