My mate is raging. He just tried to change his computer password to sevco defence and it kept messaging him that his password was too weak. H. H.

What a cracking day we “had, he was over the moon when I asked him “what would be the best thing ever today n he replied “to go to Hampden” then I handed him the ticket and said “we’ll let's go then”. His reaction couldn’t have been better.

Great stuff Stu! Hope the Wee man had a great day! First leg of the treble in the bag! Wednesday was tough to take no doubt but getting your hands on silverware is the best way to get over that! Welsbhoy exactly how is it u get tickets for standing section? The Wee mans been asking me for ages to try and sort some out but with work and stuff I haven’t managed to look into it! Every home game we sit in the Lisbon lions and he stares more at that than the game! Lol. any info would be appreciated buddy 🍀🍀🍀.

I have my book in standing along with all the members from my Csc so we have quite a few and it's rare they all go so always books spare.

I thought your earlier post was good about going to surprise him but this follow-up was really heartwarming. What a great gift and what you are building are memories (for you, yes but more for him) . In years to come he will have a story to tell about his dad taking him for a breakfast and then hitting him with a cup-final ticket. Well done you.

Absolutely superb Stuart. I lost ma auld boy many years ago but the memories live on. You did that today. Another generation of the Celtic family is born. Have you ever watched the video a wee boys dream by Charlie and the Bhoys? If not have a wee swatch and a greet! And let me know yir thoughts. God Bless the Celtic! ☘️.

Am I right in saying that's the last 3 finals in a row Forrest has scored in?

Believable2 Unbelievable4

26 Nov 2017 20:45:36
That’s what I meant by Forrest turning up in these games kev! Loves a good run in the cup. Always a big player for us in domestic cup games.

Agree3 Disagree3

27 Nov 2017 08:05:52
Why the 3 disagrees?
Forrest scored against Dundee United Aberdeen and now Motherwell in our last 3 league cup finals.

Believable3 Unbelievable2

26 Nov 2017 18:10:30
I don't think we have improved over this time last year. None of our summer transfers featured today so basically its the same team that won the league cup last season. We have brought in 5 or 6 new players from last season. Ntcham only one to feature and he never got on the pitch. that's a bit of a worry. Maybe this is as good as we get but don't feel we got out of third gear today. We don't take teams apart any more.

Agree1 Disagree3

26 Nov 2017 18:56:10
There are definitely two or three that are nowhere near the form of last season and we have had a few injury problems so I believe we have yet to reach our peak and this makes the 65 game run - and another trophy even more amazing.
I agree the players brought in have yet to make an impact but we are choked with midfield options and guys like Hayes, Ntcham, Benyu and Eboue are competing against today's starters plus Bitton, rogic and Henderson when fit.
I do think we need to bring in more quality for the CL - especially in defences and that could get even more complicated if we lose Moussa or more?

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 19:49:23
I don't think we have a better first 11 than last year but we do have a better squad. If we beat Anderlecht we've doubled our CL points from last season and remain unbeaten domestically, have Europe after christmas so results are an improvement on last year, I agree though we don't take teams apart as often as we did, though we control games more than last season.

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 20:14:51
Cmon bhoys it's no about transfer it's about Brendan making players better and long may it continue ✊️🍀.

Agree3 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 20:18:50
Correct welshbhoy I don't see a problem. The team hasn't been beaten, the fact they never got out of third gear and took home the cup is testimony of the work done, domestically anyway.

Can't be goals goals goals all the time. Get the job done and look to the next few games, anderlecht especially.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 Nov 2017 08:08:22
We are actually on course for a better season than last year.
If we take home a treble again and qualify for Europa league then it's a better season.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 Nov 2017 09:21:39
Great man management and a squad to deal with a game every 3 days thru December. HH.

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 17:32:10
Disappointed with Sinclair at the penalty. He's not the first nor the last to do that but hate to see it. Feel we would have won without the pen. Surely now James Forrest has put to bed the does he doesn't he debate? . The bhoy was outstanding ☘ oh and get the bhoy Moult in this January. reminds me of big bad John.

