I thought it might be Ed, lol. I'm curious now, I thought it was one of those Ed games but it seems its just you. Messi was poor again tonight perhaps you are right about Ronaldo being better saying that Barca were very poor, 2-0 up playing ten men and draw 2-2 not good.

What a performance from Chelsea Ed! Very impressed, am I dreaming or did Torres actually score? What a knob Terry is though, I'm not a hater but him, can't stand him. Drogba was immense though, and Ramires' goal suberb.
I've noticed that you have been spelling a lot of peoples names wrong recently Ed what's that about? Bad spelling or something more sinister?

Gary Neville is up there with Andy Walker as the worst summariser going . His voice is so grating and his reaction at Torres,s goal was cringeworthy . So sad that we,ll not see a Classico final ,never mind off for a bit of Facejacker to cheer me up......DH

Dear bhoys/ghirls can anyone see a
wee flaw in these two arguments made
today by Duff & Duffer...

Statement 1) You cannot blame
Rangers for the actions of one man
Craig Whyte as he was in total command

Statement 2) As Mr Withey had overall
responsiblity Collyer Bristow must share
most of the blame....

Both factual statements made today
my 8 month old nephew spotted the
glaring mistake right away....

To all Bluenoses......

Your arrogance is astounding! It really is laughable how everyone's against Rangers, the SFA have it in for the club, it's the SFA's fault Rangers are in financial ruin, you're going to boycott this and boycott that.......you lot sound like Celtic supporters, the supporters you mock! haha

Now the shoe's on the other foot and you're all crying wolf, my oh my the irony of it all.

I told you all last year the books were a shambles and you gave me it tight.......well, I've been vindicated and I'm absolutely delighted. Yes, Celtic fans are all over this page, and so they should be, it's payback!

Rangers are at fault, so Rangers have to be punished, you were all happy with Murray's egotistical overspending from day one and look where it's ended up. All your biscuit tin and tenner for every fiver have come back to bite you on the spotty botty! lol

Sir David Murray, your legendary ex-chairman, is the real culprit in all this - he accumulated the debt, he sold to Whyte, he ran off to France and his silence is deafening. Craig Whyte's just a wee chancer who capitalised on an opportunity and he took it - who gave him that opportunity? Hmmmm!

Enjoy!

Miko xx
(a wee xtra kiss for you PaulRFC, ma wee darlin) lol

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Miko, if Rangers fans understood Irony...
or Karma??...
One of my bear pals told me he "was not going to sit quietly by while Rangers died" I agreed and said I was going to
jump up and down, clap my hands, put on a happy face and listen to the Soldier Song as I ate my jelly and ice cream....

Rangers have cheated teams out of trophies and money for years now , they have cheated Scottish football fans (Of other clubs) for years , you've had your day , now its time to put up or shut up , no one is out to put Rangers out the game , you are doing it to yourselves .

I'll post here as the ED chose not to post on the others page.

What Punishment do you think Rangers should have got?

Also is this punishment for double contracts or just administration, fit and proper person etc?

Believable3 Unbelievable0

They got it for bringing the game into disrepute and not paying Dundee Utd gate receipts. The supporters are now comparing their actions to Neil Lennon having a go at referees. What about the punishment handed down to Diouf & Bougherra (who manhandled the ref) after last season's 'shame game'. Mrs E

www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/17821054

Agree3 Disagree1

I don't even think anybody knows what it's for. Where did they think of the transfer embargo? That is the question on a lot of people's lips at the moment. It's as if the SFA didn't know what sort of punishment to hand down and just slapped a transfer emabargo on Rangers.

It wasn't just Rangers who failed to notice Craig Whyte was a dodgy character....it was the SFA also. I think this punishment is to cover up the fact they are just as liable as Rangers.

The timing of it all completely stinks!!

TTG

Agree0 Disagree4

This transfer embargo is no punishment at all. they wouldnt be signing any players anyway. the dream of the faithful that a sugar daddy will appear and plough money in while paying the debts is tosh. theres been 4 years for that to happen. craig gets a fine he wont pay. rangers are in so much debt you could fine them 10 million and it would make no difference. methinks they protest too much.

with all this rangers supporters assembly (what a stupid effin name to have in 2012) rangers supporters trust etc (why do they have 3 of these things ?) talk of boycotts and everything it might be an idea to look ahead.
greenock 2022. (10 years after rangers went bust)
wee boy... ' dad can i go tae the morton game on saturday wae ma pals, it's st. mirren ?'
dad... ' whit ? we'll have nae talk of going tae fitba in this hoose, dont ye remember whit happened tae rangers ?'
wee boy... ' naw dad i dont'
dad '... well ye'll stay in wae me and watch videos of the rangers uefa cup run'
wee boy... ' but dad it's boring, theres never any goals, last week hibs beat dundee 5-4 and ah heard it wus brilliant'
dad... 'you just listen tae me, alistair walter craig symington, the year after you were born was the year the sfa and morton and celtic and aw the others ye want tae go and watch stuck the knife in tae dear old innocent rangers just because they owed 134 million pounds and had been making dodgy payments tae players.'
wee boy... ' well can ah go and play fiba wae the boys ?'
dad ' look ,we're naw a fitba family'
wee boy...' is that why we watch them rangers videos dad ?'
dad ' noo go an get ready, we're taking yer maw up tae the tesco hyper store at govan.'

the following saturday alistair sneeked off with his pals to watch a 3-3 draw at cappielow in front of a full house. the result kept both clubs in contention for a euro place. alistair and hundreds of others in greenock became a morton fan for life and the same happened all over scotland.

how long can the boycotts last ?

