The old club, RFC, that played out of Ibrox didn't submit accounts for its final three years. However they played in European competitions in the full knowledge of the SFA, who didn't receive accounts.
What is Uefa doing about that? Has anyone highlighted it to the clubs they played? So they can query Uefa?

Surely having found the rangers charity foundation Directors GUILTY of misappropriation of the charity game proceeds to the club rather than to charity, those directors should be banned for life from having any future roles with charities. Furthermore, the SFA should ban them from any involvement in Scottish football in any capacity as they are wholly not fit and proper people.

I read somewhere that a complaint is to be put about their involvement in Europe that year.Seems the sticking point is it was the old club, ED you shed any light on this? {Ed007's Note - The complaint has been lodged but as far as I know there isn't any developments on it. I asked someone who works at UEFA about the need for clarification on the new club and there answer was, and I quote...

'There's no need for any clarification, the rules are there in black and white.'

So what is the rule in black and white? Please copy paste it. {Ed007's Note -Article 12 – Definition of licence applicant: 1. A licence applicant may only be a football club, i.e. a legal entity fully responsible or a football team participating in national and internationalcompetitions which either: a) is a registered member of a UEFA member association and/or its affiliated league (hereinafter: registered member); or b) has a contractual relationship with a registered member (hereinafter football company).
2. The membership and the contractual relationship (if any) must have lasted at the start of the licence season – for at least three consecutive years. Any alteration to the club’s legal form or company structure (including, for example, changing its headquarters, name or club colours, or transferring stakeholdings between different clubs) during this period in order to facilitate its qualification on sporting merit and/or its receipt of a licence to the detriment of the integrity of a competition is deemed as an interruption of membership.}

Uefa needs to police its member associations. The SFA needs punished.

Sanctioning of the SFA could spell trouble for CFC though, I wonder have we felt the full ramifications of that old dead team's single handed destruction of Scottish football and it's (once good) reputation? pea

Uefa could if pressed ban all Scottish clubs and the international team if they pursue this would not be surprised if newco actually submitted the complaint just to level the playing field in the future

Hi Ed- haven't visited your site for around 8 months but when I do what do I find? The usual suspects still banging on about that lot over the other side of the city!! If they're a new club, old club or even a golf club it shouldn't matter to us - should it? By the way I was at the game tonight and left dejected at the inept performances of certain players. It might not be the biggest trophy but yet again the chance of the Treble dissappears way too easily. KOB 1967 {Ed007's Note - All irony aside you are on here talking about them as well. The truth is there's only a pseudo contentious legal document from a retired judge propping up the sevco claim. Who ended up paying for that pulp?

Turnover up 47%. What was it was going to happen again? Half the league bust by christmas and celtic out of Europe by Sept.
Well done to all at the club, 76 million turnover and no debt is a fantastic result for any club, never mind a scottish one. The money the fans put into the club has been used wisely. We get to watch our team compete against the best in the world.
A wee bonus is a second season without escapees from the zoo defiling our stadium.
