Hi Ed what went on when Lunny took Ogg outside, in what way did this happen I don't get it, cheers {Ed007's Note - They left the hearing and both of them had a discussion over the case. I don't think it was a square go or that.}.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Lol!Ed I didnt think they had a square go but i understand now that they basically cut a deal before the sh!t hit the fan. But I heard a hack on radio say that when the cup final charge comes up then the sfa will hammer Lenny to basically get him back for this one. Do you think that's when Celtic will go toe to toe with the sfa over 'tunnel gate'? Cheers {Ed007's Note - The cup final was covered today and NL got a two match ban for that, mate. The semi-final hearing has still to come. Whether what CFC have on file will have any bearing on that case I can't say.}

All this crap coming out from Rangers supporters that a CVA through administration will be more beneficial to creditors than liquidation.

I do not see this being the case.

The monies in a CVA pot would have to be invested by a new buyer who Whyte agrees to sell his shares to.

The media are reporting that this will be somewhere in the region of £10m - £12m. This is doubtful for many reasons, but just say we accept this is the amount.

If the club are liquidated all assets are transfered to the liquidators. There is no point in accepting the balance sheet value of Rangers assets, as this is grossly inflated. If we assumed Ibrox was woth £15m, Murray Park £5m and the entire playing staff fire sale value is £20m. That gives asset values totalling £40m.

Whyte has a floating charge of £18m over the club (he'd likely be given Ibrox which he'd either sell or lease to a newco), leaving £22m for creditors.

£22m for immediate payment to creditors through liquidation or £10m - £12m to creditors over 3 years through an administration CVA, with the risk of the club going into administration again.

I know what I'd be voting for if I was a creditor.

Believable1 Unbelievable0

Remember HMRC can appeal Whyte's preferred creditor status if they can prove BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBT he moved assets for financial gain in a liquidation.........green jhedi

Agree1 Disagree0

But Whyte has not moved any assets.

Just seen the footage again of Rangers supporters setting of flares at Arbroath.

Wonder how many of these easily offended chaps will criticise this.

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Does anybody actually care? No damage caused, so what, damage at any ground then its an issue, simple. {Ed007's Note - Rangers fans did complain that kids were 'scared'. It must be really quiet down Govan way round about the start of November every year.}

Agree2 Disagree1

That's the point of the original post, no damage so who cares.

Whereas Rangers supporters were complaining about Celtic fans setting of flares at the Glasgow Cup Final. One Rangers fan complained there were 10 year old children on the pitch at half time so it was a safety risk to them.

ED007, I see Mr Wishart (that unbiased unuin guy) says that players could invoke TUPE, quite fitting really when you think RFC (IA) do not like TO PAY anybody! LOL Timalloy
PS I say we all vote wee Pat on to the administrators committee to sit on judgement on RFC (IA)....

PPS Interpretors will be provided at an additional cost... {Ed007's Note - Wee Pat would do a better job!! People just assume that everything at Rangers will be rosy with a bit of money, there are other problems that need to be sorted out, either if they exit administration or liquidate.}

One would hope that you haven't got any children #3 because god help them if they need you to assist them with their homework,never mind social skills.
I'm sick of all the so called "bigotry and religious free" nuggets who come on here and attempt (but fail miserably) to convince us that their hatred for RFC is nothing to do with anything else other than the present financial troubles that have beset our club. Their hatred is borne out of, like everything else out of Ireland,through nothing but religion and bigotry. It is a two way process from North to South, i don't condone it, nor find it acceptable but it's there, and sad and as deplorable as that is, there are some on here who try to deny it. And their hatred for RFC is all too obvious.

Morning all good points in today DR from Lenny shields.

He's say if a manager must do a post match interview then so should the refs? Surely the ref should go into the media room to explain what happened in his eyes in the 90 mins. Harry redknapp got a phone call from the ref from the FA semi at the weekend admitting he made a mistake & he couldn't undo what had happened the day before.would this happen in Scotland ........?

Think KS holds some good points(all of the above isn't word for word but that's just some of his points in his colum) if refs done this then they wouldn't be as so much of a out cry like just now with other mangers (not just Lennon) but through out a whole season. Could be a way forward as the refs up here are a joke as it is but if & that's a big if they done that then they would maybe get a little credit

Thoughts ?

Lenny

(ed007/001 see on the rumour page it doesn't load up properly on my mobile ie doesn't look up the replies links ?) {Ed001's Note - I will get it looked at, it happened on mine when it did an update too.}

Believable1 Unbelievable0

@Lenny; Been saying this for years.I am pretty sure we would have more respect for them if they did.Let them see the incident on a replay,then say why they gave/could not see a decision.All transparent,and all honest,then fans could understand their thought process.........green jhedi

