So Dissapointed with the result tonight.
Is this an excuse ?, but I wonder where the 4 minutes came from, more like 3, and if that was we would have a point.

Izzy was a weak link tonight, he is not back to his best yet, Wanyama did not play to his potential.

I am still very proud to be a Celtic fan.

cant believe its gone in last seconds. got to blame forrest, ball watching. he again had tendency to go down in areas when shld have stood up. Losing patience with the boy. sounds OTT on a great night maybe for some but honest. stevo dundee

Still a very young side,under lenny we've improved so much at this level,cast your mind back to sion and utrecht.....its a testament to just how far we have improved l,my only gripe is at times we give the ball away cheaply....unlike levein as national coach,lenny certainly has celtic heading in the right direction.

Can i just say i am the proudest celtic fan on the planet today, dont get me wrong barca did deserve to win tonight but indivdually we had some outstanding performers tonight eg foster, brown, wanyama, fosrest. Also fote the barca fans where outstanding tonight and respect for barca playing that celtic song at the end. Hail Hail, Antony

Pre-match nerves, but very excited as usual before a big European game -not many bigger than this...
Used to expect The Celtic to win every game like this in the 60's and 70's as we were spoiled rotten then, but I know The Bhoys will give it their all and hopefully keep up this terrific run of Euro performances - even if we don't get a result.
Up against one of the all-time great teams with no expectations.... except play for those jerseys lads.
NL has really matured this season and this is another learning experience for our talented young manager.
Come on you bhoys in green!

Great stuff from Lenny regarding the shirt swopping stuff.I feel it needed to be said.I was slightly perturbed by Hoops and Kris posting pictures of the Camp Nou.Come on guys,YOU ARE CELTIC PLAYERS,we are not over awed by any team,even possibly the greatest ever.Just remember the praise from some of the greatest players ever,Xavi,Maldini,Ronaldhino etc regarding playing at Celtic park.Stand tall.puff out your chest and remember the words of the legendary Tam Burns, you are not representing a team,you are fighting for a cause.Fill that shirt and sweat blood,nothing else is expected but maximum effort.You want to be heroes?legends? GJ, I would be over the moon with a point from BOTH our games with Barcalona.

I know all this talk of them being vulnerable at the back but they still score more than they concede. Except for the draw with Real Madrid, they have won all their La Liga and Champions League games. Yes, they conceded 4 goals at the weekend but Mascherano had been sent off.

This is one of the best teams in the world ever, if not the best.

As you say, don't shrink away. Its all about enjoying the experience and the team giving a good account of themselves tonight. Mrs E

Rangers fan here, dont put yourselves down, you have a good team and Barcelona at the moment are leaking goals, a bit of luck and who knows.
Personally I would think four points out of six, draw tonight and a win at Celtic Park.

They had already conceded 3 goals before Mascherano was sent off. They scored a fifth but lost the fourth goal within 2 minutes albeit an own goal because Deportivo put pressure onto the defence.

My point being to the unnamed poster...they lost Mascherano halfway through the 2nd half conceded 4 goals and still won ! Mrs E
