Went down to Saltcoats for it with my daughter and cousin. It was great to see such a turnout and credit to John Greig for turning up as well. He did say at one point it’s closer than he ever got him on the park.

Excellent tribute to a Celtic Legend and a very humble and genial man who has time for each and every supporter. Congratulations 'Lemon'.

Well done James Forrest, wee man is having a great season, his 2nd goal for Scotland was a belter.

His confidence is through the roof. Making the runs and as you said Downunderbhoy: his 2nd goal was a belter indeed.

He's playing the best football of his career at just now. He has took pelters from fans over the years slating his final ball and awkward running style. Over 300 appearances,14 domestic honours and he's just hitting the peak of his career. Hopefully he has many years ahead in the Hoops and go on to be a legend. He could easily cut it in the Pub League down south.

Wish I could run as fast as him!

I am one who has slated his final ball and running style. He's at least improved the former. Seems to be channeling his runs towards goal now too rather than the touchline or dead ends. On fire right now. But we have been here before. Last season. Hopefully he can do it over a full season this time.

Jim Tim what has he got to do? He was our best perfomer last season consistently even when team was not playing well. He has shown up in all of our big games even when others have not. He now as he is being actually played and in position for national side and was easily the best player on the park. In short he has not put a foot wrong and looks a completely different player imo from the young lad who was full of promise. He carries a different confidence and belief in himself and his head does not go down like it used to do. Give the boy a break and as downunder says get behind instead of waiting for his form to suffer so you can say to us all you told us so.

Disagree he was our best performer but so so. I'd love nothing more than him to continue his form Kwaj. The onus is on him to actually do so though. Consistency was my biggest criticism of him and I'm not sure supporters who have been critical of that, at least, need pulling up that's all.
