Happy with the bhoys tonight. It was one of those games thst could just as easily have been 3-3 rather than 1-0 but at the end of the day this is a team that spent £35m on a single player! On a negative note, Ki was rotten and has been for a few months. Poor decision making and poor delivery.

Just back from the game and I thought we had a decent first half. Second half Atletico raised their game and there defo appeared to be a difference in class. Thought we also tended to stand off them a bit, Kayal apart, however pleased overall.
Think Sami also deserves a mention again, he seems like a different player when he moves the ball on quicker and shows a bit more urgency.
We were chasing shadows at times, however they're no Malmo or Maratimo! Any chances of an Italian Job?
