As I said weeks ago, although hoped to be proven wrong, but Temmu Pukki really doesn't have it. Absolute waste of a jersey in my opinion. I'd take half what we paid for him and cut our losses, schalke must have left teeth marks in our hand. No disrespect to partick th but I thought that was the game wich could turn him maybe 2/3 goals but he looked worse than ever, and I realise some players take a while to bed in and gel but he just doesn't look celtic class.

I didn't see the game but hoped he would do the biz. Oooooo Watching TV highlights now, he has had a few shots but saved. Need to give him a bit longer but hope we don't have another Kenny Miller. Is Pukki affecting Stokes' game?

He never complted one pass in this game his finishjng was as oor as you cn get .Baldi is streets ahead of him and must start even stokes is looking lost at the minute playing with Pukki

Doesn't make any odds,, both are shocking! Visable since day one, they might do Ok in SPFL but given the money spent you would expect better?
I've seen better junior/amatuer than Balde.

I agree with BBJ; 'Work in progress' is for youth players and prospects, not guys that cost the best part of £5M and were brought in to replace Hooper etc to score 25+ goals.
We needed proven quality strikers who could hit the ground running instead of being carried or warming the bench for most of the games.
We are nearly in November, being hammered with injuries at and the squad is paper thin and the frailties are blatantly obvious. It was a big relief to beat the Jags after drawing with Hibs and we are clearly struggling to score goals and finish teams off efficiently like before.

shame on all of you the lad is still settling in he didn't play a lot of football for shalke . stokes isn't scoring either and hasn't played well for a couple of games and he won't sign a new contract give balde his jersey instead! Teemu pukki is only 21 -22 give him a chance ffs.

I agree with Chalkybhoy, if Stoke's does not want to sign a new contract put him in the reserve's and play someone who want's to play for Celtic.

Wanted to congratulate balde for his goal today. Also I thought pukki was supposed to be fast etc. Showing zero signage of pace so far. Balde and stokes for me just now.

totally agree mate. but with lennon saying really positive things about amido about him knowing he's here for the long haul and all that I don't think amido will start next game but personally I think the big fella deserves it
and for the pukki haters get off his back you were the ones criticising balde last week. support the team on the park and they will deliver

I didn't say I don't support pukki. I think his touch is good and he moves well. Makes some great unused runs at times. Just he looks pretty slow. I was told he was a whippet. Anyway I'm sure he will come good but I like stokes. I mean. its a bad day when Anthony stokes is your main threat supposedly but in Lenny I trust
