Don't know if anyone saw the article think it was in a newspaper and on celticnewsfirst.com anyway it's an interview with Lennon talking bout how he doesn't really believe in long term projects and only really thinks short term as he doesn't know how long he would be here now a would find that quite a worrying comment coming from a celtic manager surely he should have long term plans in place ensuring the future of club instead of just thinking short term maybe this is his reluctance to play youth players/fringe players as he's only interested in the short term was just wondering had u read this ed or anyone else as don't know how reliable this website is

A just wasn't sure how reliable the website was ed what was your take on what he said

The last thing we want is to be looking for a new manager in 18 months just as a tribute act possibly reappears in the league.I really feel we need to commit a manager to a longer contract this summer, I would be happy for that to be NL but wouldn't be surprised if he didn't want to put his family through all that sh!t again.

I've not read article and have said many times NL should go because he has stagnated the club. However by saying these things and I think he will go at end of season should we let him go out spending money. He's going to leave the team in the same state as Fergie left Man Utd albeit celtic will still be capable of winning league and cups. Lucky got us! How many penalties have been awarded this season to sevco?

Especially when required.
When they're walking a game against professional car mechanics the penalties don't come. When they need them its a foregone conclusion. Keep betting on it.

I'm not one for believing any rumour I hear until the guy is in the paper inside parkhead with a jersey and a scarf. However since last January transfer window this place changed my life and turned me into a need to know updates now kinda guy. Please can we get a list of actual known targets likely to be signed if any? Do u think there will be any more? Are we best waiting for summer?

From what I can gather Andy, any player who has had a decent run of goal scoring form in the Scottish Premiership is a target.

That seems to be the jist of it.

Yeah seems that way but again I can't believe it until the guy's face is seen in a jersey. I'm sick of being lied to. Anyway I'm going for my Saturday bottle of wine. Enough of these lies. :-)

foster efe, vvd, mulgrew. fisher, brown, biton, commons, izzy. balde, stokes. Henderson, pukki, johanson, forest, derk, fridge, fraser my preferred lineup for sunday will never happen of course, but have just been shown how to do these list type layouts by my cousins wean hence putting this team up,,,,, deep river bhoy,,, never taught me well enough the wee fud how do I keep the last word on the same line as the rest of the sentence???

Definitely never taught me well enough (it didn't show as a list /formation as I tried) or maybe i'm just a computer illiterate fud and pressed a wrong button. in my defence when I was at school (74-78 ) the only computers I saw where on star trek, I was feeling pleased with myself too,,,, deep river bhoy

DRB It's not going to happen mate . NL will play one man up top as he wants to keep this unbeaten record going in his quest to be the first manager to go through the. League unbeaten . I fear for the likes of Rogic, Watt, Atajic, Irvine and Mcgregor as I can't really remember players who've went out on loan then come back and are successful and as much as I've got nothing against Morton I wouldn't even consider helping Shiels out with my worst enemy . Only last season our best performance in the league was against ICT when we blooded youngsters and tore them apart . Our signing targets don't exactly fill me excitement either although there's still a week to go . C'mon Neil be a devil and play big Amido or young Henderson before we have no young prospects left . DH

Would've liked to know what player we were after that nl said talks broke down, seeing how he was a top of the list player to know what kind/quality player we tried for
