Anne budgie will sue SFA EUFA BLA BLAH
Pay your players and staff with the money you are going to lose in court cases have you not learned nothing yet look at rangers they are still dealing with that fall out. it won't go away people want there due money just look at rangers again and how that turned out. Then read all these forums from there fans how desperate they are to win anything loyal fans spending there hard earned money keeping rangers and Celtic etc etc afloat?
. It takes a long time to get back there.
Sevco another billion dollar investor etc, why don't rangers just announce when it's done the PR spin over there is so bad even there own fans believe nothing from trainer.
So who wins the league they never think that if the shoe was on the other foot. With the league and Ann budgie.
That shoe was on the other foot 9 years ago look how that turned out they paid nobody and now things are so rosy did they pay those businesses. Now they have a cheek to slag off hearts Ann budgie who are doing nearly exactly as they did. Cure this virus first then get back to the banter.

So with plenty of time on my hand like a lot of you, I was discussing how to a) finish games this season, b) start the CL qualifiers and europa league, c) get 2020/ 2021 season off and running.
Here are my ideas, let me know what you all think good, bad or indifferent.
With it looking like no games will take place until July at earliest, all clubs should treat layoff now as our Close Season, players have a couple of months rest, a bonus compared to other seasons, then teams come back to, in effect pre season training June to get fitness back up.
IF, the go ahead is given July play the remaining league AND cup ties July/ August to finish league and cup.
We hopefully could start also playing euro qualifiers August/ September.
As all teams have effectively had their time off, go right into new season games with maybe a one week gap to differentiate this, ok new season will be starting later than normal but solutions could be found, like no cup replays, some european involved teams given byes or entering cup ties later which we already do anyway. It might also mean looking at winter break and either curtailing it to one week only or cancel it for next year only.
Only my thoughts guys, let me know what you all think.

That sounds like a plan Tim.
If we can’t fit in both cup competitions then we could drop the Scottish cup for one season only because they don’t have a sponsor yet for next season. It would mean the SFA would need to take the hit for one season only because they run the Scottish cup.
We could play the league cup who do have a sponsor after Christmas when most European games are finished. We could run it like the Scottish cup with all non league teams playing in the competition as a one off.

Why don't the authorities that run our game not take a leaf out of englands book, and announce that the season will finish and will not be voided, that way it shuts up all this conspiracy nonsense . what are they frightened of.

I am a wee bit disappointed as they should have played the crowd singing it for atmosphere.
Nice gesture but a bit flat.

With clubs struggling financially during this time and Celtic having millions in the bank what would people think if Celtic (publically or privately) donated to keep these clubs going? Not to be seen as bribing them or anything like that, but just to ensure the league stays as strong as it can.

Obviously our friends in the south side have imminent investment coming in, so they would not qualify.

Thoughts everyone? Would it even be allowed?

I would rather we used our money to help the communities of Glasgow with food and supplies. The very reason why the club was formed in the first place.

I agree with BB; The National Lottery, our own Government and the SPFL/ establishment have plenty power and wealth to give clubs and businesses in distress a leg-up. Celtic should continue to do what we were set up to do and assist those people in dire need of help.
