Guys Dortmund beat me on my over 2.5 goals treble
But redeemed myself with a largish bet on a penalty in Liverpool game.

Watched spurs game and hate saying it but our defence would have conceded about 3 goals in first 30 mins just couldn't handle the inter pressure. We're a mile away from this level.

What how could our defence not be better than Spurs . Spurs didn't sign any defenders in the summer . Surely we are better than Spurs.

For sure, I worry about the Europa level never mind champions league.

U think we are better than Spurs Chris?
Wow u must have sevcoitis a spreading disease that makes u think your team is better than it ACTUALLY is lol.

As long as we are playing in the SPFL and recieving the tv revenue that we are currently receiving we will never be anywhere near the level of Spurs and Inter! Some people need a reality check.

Rayman, I was been sarcastic, everyone would expect a top four EPL team to have a far better defence than the top SPL team . Spurs could afford to buy third choice defenders who would be more expensive than we could pay for our best and that is with them making a complete dog's dinner of their new stadium .
As Malkybhoy says as long as we are tied to the SPL our spending power will be very limited compared to Spurs and Inter.

Champions League bets tonight
In early k/ o go over 2.5 goals in
Barcelona, Red Star and Club Brugges games (odds approx 10/ 1 the treble)
In Liverpool game v PSG
Penalty 15/ 8
BTTS 11/ 10
Mbappe evens Cavani 2/ 1 anytime scorer
Mane of Liverpool 2/ 1 anytime
Salah evens anytime scorer
Liverpool most bookings evens.

How does that work tim as I've never seen half a goal.

18 Sep 2018 19:38:55
Pud, there must be because Larsson’s goal against Kloss was a goal and a half! 😂☘️👍.

18 Sep 2018 19:59:48
Ha ha Pud, it is "bookmaker speak" for games that finish 2-1, 3-0 etc
I also think the "half a goal" comes into play on the Asian Betting market.

Cheers for explaining it. So basically I have to pick games that will have 3 or more goals in the games?

Read George Peats comments in today's press. he's not saying who the unnamed chairman is who asked that no help should be giving to old Rangers in 2008.

Hope it was the Celtic chairman. At least they were fighting the club's corner. No-one helped us in 2003 and we had every right to argue the case.

Didn't make much difference as old Rangers got their extension. Backfired though as they lost the UEFA cup final and we won the league.

Tommy Burns Thursday was one of the greatest highlights I've had following Celtic. That night inside Tannadice was amazing.

I sincerely hope it was the Celtic chairman that made the call. Not that it done much good they still got their extension even though it was them that asked for a game earlier in the season to be postponed so they could prepare for a Euro tie, also if I remember correctly they had a spare midweek a few months earlier that they refused to use for a fixture. Personally i think it was a scandal they got the 4 day extension.

The establishment are rotten to the core with Sevco sympathizers, secret hand-shakers and split loyalties by biased member chairmen.
The bottom line is that this and similar topics should not even up for discussion if the club/ team liquidated in 2012 had been properly dispersed and not allowed a back-door pass under a fake I. D. -
never mind the ongoing fallacy of this same club and stadium pish.
TRIFC 2012 should have been made to start afresh under their real identity and any 'Rangers' references should be resigned to history; like Arnott and Simpson, Azad Video, Woolworth, M F I, Pizzaland, Gretna FC and Third Lanark.

And who was sfa president when sevco were cheating there way to cups and titles none other than Mr peat he wasn't to quick to grant us a break when we came back from Seville straight into a league decider at rugby park, And let's not forget sevco were allowed to cancel a game before a euro tie which kind of led to the fixture congestion they were moaning about, what a riddy complaint now big hug and the likes and obviously it bothered brother peat.

We still have fans hell bent in keeping the anti Celtic SMSM alive and capable of pouring out its venomous propaganda pro Rangers 2012 and anti Celtic . If someone had told me 20 or 30 years ago this would be the case, I would have laughed in their face.

Agree0 Disagree0

18 Sep 2018 16:36:14
The old club had a cheek to ask for help in 2008, considering they were cheating during this period and still couldn't win the league in 2008😂😂😂😂 have a peek at the sevco pages they are up in arms, crying sporting integrity😂😂😂 To all sevco fans reading this when you claim not to visit the champions pages - YOU DESERVE NOTHING!

what is it with Lee McCulloch and the Evening Times (I don't buy it but check free online every so often for info about Glasgow etc.
LMcC seems to be the only one wrtiting and it's all exclusives!
Wonder when it's his turn to write the star sign section.

Couple of questions, 1) Who thinks the £2m disco lights will get a run out on Thursday 2) Can they play the No10 role to break down a stubborn defence. 🤣 This is the team I'd like for Thurs
Gordon
Lustig
Ajer
Boyota
Tierney
Ntcham
Broony
McGregor
Forrest
Sinclair
Edouard.

A back to basics sort of team, hope BR doesn't start with Tam and McGregor again .

Perfect for me. I don't like this back 3 rubbish we've seen a bit of and let's see CalMac down the middle.

18 Sep 2018 07:17:53
I'd have the griff instead of edouard for his dead ball deliveries which could be very important.
Can't start rogic, he's been an empty shirt most of the season.

Agree0 Disagree0

18 Sep 2018 07:28:47
Agree lads big rogic has been so far off the pace since the season started! McGregor in the middle all day long for me! Would go with your team Stevie but griff in place of eddy.

Agree1 Disagree0

18 Sep 2018 10:00:48
Agree about the back three, Rogic and would like to see Sinclair and Forrest out wide, but Griffiths is never going to get any momentum or sharpness staying on the bench every week, so I would like to see him start (with or without Eddy beside him) ; but above all we need to up the pace and tempo from middle to front and stop the slow sideways predictable and pedantic tippy-tappy play.

18 Sep 2018 12:12:51
Would like to see griff up top with Edouard on the left supporting him.

18 Sep 2018 12:24:02
Start griff and sinc in this one.

18 Sep 2018 16:53:48
Why is Stevie concerned whether Rosenborg play with the number 10'role filled . I would be more concerned with our team .
I think in order to maintain a freshness for the SPL I would hope we. Play a couple of youngsters or players who don't regularly start when playing in UEFA league . This has to be the real value of playing in UEFA rather than C L where we know that even playing our full team it's not normally enough. We have to adopt some sort of superiority or confident approach and as I say just a couple of changes.

@OMC 😂 I was talking about our new £2m signing - Disco Lights.

18 Sep 2018 20:52:00
OM G Stevie, if you were on the board u would have us playing in front. of the 1980's jungle . If. U haven't the foresight to know that a forward looking club needs to keep stadium and team improving . Manager and coaches have responsibility of making players better.
