So Rangers lawyers say they would suffer "utterly irretrievable"prejudice from the SFA's ruling on their conduct, looking back on their "proud history"it looks like lawyers from outer-mongolia have been drafted in and have been left uninformed of all the facts

Believable4 Unbelievable2

Rangers have received utterly irretrievable prejudice from d+p.

Agree3 Disagree0

He should be mentioning the "utterly irretrievable loss" suffered by many other Scottish clubs due to Rangers actions.

This football club has no shame.

Hoopers off to the EPL instead of the awful SPL with two teams who would struggle in the championship let alone the other who would struggle to keep their football league status

Believable0 Unbelievable10

A classic case of wee club syndrome.

At least speak in English so we can understand what you're point is.

I fully agree with Rangers that the transfer embargo should not be used as it was not an availbe sanction, so the appeal panel should the one that was avaiable and throw them out of Scottish football until they can show some humility and contrition, instead of their constant contempt.

Believable8 Unbelievable2

The sanction they received was available to the panel.

I never tell a client I am certain about
something. But this one is different and I cannot
make it any clearer: Civil courts = relegation

There was a young man called Whyte.

Who pretended he was Ranger's white knight.

He had lots to invest.. He was Simply the Best.

But sadly he was talking pure sh*te!

I understand Rangers defence at the Court of Session is to be " you can't impose penalties on us because we are the peepil".

Wonder if UEFA will be able to get their heads around this bunch of silly sausages when they hammer them with sanctions for taking civil action.

Agent Duff & Phelps back to base please.

Hooper wont leave Celtic for more then £6 million as the SPL is only filled with teams of Championship, League 1 + League 2 teams. He is to unproven against consistently good teams for anyone to pay that much.

Believable1 Unbelievable10

The same way that McGeady was unproven against good teams and wouldn't go for big money?

you're right about the spl, but we're talking Celtic here, and not a generalisation of every player in the spl

Watched Jordan Rhodes on Sky. He
came across as a very nice grounded
young man. Im sure he would be a
great asset to Celtic. Hope we
manage to sign him. CM

To all rangers fans who said Celtic had an ebt . you where correct but read this and spot the difference with our ebt and yours. we paid our tax

Celtic confirmed that it established one EBT
scheme in April 2005, which BBC Scotland
understands was for the benefit of the Brazilian
midfielder Juninho Paulista. The scheme was
worth £765,000 but the club did not declare the
trust payment to the Scottish Football
Association or the Scottish Premier League.
The payments made to the trust were declared
in Celtic's annual report for 2004/2005, but in
2008 the club became aware of an event giving
rise to a potential tax liability which was
subsequently paid after agreement with HMRC.
