how come the liquidation process is taking so long? through here in dundee a large building firm went bust last month with loss of 147 jobs, next week in an attempt to recoup some of the losses an auction of equipment right down to the office hoover takes place next wk. stevo dundee

Believable8 Unbelievable2

It's scandalous and I'm sure law breaking.
One year ago, last October, the First Tier Tax Tribunal FTTT was held and still no result yet.
Green needs to release the behind closed door deal he did with D&P, even when the USA guy Miller was the preferred bidder and Working 'exclusively' with D&P.

ED , if I am not mistaken , the present EBT inxestigation covers only the SPL years . Do you think that SFL should look at the years preceding this if any wrongdoing is covered for this period ?

Paddy Malarkey {Ed007's Note - I think that depends on whether PL really want to go for the jugular ;-)

Apologies if any of this has been said before.

First of sad news that nearly 3,000 people will lose their jobs because jjb have entered administration. Something I'm sure they had to tell Charles green about hence the sports direct deal.

On to Mccosit and Green now. I see rangers have put up there prices by £1...?sounds nothing? It's went from £15pp to £16 in what less than 2 months into a season? Money tight already? £1 per head extra is still making more than £15 PH.

This rangers then rangers now rangers forever moto..

Rangers then.. 54 league titles
Rangers now... Division 3
Rangers forever...

That's what THE rangers fc want when really if you want that then

Rangers then... Ebts if proved guilty will be stripped of X amount of titles but also would need to pay there 1st place cash pot back too??

Rangers now... New owner thought he won a watch when really if ebt go against his team then who pays the prize money back? Anyone?

Rangers forever.. Well the fate may put the final nail into what 'on paper' is a successful team...

Lenny I see you must have that aftershave I was talking 2 Mrs E about, as I did not know we were charging £15 at start of season but all I have 2 do is access this page to find out what is going on at the world record holders that aftershaves name OBSESSION by RANGERS a must for all celtic fans, I may be wrong I am sure some1 on this page will correct me as you's know everything about our club but as part as RANGERS membership of the sfl 1 clause was we had 2 give up our prize money from last season & this is the last thing we will pay 2 any 1 but Mrs E foxy lady Mr Green will not get his money through fans coming through the gate he will get it from the share issue this he has told us & I have no qualms with that but lenny lenny really jjb going into admin that's why we have sports direct deal don't think so, as part of jjb deal sir dave done we didn't even own our own megastore now we do, we are told to buy from RANGERS direct don't go 2 jjb & we do because we are zombies & do as we are told,Mrs E paying spl wages 2 how many players exactly not many so I do not mind if prices go up because I know they will but RANGERS should be in a position that they don't have 2 go crazy with the prices thus keeping fans going & the cold wet nights coming in argument we will probably not get the crowds we have been getting but it doesn't matter because we have sold 35,000 season books so the money is in, I could go on but Timalloy will have lost his attention span by now so I will wind up with thank you for asking ED007 my old friend but I am fine now had some problems but everything sorted & family is fine so thanks for asking
ps ED007 no need 2 go easy on me u know me a complete pain in the arse who if I wasn't arguing with you's I would be arguing with myself

NTYABOW...glad to hear you & your family are well.

I told you down a bit we didn't buy this aftershave, it was free. It does have a horrible whiff though and with all horrible smells, we comment. You have avoided my questions about Charles Green's need to talk about Celtic or the RST comments about 'green seats' on Saturday..

Admit it, you love the attention even though its for the wrong reasons ?

Oh I know he has a share issue to ahem promote, what if it doesn't go to plan ? I'm assuming he's thinking of the Fergus McCann share issue... Different financial times back then.

I would also bet my last pound that rangers has one of the biggest wage bills in Scottish football, we'll find out if this new mob decide to lodge certified accounts ~ Mrs E

