See that highly experienced, well spoken, media savvy, usually drunk, bomber brown has picked up the dundee job would just like to ask this question, how many ex -rangers players are managers in spl and how many are managers epl the same question obviously applies to ex-celts, not sure what the numbers are but I think i've found the problem with scottish football. pat-C

There will be cameras everywhere not just on the Green Brigade but every Celtic fan tomorrow, the press will be desperate to tag us along with the TRFC clowns to show "one is as bad as the other"

As a rangers Fan i'm truely Disgusted at how our club is supported by the anti-catholic mob, My best mate from childhood is a catholic and we like football not this trash.

I'm close to giving up all together on football, and let's tell the truth as this goes on at EVERY GAME.

So I guess my message to you is don't think all of us are persons, but unless the stops I'm done with it.

Ps still hope you get humped tmrw but that's FOOTBALL.

Fair play to the decent Rangers fans who are on they're page tearing strips off the lowlifes who embarrassed and shamed the they're club live on ESPN today.

If the men at the top (hanging about in sectarian dive bars last night) and management (Pretending he didn't hear it, yet minutes later waving after they chanted his name) where as disgusted as the sane minded supporters maybe they're club could move forward and rid themselves of these horrible persons.

I don't normally watch 3rd division football but suffered about 20 mins of Berwick v new rangers today and can honestly say that it was dreadful. The standard of football played by trfc was terrible, big punt up the park stuff. Not too mention the penalty they got (soft to say the least) but an identical incident happened in the trfc box and was ignored by referee. I listened to ssb and couldn't believe the way they dismissed the sectarian chanting as a one off incident, they forgot to mention- Annan, Peterhead, Berwick (previously)Elgin etc at all of these away games fans were arrested for sectarian chants. I look forward to Celtic being dragged into the debate.

Delahunt, Hannah, Dalziel and Wishart, no, not a back four of some old rangers team but certainly defenders for them. All stated that the The rangers had been quick to condemn the actions of some fans chanting today. Err, no they did not. The harshest thing they said in the press release was they were "disappointed". Would any one call this a "condemnation"? hardly a comment really, this playing to the gallery is catching on chuck! Mccoists mealy mouthed statement was even worse. To days award for the biggest deflection in a story concerning The rangers goes to that well known Motherwell fan. Gordon Dalziel. "I think you will find that most of the fans to day were from around those parts, they only go to games when The rangers are playing there. They stick a scarf on and sing what they like, they never go to ibrox" WOW! Well how would they get the tickets then? Is it not season book holders who get first shout? Those chelsea fans again eh!. green jhedi

After today the SFL and SFA have nowhere to hide and must come crashing down on new rangers with exemplary punishments. Points docked, fines and restricted for promotion for two years.
This is the 21st century. Children are being exposed to this vile criminality. The first minister must speak on Monday about this most Scottish dirty little secret.
The police must bring multiple convictions.

If ESPN and Sky want their subscribers to stay with them they must stop showing Div 3 games live. I have cancelled my contracts with both several months ago and will renew only when they show SPL live games. Todays show at Berwick will hopefully make these broadcasters have a major rethink. So wee sly Ally did not hear the bile and disgusting singing today as he was "IMMERSED IN THE GAME". Aye right. He didn't pay much attention as this behaviour is the norm and he is well used to hearing it. jl

ED007 going to be serious for a moment.
Mrs E made a good point yesterday about Green doing the rounds of all these pubs, Louden (2) Goram's pub various other TRFC clubs rabble rousing.
These fans are being drip fed lies and propaganda, "everybody hates them" and they are taking it all in.
No need to say anymore about todays "hits of yesteryear or "yore" more appropriately.
This is their only way of showing defiance by dusting down the songbook. We all know about their "world record" attendances this is all they have to cling on to, but it will be interesting to see if these "world attendances" are there next season.
Sadly, the club has had no decent men to lead it in about 10 years, and the current encumbent is just another shyster.
It would be good to think the current TRFC board were embarrassed by today and felt they had to say something, but sadly, we all know that they are worried more by what the investors now and in the future are making of these persons and how many persons there are. They are more worried about losing money than they are about their reputation.
It is now time for the Scottish media to condemn this, but no doubt Keevins will try and drag Celtic into this. Timalloy

