{Ed007's Note - I don't know if we're haggling for a cheap deal but we're negotiating the price.}

If pistol Pete has anything to do with . He will be trying on the cheap lol.

Last I've heard is that he is contact with two clubs, Celtic and AZ Alkmar.

I'm sure he is out of contract in the summer, so would expect a modest transfer fee and a decent sell on clause would secure his transfer. Assuming player wants to come to Celtic.

I am no fan of Lawwell, but he does seem to be very good at negotiating a good price for both incoming and out going players .
It's probably this skill that helps him to earn his inflated income and why the board seem so glad to keep him .

Hi ed reports Colin kazim Richards in talks with us. You heard anything?

Believable0 Unbelievable0

{Ed007's Note - The only thing I've heard about him is that he's currently suspended by Feyenoord for threatening a journalist. I wouldn't be surprised to see him pop up in London this summer.

29 Jan 2016 18:32:04
We don't go for players threatening journalists in Scotland . We just use a Board Members Advertising Contract to get a Journalist dismissed.

Evening Ed, have you seen the O'Neills Irish commemorative top? What do you make of it? For anyone who hasn't seen it, it's on News Now.

{Ed007's Note - It's an absolute belter!

Nice to hear from you btw JB.}

its looks really nice, just ordered mine today.
P. S. the price isn't to bad either, surprised they aren't trying to cash in, so fair play.
ED/ JB any chance we mite see it the celtic store lol.

Agree0 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - No chance (rofl) Can you imagine the complaints they would get just from within our own support. We could get a sponsorship deal going with Tena.}

28 Jan 2016 21:33:23
I think I would prefer it white with green writing but still smart all the same.

They should put it on sale in Celtic shops n anyone who complains should have their season ticket revoked. Am sick of people who seem hell bent on denying our history. Obviously Celtic would do it in reverse n take the season books off all the people who bought it.

I can only assume the GB will be planning a display around easter? . You may order up an extra supply of pampers sir.

29 Jan 2016 09:50:45
That's the thing it shouldn't be just up to the gb, it should be done throughout the full support, with the backing of the club. We all know that'll never happen since we're run by a bunch of unionists. But they can't stop us doing something. Any ideas anyone? Something centred round the 16th minute maybe.

I have an old video in the house that has the Wolfetones running onto the pitch at Celtic park singing "oh ah up the ra".

But like you say, I doubt it would happen now that we have a new board who are more intent on protecting middle class sensibilities rather than the tradition of the people who have followed the club through thick and thin and spent a fortune doing so.

{Ed007's Note - 'N whit? I've heard stories about you dropping my name when you're trying to chat up birds (finger)

29 Jan 2016 13:17:20
I'd imagine the wolfetones wouldn't be welcome in the stands never mind belting out the Celtic symphony on the pitch. Sadly those days are gone for now at our club. As Roy Keane says prawn sandwich brigade.

Unfortunately most of the Wolf Tones have passed on to Paradise and would be unable to appear at Celtic Park even if they were booked .