Sorry for not getting back sooner but as I say I work nightshift & had 2 take my princess 2 her karate 2 belts away from black & she is only 9 not bad I think, anyway young davie c with the gay frien you ask why I said it is gay 2 notice spelling mistakes well my young friend you are correct it is not gay 2 notice these things but myself the green 1 & timalloy were all asking about each others prefrences & having a wee bit of banter on the banter page so if I have offended you & your gay friend I apologise,I am going 2 assume you read these pages quite often so you would know we have been having this banter so instead of questioning us all you questioned the RANGERS supporter I find this offensive because if you read these posts you could tell that the green 1 & timalloy are all man & I am in touch my my girly side.ps (just call him your boyfriend). Mrs E thank you I have found some1 who can talk about football apart from ED007 you ask what I thought of SUPERALLY'S tactics well the dury is still out as you pointed out knocked out all the cups & gave up a 15 point lead although you's had 2 games in hand which you's still had 2 win but done so & went on a great run of winning games,on SUPERALLY I do not go on the his hands were tied behind his back nonsense because we still had the players capable but they did not show up for 2 many games at IBROX this season & that is not good enough, the only games they turned up were against you's & that is not acceptable in my eyes so 2 a certain extent I blame the players but SUPERALLY is not exempt from blame either he has made some baffling decisions which many RANGERS fans have questioned but he is still learning like your manager so I will give him time.Mrs E 1 last thing I asked Timalloy what he thought of Mr lennons decision 2 play a zonal marking system of the players covering up 2 8 yards out in the penalty area & man marking outside this area in the first game between us at IBROX this season, that giant you's have called scott brown was left 2 mark 3 RANGERS players of 6 feet plus himself & jellyfish scored,guess what Timalloy talked about for his reply have you guessed yet give a clue it begins with t & ends with x with 1 letter in the middle
NTYABOW

Believable0 Unbelievable2

I remember the game and the zonal marking you mean...For your second goal at Ibrox and no-one picked up probably the best striker (Jelavic) in the SPL at the time? I don't know the answer to why oh why that happened. We didn't learn from that game at all and used the zonal marking again..I'm not a fan of it at all and I still think we're crying out for a strong centre half. One thing about Walter Smith, he could always dig out a centre half. Mrs E

Agree1 Disagree0

For me zonal marking is like playing 442,it's too easy to beat.players running to attack the ball are too easily lost.Some good points about mccoist as well.congrats to your wee one,quite an achievement...........green jhedi

Agree2 Disagree0

NTYABOW its davie c here you raised a few good points mate but i assure you that i am not offended and that my reply was tongue in cheek as for calling my friend my boyfriend well unfortunatley i have a girlfriend and he has a boyfriend (plus i dont think i am his type lol) also i must admit that i agree with what you say about mccoist that maybe he should get more time to see if he is the right man (imo i dont think he is) also about the zonal marking i dont agree with it i always think you should man mark
when was the last time a zone scored a goal?
never so mark the man and not the zone
davie c

Agree4 Disagree0

Dear naughtyboy, once I deciphered your posts (which was not easy) my thoughts are 1) you have an unhealthy interest in all things gay, but our celtic family welcome all persuaions on here. 2) I have discussed Lennon with other fans, but not yourself, as you only want to criticise him. 3) you never answered my post about your fans putting pressure on club officials and administrators to pay debts owed. 4) on your lack of punctuation, I will ask our "professor" Evinguu to give you some lessons. 5) failing that, our other "entrepreneur" wee Pat will happily furnish you with commas, full stops, exclamation marks etc at a nominal price... 6) maybe you should ask your daughter to fight your battles for you.......LOL Timalloy

Agree2 Disagree0

Dear Timalloy I have I rattled your cage by any chance, the reason I ask is the 3 posts above your's have all understood my post perfectly well, maybe they are just a wee bit smarter than your goodself & as I said what is unhealthy about having gay feelings, young davie c has a gay friend & if they are unhealthy thoughts why would you invite me into the celtic family if you are uncomfortable about gay feelings,now lets see all the other fans you have discussed Mr lennon with noticed you left out the Mr btw or are you on surname terms with your manager, did these fans all say Mr lennon was a wonderful man who they would like 2 invite into their home for a wee sherbert 2 chew the cud with, al have a wee guess what they were saying & apart from anything I know you are talking gobs**te again, I will ask ED007 a question,ED007 my good friend whenever I have been on your site have I ever been disrespectful 2 your manager in anyway,now the reason I think I have rattled your cage also is the 3 posts above your's not only understood my posts they all took time 2 say I had raised good points & they all took time 2 talk about football which you don't know anything about & the green 1 had the good grace 2 congratulate my daughter on her achievement which I thank you for green 1, you tried 2 belittle my daughter which is not a nice thing 2 do,another thing you do is try 2 carry favour with your other fans by trying & failing 2 twist things 2 make people look like something they are not,young davie c has shown more maturity on this site than you have shown ever, you remind me off the wee guy in only an excuse 1 year he had celtic stuff all over his room & was sitting wacthing tv & not looking at what he was eating & said 2 his wife these are lovely hen what are they & she says nacho's & he starts spewing,Mrs E that is a wee clue to my name if you are reading this, so as I have said several times Timalloy you can try but you will fail 2 get the better of me,1 last thing I think you can see from this post I don't need my daughter 2 fight my battles for me & another last thing I don't do full stops,ED007 can you remember 2 answer my question for me thank you
NTYABOW {Ed007's Note - I've never had any problem with any your posts mate. Even anything against NL, you have explained why you feel that way and it isn't the usual 'he's a ginger and hadn't shaved'.}
