you are spot on this logic would make linfield more successful than, lets take real madrid.
real madrid claims top spot as the most successful uefa club in history.
9 uefa champions league titles
2 uefa cup titles
uefa super cup crown
3 fifa club world cups
they beat thier rivals barcelona in the la liga having won 31 titles.
rangers trophies are not of the same quality as this.

I think the point the guy was trying to make, is that by your logic, Linfield are officialy the world's second most successful club, now how silly does that sound? more successful than real madrid, barcelona, liverpool, man utd, a.c milan etc etc .Some club that linfield eh .

celtic have won more trophies than man utd and liverpool, but you would never hear celtic fans say they are more successful than them.
if you where to ask other football fans in the u.k. who is the most successful team in the u.k, they would say liverpool. as you rangers fans have been saying it`s not quantity but quality.
the rest of the world see real madrid as the most successful team in the world.

Fair play you did'nt say Linfield won more than Rangers, but why bring Linfield into the statement, (like so many of your pals have done on this site before, when they're wrong) when all you're trying to do is degrade Rangers achievments, if Celtic were in Rangers place you 'ld be saying the same as me, no doubt you'll deny it, but Rangers are recognised as the most successful club in the World,
