It appears obvious that one of the positions Brendan will look to strengthen Wether it's January or in the summer will be the goalkeeper. Whoever came in would be to 'challenge' big Gordon though he would likely be No 1. I don't think CG will hang around to play second fiddle so unless Devries hangs around we could be looking at two GK'S. All hypothetical I know but who do the boys on here think would be a potential No 1. I reckon Vorm at Spurs. Played under Rodgers and deemed good enough to back up loris at Wembley against Real Madrid. Any views lads?

Dont think so, he's been mentioned on here before, think man utd had a sniff at him but other than that I'm afraid that can night Thursday has ruined my memory.

AG, The player I think you are looking for is the Norwegian Odds GK Sondre Rossbach that Ed mentioned a while back mate but he is very young for a GK, even by our standards 21 is young for a first team keeper but except they are out there.

Our fans are very good at putting on a big display, unfortunately they are not very good at supporting individual players .
On Tuesday night James Forrest was the best player on the field, despite having to listen to non stop abuse from a section of our fans every game he played in .
How much better could Forrest be both in consistency and in over all standards if all our fans encouraged J F as Brendan does .
To read what some people say, you would be entitled to believe that Craig Gordon was one of our worse ever keepers . That is far from the truth and when u read the lists of so called better keepers that our residents list out to replace them, I guarantee that almost every one of these "superb keepers " are judged on either highlights or a maximum of a handful of games. We have watched Gordon in approximately 200 games and of course we have seen a few mistakes, but what goalie hasn't made a few mistakes in 200 games
Get behind Gordon and support him and the rest of our players, let us see how much they improve . B Rodgers gets individual and collective improvement by encouragement of our players, should we help him or make BR job harder.