Green Jhedi.

Saw your post where you alluded to our archaic rule for forighn talent. And have to agree.

Now. Football clubs quite often are able to put themselves as sponsors of signings on the grounds that the player will benefit the club as a whole. We seem to be able to do it for Arfica but nowhere else. Like South America. Where we lose out big time to clubs elsewhere like holland for example. Now If the Scottish government ( if we get independance) could be able to control its immigration laws better. Would it not be possible that clubs in scotland would be able to support the work permit of a maximum 7 players from overseas from anywhere on the planet Who are under 18, if they are willing to A. Teach them english. B. Help with Any educational needs the person may have to tie in with Local laws surrounding education. C. Provide the government with all information to keep everything the right side of the law regarding permits etc. We already get exceptions sometimes as i alluded too but only when they are over 18. Whats wrong with us importing kids if we feel they could bring something to youth football and senior football in scotland? the more good players there are throughout all levels of the game the better our own will become by playing against those of a higher abilty than them. We could turn scotland into a youth football breeding ground for all nationalities. We have an opportunity , prob only in independance, To put scotland right at the front of the worlds conveyor belt of young talent, By being able to provide a haven for young talent from anywhere in the world get entry into the lucrative european game.

yes we would have to come up against the likes of barca etc etc for the very best. But in a situation where they are offered just as good facilities ( as these would have to be improved to be a hub) as a barca for example. Young players will have more opportunity to progress in competitive scottish football.

Prob all pipe dreams but with a relaxition of these archaic rules we have maybe there is more like this than can be done... Should have planned this out more but there you go.

The other 10 clubs will have been planning and colluding ahead of their meeting on 30th.

They will work on the bsis that Rangers will be in Div 3. Revenue for Celtic will be significantly as they will vote for a more equitable dividion of monies. Celtic will have to reduce season tickets because of no OF games.

The other 10 will have to seriously reduce their costs next seaqson to survive.

The Jambos will come through best and, although Celtic will definitely win the league next season, Hearts will challenge them seriously in the following seasons.

The league will be much more interesting with other teams eventually strengthed and Celtic, in relative terms, weakened.

ED007, just heard John McMillan of Rangers Supporters Trust, live on
radio Scotland try to bring Neil Lennon into all Rangers troubles. This is not a minority, most of these sad bears hate Lennon for being what he is a Nothern Irish Roman Catholic manager of Celtic....
I am now very anxious about game on Sunday (if it goes ahead) as the hatred coming from Ibrox is palpitable, I hope police have extra men ready for Sunday as sadly I think another Manchester - could be coming, and I hope and pray I am wrong....

So basically CW has told the SFA to sing for their momey. Is there nothing that the SFA can do to get this from him? I see the good old DR is looking after SDM and ensuring all the bad stuff said is pointed towards CW. CW only finished off what the others have been doing for years. Murray should be fined and banned as well, not to mention the Knighthood which was strangely not given to Big Jock

My version of :
Never Buy The Sun by Billy Bragg .

Someone's hiding in the bushes with a telephoto lense ,
While their editor assure them , the means justify the ends ,
Coz we only slag off Rangers and its all a bit of fun ,
But the osteriches never buy the sun ,

The fans of the dying club ,
Cling desperately to hope ,
While journo's take improper payments ,
In thick brown envelopes ,
And nobody in the newsroom asks ,
Where this informations from ,
But the osteriches never buy the sun ,

Tabloid make their money ,
Printing bulls**t that baffles brains ,
And they cynically hold up their hands ,
If anyone complains ,
And they say , What ? ,
We're just giving the people what they want ,
The Gers are crying out for "Justice"
, Gers fans crying out for "Justice" ,
And the man they call the digger ,
Casts a proprietary eye ,
Over what goes on at Ibrox ,
And what their saying on Sky ,
And Whyte says he's fit and proper ,
Young and Jackson sing his "Song" ,
But the osteriches never buy the sun ,

SFA executives they hang their heads in shame ,
Tell us with their hand on heart ,
That Neil Lennon is to blame ! ,
But everyone who loves that kiss n tell ,
You must share the blame as well .
But the osteriches never buy the sun ,

Tabloids making millions ,
Printing bulls**t that baffles brains ,
And they cynically hold up their hands ,
If anyone complains ,
And say , look , we're just giving the people what they want ,
Gers fans are crying out for "Justice" ,
Gers fans crying out for "Justice" ,
In the corridors of power ,
They all sit down to sup (Burgundy and succulent lamb) ,
With Murray and his minions ,
They drool on his opinions ,
And the Politicians wring their hands ,
And say whats to be done ,
But the osteriches never buy the sun ,

Well no one comes out well ,
When all is said and done ,
But still the osteriches never buy the sun .