25 Sep 2012 01:16:22
Mrs E, Mr Greens comments about celtic are up 2 him don't think I can stop the man he likes a wee rant I have 2 say, but about the empty green seats there is a thing called football streaming my other half is 1 of you's & I helped her 2 get the game on live stream good quality aswell, so I am going 2 assume my fellow zombies have the knowledge 2 access this weird thing called football streaming aswell either that or they got a report from somewhere, but Mrs E I must say in my absence you must have got a wee bit side tracked as expected better from such a foxy lady, on the share issue subject what if it all goes 2 plan & what if we get this shirt deal with adidas & what if we get the same amount of season ticket sales next year as we did this year & now we have control of all our own shops again, I can tell you the megastore at IBROX is doing a roaring trade from us zombies we just turn up & buy buy buy because we know it is all going back into the club, so never mind the season ticket sales the chip shop cup & the league games we have played this season have probably paid most of our wage bill already so don't worry about the zombie nation we can look after ourselves in fact this is probably the this best thing that has happened 2 our club so cheers 2 all that wanted THE RANGERS FOOTBALL CLUB hammered you's have helped our club & for that I thank you's.
ps good luck in europe I think you's will need it but then again I suppose that will make up for the empty green seats at the league games, ooh a forgot we made a fortune from the crossbar challenge at the montrose game but I can tell you's the guy was rubbishe never mind crossbar he could nae hit a cow's arse wae a banjo but who cares more money in the pot speak 2 you soon foxy lady

fifa has a calendar year that runs from the 1st of september til the 31st of august.. points are awarded for wins draws then multiplied by .5, .25 etc depending on the country you play in or the teams you play against in cups , ie the cl is worth more than the europa . anyhoo in the year just finished for 2011/12 . we ''celtic'' finished 25th , old dead rangers finished 342nd . uefa run their coefficiency points system along the same sort of lines but over the last five seasons. now remember we have not had cl points available to us for 3 seasons , while they have. so it surprised me a wee bit to find us at 66th and them at 80th.. we have the bigger stadium , we have the bigger average crowds for , well in living memory.. we have been champions of europe, question is this . how can they see all these facts and still claim to be the biggest and best team in the world ever. shamrock

Believable9 Unbelievable5

24 Sep 2012 22:45:21
shamrock we don't claim 2 be biggest & best team in the world as that would be as thick as you what we claim is we are the world record holders can you tell me otherwise
NTYABOW

Agree3 Disagree4

The claim usually is to be the world's.most successful football club. That's what the big banner in m/c said which caused all the hilarity in england. Big riddies man. Never seen a banner or anything else with world record on it, would be too long. It's a dubious concept in any case as only scottish clubs competed ,so its a scottish record. Unless you're going to point us to the guinness book of bullsh1t with all the long fingernails and people who can eat 100 tins of beans in 90 seconds. You're a reasonable man, so how many scottish league titles would you say equate to 1 EC title ? And do you know anybody who would swap ? {Ed007's Note - You don't need to swap now, just buy them. I know high level meetings took place in Philadelphia during the summer for CFC to buy a EC/CL win from Real Madrid during the freindly between Florence Perez and PL over this. Other clubs are looking at the loophoie

{Ed007's Note - The Adidas money will be approx the same as Accies get from Nike. Just because it's Adidas doesn't mean they are going to throw money at it. It's not a matter of the trophy per trophy value, that's a trade. We are talking how a brand new company can pretend to be something else knowing that in the long run it MUST fail. We sold a bit part player in Ki for approx the cost of your old club, oh have you heard how the suing of Shagger and the rest of the walk away is going. Seeming Shagger is saying he should have moved to Turkey years ago, does he mean instead

