Why would celtic spend money on another midfielder.good player as he is, he could have signed a pre contract, and the money used to bring in wilson, which is more of a priority.what do you think, ed {ed's note - maybe preparation for McCourt leaving for Blackpool?}


Ed - why do you think the dere pele would leave his boyhood heros for Blackpool? he has previously stated as long as he is in Celtic's plans he wouldn't want to play for anyone else, and although he may be in need of a rest just now has a massive part to play in Celtic's march to the treble! {ed's note - because Celtic, like almost every club in the world, have to make ends meet and it is madness to reject good offers for players.}

I see your point ed but how much do you think Blackpool would pay for McCourt, the price their looking for for Adam means paddy must be worth 15m, paddy is far more successfull in spl than Adam ever was, if they offer silly money then yes celtic would take it but were already at 9million profit from player sales and purchases since Lennon took over so we don't need to sell anyone!

Lennon is a big fan of paddy and won't let him go on the cheap!
