Therefore I feel there is only one course of action left for the SFA and that is to ban Neil Lennon sine die from Scottish Football. This is a statement on the website run by Vanguard Bears but on another note they are lambasting the SFA for their sanctions imposed on their team. What do they want, are they against the SFA or with the SFA, this just sums up the education level of these people who are starting web sites to save their club.

I've done some digging ed and a pre contract is not legally binding it is an agreement to agree a future contract. It can't be binding as the players are under contract with their present employer. It cannot be legally binding as this would come close to breaking the rules regarding "tapping up"
Jamie Mac {Ed007's Note - The contract is dated that the player will become an employee the new club on the specified date. There are clauses to get out (long term injury etc) but they can not be broken for someone offering more money for example. It is why pre-contracts can only be signed within six months of the contract ending. It is not the same as having dual contracts.}

It wouldn't be often that i agree with the sentiments of Bill Leckie , but his collumn in todays edition of the sun newspaper is a well written piece of correspondance which hits the nail smack bang on the napper , the fault lies soley with Rangers and the people who ran them , David Murray , Craig Whyte , with Paul Murray not totally free of blame , when i listen to "Heroes of the people" such as Mark Dingwall and John McMillan it only confirms the arrogant attitudes which have put Rangers where they are today , they cant accept that they must be punished for their breach of the rules , nobody is trying to kill Rangers , they are doing that to themselves , rules are rules and must be adhered to , even by the "Mighty Glasgow Rangers" , sympathy is wearing thin . Now we have qualified for Champions League
I hope board give Lennon enough funds
to bring in 3 quality players. If we need
to sell or offload some players, so be it.
Celtic go into "champions" part of the
draw so hopefully we miss the really
big names, if we can reach group stages
I hope this £15m+ will be used to further
strenghten the squad.
Also with a seriously weakened Rangers
or even better (no Rangers) Celtic
can devote our energies more to good
European runs, while still making sure
we win SPL. If we can qualify for group
stages of CL for say next 3 years we
will be even better financially off and
can get quality players to grace Celtic
Park, but lawfully without cheating