25 Sep 2012 11:52:42
Ed007 you sitting in on all these deals then if so I will ask you 2 keep me informed then, so adidas won't throw money at it, ok then nike sponsor accies what's their average attendance are they big news in the world of football just now or is that another club in scotland that is getting exposure in all parts of the world on shagger don't no how it is going on that front along with the rest of them you could keep me informed with that also, you's sold a bit part player for the cost of our club did that help you's pump st johnstone last week or for that matter pump an very average benfica side so what I would do is stop doing if I was you's is stop looking what is happening at the other the side of the city & start concentrating on your team because you's are still gash, how many shots did you's have on target in the benfica game don't know about you but I would call it anti football, never know maybe if Mr pl had let mr lennon spend a bit you's might have had a shot in the game keep me informed Ed007 thanks m8
NTYABOW {Ed007's Note - There is no surprise any company would want to make The Rangers strip, who makes the strips for the other team's in the fourth division? JUst because it is ADIDAS doesn't meant it will be a multi-million pound deal, use a bit of common sense. Apart from it being bastardised Rangers what else has the deal got going for it? ADIDAS supply kits for world renowned clubs like Chelsea, AC Milan, Bayern, Schalke all the way down the divisons to support smaller clubs like Vauxhall Motors FC, Ludogorets Lazgrad, Skonto and Rangers. Every team needs a kit supplier, the name is irrelevant, it is all down to the level of investment. It's all down to the pecking order, and the fact CG approached ADIDAS rather than vice versa means ADIDAS have got a very good deal, maybe even paying some money upfront to help the club in it's already unstable financial position. CG will want to make sure the money is there to pay himself back on the loan he gave the new club to start it up.
As for you on here banging on about comparing our clubs, attendances etc I am really not that interested. As far as I am concerned Rangers don't exist anymore mate, when/if The Rangers ever get back to the SPL then I will start looking at them as a decent team, watching lower league teams apart from Accies bores me to death, I have no intention of watching any The Rangers games unless they are playing CFC in the cup they mean nothing to me any more. Once the liquidation takes place we can all get back to talking about football. Rangers I grew up 'hating' don't exist any more, I wish The Rangers all the best for the future, a brand new club to Scottish football could give the whole game a boost, it's just a pity the same options weren't offered to Gretna, Airdrie or Third Lanark. I have spoke to the Accies secretary and they are looking into buying Third Lanark's history, it is just sitting there doing nothing anyway. Hibs could be VERY interested, look at their cup records, Third Lanarks would really give Hibs history books a nicer look.}

Rangers: Scottish FA to issue a statement on EBTs
24 September 12 14:55

The Scottish Football Association is expected to issue a statement regarding Rangers' use of employee benefit trusts within the next 48 hours.
The SFA met the Scottish Premier League on Monday to discuss the issue, with both bodies refusing to comment.
A three-man tribunal has been set-up by the SPL to investigate Rangers' possible use of EBTs as dual contracts.

If its a witch hunt then they've found 53 witches! BBC provided evidence previously used by HMRC at the tax tribunal to 53 players and managers taking tax free offshore payments for being employed in Scotland.

But this was all for the old Rangers, the one being liquidated by D&P/ BDO. Green and McCoist have nothing to do with that.

Believable10 Unbelievable4

The nub of this question really is are they rangers or are they not.
If they are rangers then they will be liable to big fines and possibly compensation to other clubs and for any penalties such as expulsion/ points deductions etc.

The only body that can say for certain if that they are rangers or not is the SFA.

Regardless if wither or not they are rangers titles look certain to be stripped.

The easiest way out of this is for the SFA to state categorically they not rangers.

Agree11 Disagree4

The SFA can come out and correctly confirm it is not the Rangers FC founded in 1872 and incorporated 1899. But the SFA cannot say it is the same Rangers because legally it I'd not and will never be.
Neither the SFA the SPL the SFL nor Lord Nimmo-Smith's tribunal can possibly say its the same Rangers. That would be contradicting an Act of Parliament (insolvency act).

Agree9 Disagree3

I expect the statement will be to bring the issue forward from November, as sevco and the historical Rangers are not taking part.
I expect the lack of pedigree of newco will be stated and that titles currently belong to historical Rangers being liquidated. Which is, after all, a clear point of law.

Soopa Sally changing his tune in the rags today. He's tired of EBTs chat. He wants to move on, wants to look to the future. ... What will be will be.....
What happened to never never stripping of titles and storming petulantly out of SFA offices and ranting to the mob?
Guess someone's had a word in his and Greens shell like.
All the criticism had the unprecedented effect of the Law Lord defending his integrity in the press.

Regardless of numbers in balance sheets or Profit and Loss accounts submitted to SFA, each individual player should have had their full documentation detailing full terms, conditions and remuneration lodged with the SFA. Non disclosure of each players detailed specifics is illegal.

Believable10 Unbelievable2

McCoists interview contradicts what Green is on record as saying. Green stated it was a FIVE party deal put on the table at the SFA worked by SFA SPL SFL oldco and newco.
Ally stormed out saying stripping of titles totally unacceptable! And went to the media. Rangers went to third and will be stripped of titles anyway.
Ally's fault??

Agree9 Disagree0

Rangers fans, celtic fans, their granny and every other person I know are sick of hearing about EBTs. No surprise super ally is. He is human. Everyone has something in their life that's a burden. Tell the whole country yours, and for months we'll constantly hound you about it. Then we'll see how like it mate. Then you can give your opinion on ally not wanting to hear about it.