Believable5 Unbelievable2

26 Nov 2017 17:41:55
I posted my disgust on fb . Poor ref decision . Went down too easy . Ref was equalling the bad challenge on dembelle. Still shocking . Never a penalty nor a red card.

Agree4 Disagree1

26 Nov 2017 18:13:23
Hope Sinclair is man enough to feel a bit of guilt about it. Boy should have walked earlier but still. Some may say is a part of the game to do what Scoťt did but even if it is, it’s a lazy part of the game which lacks honesty.

Agree3 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 18:16:34
Thomson should never get another final. pish poor referee.

Agree1 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 18:21:05
Was never a pen, if a decision like that today went against us we'd all be raging. Personally i don't see it as cheating by Sinclair, i see it as poor refereeing from Thompson. He has to be stronger in that situation. There was minimal contact on Sinclair but no where near enough to merit a penalty never mind a red card. Very very poor decision by Thompson yet again.

Agree1 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 18:22:06
I hate that sort of thing in football we would have won without that IMO It was a dive.

Agree2 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 18:33:52
I totally disagree, Sinclair certainly isn’t a cheat as you both state, he was taken down deliberately by his left shoulder.
Definitely not a sending off though but he should have been sent off with that ridiculous chanange on Dembele. Well done Celtic, well deserved winners in any ways, the best team won. 👏🍀🇮🇪.

Agree2 Disagree0

{Ed007's Note - After the game I seen it from an angle behind the goal and you can see where Kipre pulled on Sinclairs left arm/shoulder, in slow motion it looks soft but when you think that Sinclair is running full pelt it wouldn't take much to knock him off his feet. The red card decision was a strange one.}

26 Nov 2017 18:55:23
The centre half should’ve been off after about 10mins for foul on Dembele, McHugh should’ve been off, Sinclair should’ve been booked for diving, ref was pretty poor. I thought overall we done enough to win, it’s another trophy and the double treble will prob rest on winning the Scottish Cup, but I agree, think we need couple new players that will improve team again👍.

Agree0 Disagree2

26 Nov 2017 19:04:11
It doesn't befit a Celtic player and although we could argue all day about decisions going for and against us over the years, Thomson compounded a poor display with a shocker that only he can explain and the best team won.

Agree0 Disagree2

26 Nov 2017 19:47:07
😂😂 what chance have refs got. Slaughtered for every decision that goes against us and slaughtered for a decision that goes our way. What a world we live in.

Agree1 Disagree1

26 Nov 2017 19:53:56
what a lot of crap , fair play its a contact sport no arguments there, but the boy lifted his hands to impede sinclair no matter how soft you all think it was , it was a foul and outside the box noone wouldve even blinked an eye its only because the boy got a red card ( which was totally wrong by the ref ) that everyones going on about it, sinclair never cheated end off the day we won the cup.

Agree1 Disagree2

26 Nov 2017 20:15:32
Oh well 😂.

Agree1 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 20:28:06
It was a penalty but ref got it wrong by giving a red card because it is only a yellow if you award the penalty.

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 22:14:06
Enjoyed the difference in replies to my post bhoys that's what these sites are about. Another trophy in the bag lads God bless . Hail Hail ☘.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 Nov 2017 09:18:48
Like Sinclair said after the game, he felt a contact so he went down, but that's all wrong, you shouldn't go down just because you feel a contact, you shouldn't go down at all, you should get put down, or get impeded, so you can't do what you want, before the ref gives a penalty, every thing else is just plain diving, was listening to talksport last night, they were discussing the very thing, don't know who was talking, some ex professional, but think he was saying yeah it was better to go down and get the penalty rather than carry on and have a chance of scoring, that kind of thinking needs to be taken out of football.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 Nov 2017 09:22:45
The speed Sinclair was running at I thought it was a stone Waller. Now I'm home and seen it there is minimal contact but I will take it all day long! Many a times theses type of descions have been against us but $hit happens.