Fraser aird, canadian youngster flitting around the first team at piebrox;"the supporters were different class today"
Mccoist;"i did not know anything about it till I came in after the game" Are you deaf ally? You really think people will swallow nonsense like that?
"If our supporters were A BIT OUT OF ORDER TODAY I apologise" A bit out of order? This brings home yet again what a sleekit self serving little sneak mccoist really is. The man with the most cache among supporters had the chance to condemn this sectarian nonsense once and for all, did he? Makes you wonder about some other things down piebrox way. Did mccoist advise Sandazza about crossing himself? A fair question considering he thinks the support were "A BIT OUT OF ORDER" I think.
Lastly, why is the word sectarian missing from all Scottish reports of this? Offensive seems to be the buzz word why? Feni** Bast***s, F*P, and para military chants are sectarian, CALL IT THAT you bunch of spineless puppets. green jhedi

BOMBER BROWN new manager at Dundee. Brilliant

I can't wait to hear his interview about getting the job.

I wonder if he has had any elocution lessons or has the brains to get someone to write him a speech or have a word in his ear before he opens his mouth and let's his ar*e rumble again. Will his interview lose a bit of comedy value without the slavering, knuckle dragging imbeciles shouting expletives all the way through it? Maybe they should send a few up from govan to ensure its a you tube hit.

F*nnies for sacking Barry Smith who was given an impossible task but even bigger f*nnies for giving this clown an SPL job.

After hearing some of the names after the Partick job, who would surely have been just as keen on the Dundee managers post, they're fans must be raging. Even if its an iterim job till the end of the season. Everyone knows interim would turn to a full time job offer if your a success so why not go after someone with a bit of managerial success behind them.

Before TRFC's first game both the newspapers, TV and Radio were calling them The Rangers or New Rangers.
Green's start up club was universally recognised as new with no history.
In SFL Div3 website they were listed at the bottom as The Rangers, and had zero history.

The SPL and SFA regulations do not differentiate between club and company. Never have done. The Chairman, CEO and board of the club is the Chairman, CEO and Board of the company.
Rangers were founded 1872 and by SFA regulations incorporated into a company 1899 and are now in liquidation. All association football clubs are required to be companies and to be regulated as such. It is an established truth in Scotland and the UK, an axiom, that a failed CVA and liquidation means the end of the football club.
Is Green suggesting that all the club's liquidated across the UK and Europe across the last 125 years were all silly by not restarting withe the same logo's badges, history?

What I will find annoying is if the fact this new rangers is used as evidence that the same rangers exists. Failure to enforce insolvency law against Green and allow him to use the same colours, badges and brands is not evidence it's the same club! Breaking one set of laws to then use that as evidence within footballing regulations to make a wrongful judgement would be criminal!

How long do you think it took for sally to clock the burger van at the side of the park? Ken what annoys me also, TV mute's Dundee United singing Zombie nation, but I am hearing "Up to our Knees if Fen**n blood" loud and clear? Didn't take long for the New Ranger's to take the title of the shame of Scotland shortly after there club died. But wait, the SFA will do NOTHING. Celtic get in trouble for singing paddy McCourt's Fen**n army, but these bunch of filth will get away with it. WHY can't THEY SEE THEY'RE NOT RANGER'S ANYMORE! If they're still Ranger's, then pay of every penny of the debt you owe. ESPN can get tae France tae I will be cancelling my subscription.

FB1888 {Ed007's Note - ESPN have reported the matter to the police. Cue the mass of cancelled subscriptions, accusations of Peter Lawwell running ESPN, boycotts of games that they are covering and general abuse for 'hating' them. Green has prepared a statement saying that Walt Disney always had it in for The Rangers/Sevco.}

You want an example of what's wrong with Scottish football? john brown, that erudite leader of men, has been given the Dundee job! When did he last manage a club? Or maybe he was given the job on the strength of his scouting skills? Or maybe he is a tactical genius? or maybe he is in the right sort of "social group" and knows how to give a firm handshake? I know where my money would go. green jhedi {Ed007's Note - That must have been some bevvy session, from buying The Rangers/Sevco to managing a team that is already relegated. I thought they were boycotting all things Dundonian.}