Dtp89

Agree0 Disagree11

So Rangers could be in the first div but Ally messed it up?
If I was Lord NS and his two eminent QCs I'd be taking Green to court for slander and liable regarding bringing personal integrity into disrepute such that he had to defend himself in the press.

Agree7 Disagree1

There was a sub trust for each of at least 53 players and management.
Cash was stashed in each sub trust and paid tax free to unscrupulous employees. There were secretive private contracts not disclosed to the footballing authorities.
It's a no brainer open and shut case.
Stripping titles is setting the record straight, it's not punishment. There should be punishments to follow or else cheating pays if u get away with it, if you don't get away with it nothing happens to you. Exemplary punishment required.
Second place teams should get their titles or else cheating works and clean teams ultimately still get cheated. There has to be an extraordinary reason of justification why the runners up don't get the titles.

Anyway ref: Zombie NYTABOW...
Good to see you admit what you are as we all know things have been "grave" at Ibrokes for some time.
First a wee compliment to all your other zombies, 45,000 was a great turnout ok prices are low but so is the football you have to watch lol..
Some of us Celtic fans have complained about the prices at some Celtic games and our board need to start listening..
But NYTABOW your test will come in the next few months when the dark
winter nights come and even next season will you sustain the big crowds?
And please tell Sally to stop mumping and moaning about the size of his squad just how big a squad do East Stirling, Annan etc.. have?
I see Green has a new plan to clean up Ibrokes, starting on wednesday
against Motherwell, all fans will be given a can of brasso and a cloth and asked to clean up around them, then in following weeks paint and brushes will be issued. hail hail Timalloy

Hello Ed 007,Mrs E, The green 1,Timalloy still talking single fish,I have risen from the grave the reason I am sick of being called a zombie I turn in my grave every night ooh the horror I suffer please stop I can't take no more,Mrs E you bought that new aftershave that's a must for all celtic fans around the globe it's flying off the shelfs better get 1 quick no1 brand in the world, anyway the real reason for my return from the grave attendances RANGERS have brought their prices down & this has hellped with good crowds long may it continue as I was sick of paying fortunes 2 watch single fish on the park in germany the average price of a ticket is about 18 euros & there grounds are jam packed we are getting ripped off for what we are seeing I was told st johnstone charged £30 for your game last week & you's were pure gash at least we are only getting charged on average about £15 to watch gash but 2 the less informed there is not a feeling at IBROX that you are at a justin beiber concert ther are more kids there but not thousands more it has become more affordable for people who are not so well off which is a good thing lets face facts RANGERS sold 25,000 season books up till renewal deadline so that was 10,000 down on last year so when we come back up which we will I hope the prices don't shoot up because I would rather keep the fans with new books than the ones who pished off & Mrs E foxy lady last year at SUPERALLY'S first euro game I was on holiday last 2 weeks in july just like your fans were away 2 the donegal film festival or away for sept weekend so we all have excuses anyway glad 2 be back Timalloy look forward 2 ripping you once more, from

NTYABOW...oh I didn't buy this aftershave you speak off, it was provided free of charge on valentines day. I still prefer the more classy European stuff.

Your prices will go up of that I'm sure, CG has investors looking for a return on their cash and is paying SPL wages in the SFL.

This aftershave you speak of, I believe there is one for your Chief Exec as well and on the RST facebook page on Saturday, they posted about the Celtic attendance DURING the game. Now as you know, the game wan't on the telly so how do they know about empty green seats ?

Don't be so harsh on yourself with the zombie talk, you personally didn't go into liquidation and claim to return for the dead but only for 54 titles (not anything else like tax debt)

ED007 a big thank you for getting reply fixed by tech guys and the BIG box back LOL Timalloy
Mrs E I do not worry about attendances either as there are many reasons for fans not going.
Take tomorrow, I predict a small crowd of under 20,000 why? because our fans have forked out big for CL tickets, the weather will be horrible and Tuesday/wednesday midweek games are difficult for working fans and fans from England/ireland etc.. unless Champions League match.
As for game tomorrow I hope young Watt gets full game and young Dylan if fit. lol Timalloy {Ed007's Note - No thanks to me Tim, I can't do that tech stuff anywhere near as good as them. As always any problems on the sites don't hesitate to let us know.}