Agree0 Disagree0

27 Nov 2017 09:23:50
It maybe wasn't a penalty, but who cares, we won a cup, why the big debate about Sinclair diving and not the shocking challenge that player put into dembele.
Let’s stop all this holier than now crap, and accept it’s a part of the game nowadays.

Agree1 Disagree0

27 Nov 2017 22:35:36
I couldn't see what exactly happened whilst match was going on as I was down in the corner that Celtic were defending . Based on what I saw in clips after the game there was decent contract and as the MSSM tell us freguently when the pboot is on the other foot and A pen is awarded against Celtic, the Well defender give the ref reason to award pen .
The new rules indicate that ref having given penalty was correct to give red card .
Football is a game of opinions and everyone is entitled to their opinion .
What is questionable on a Celtic forum is to quote from Talk Sport . Talk Sport is as bias as Radio Clyde with big D Johnstone spouting his rage .

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 17:18:09
Bit of a workman like performance against a team that wanted to sit in and draw the boot aff our players.
James Forrest really rose to the big occasion again and was my
Him and wee McGregor have a good understanding and both had a fine game.
Special mention for Gordon.
Not a fan his but that was a very special ssvr.

26 Nov 2017 17:29:27
I was just going to mention in a separate post about Gordon's save. I don't think it would have changed the end result had it gone in but it would definitely made it uncomfortable. Fantastic reactions. The game itself was pedestrian at times and I really think that we could have put them to the sword today which might have planted some doubt in their minds for the next two games.

Agree1 Disagree1

26 Nov 2017 17:47:40
Mentioned that in a post after PSG lawman . they never stopped at 4 or 5 and we're unforgiving. we have to be the same. 5 mins to go LG takes the baw into the corner c' mon. I do appreciate we have a hectic schedule though.

Agree0 Disagree0

26 Nov 2017 17:53:26
I said it when people were taking about these 3 games coming up that we will win all three and I'd be surprised if we lose a goal.

Agree0 Disagree1

27 Nov 2017 22:40:40
How can a Celtic fan continue to post rubbish .
Last week Gordon wasn't good enough to be our goal keeper .
Yesterday it was reported that Gordon had made a brilliant save but the poster admitted he was no fan of Gordon .
So we have A La Carte supporter, doesn't support the Celtic team out on the pitch in front of him but picks and chooses who to support and who to abuse .
Funny supporter.

Never a penalty.

Agree3 Disagree2

26 Nov 2017 17:16:27
Wasn't a penalty but guy should have walked at start of game for his tackle on the Moose. They should have been down to 10 men earlier and only one team was ever going to win. ☘️.

26 Nov 2017 20:33:23
If someone is running and you try and pull him back then it is a foul, the fact it was in the box meant it was a penalty.

OK guys think it will be a tough game today and may even go to extra time
Celtic 25/ 1 to win in extra time and 18/ 1 penalties.
But bets I am doing Motherwell 40+booking points 7/ 2
Penalty 9/ 4
Moult anytime scorer 9/ 4
I fancy Sinclair 9/ 4 and Rogic 9/ 4 to score both seem to keep their goals for big occasions
I am putting a quid on some fun bets
6-2 100/ 1, 7-1 150/ 1, 8-0 200/ 1
stranger things have happened.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

26 Nov 2017 14:15:24
They have been talking themselves up for a while and although they put themselves about and Moult is very capable of scoring - I fancy us to take the Paris hurt out on them with a return to the pace and space of domestic games. Moussa can do anything moult can and much more and Armstrong is due a big performnce and a goal.
Just hope that rat Thomson doesn't spoil a good day.

Brilliant Stu. my first cup final was 75 v Airdrie when I was 10. Remember it vividly 42 years later. Big Billy's last game Paul Wilson scoring 2 . the Red Diamond on the Airdrie top the lot. Also my dad's mates brother worked as a camera man for the BBC. It was Jam packed in the enclosure and I got lifted onto the commentary gantry for a vantage point and there was Archie Macpherson Willie Ormond and Billy Connolly. Memories for life. Hope your bhoy has the time of his life . who knows in 42 years time he might be posting something similar. Hail Hail ☘.
