I have seen a lot of suggestions of ways round this title decider carry on . Some make sense . But one I not seem and this is only a thought not my personal choice . As I think it should end as league stands . But if they do decide to
Scrap it then why don't they start next season as things stand this season with points ahead or behind . As for pay outs ect should be paid out as things stand as forThr euro placing . In writing all that I do see many problems with that scenario but it's surly more not as a stupid idea as just scrapping altogether and just pretend that 30 games didn't already happen this season . .

For me, they need to cancel the Euros and just use that time to finish the leagues.

I don't like either option.

You've got to just postpone the leagues till everything blows over, then finish the leagues and cups in their entirety. If that means it runs into the start of next season, then so be it. Cancel international friendlies, and Olympic football so that the players are playing for their clubs, until it catches up. Maybe by 2021-2022 season, things will be back to normal.

At the beginning of the current season and seasons before it's been Saturday Saturday. At the end of the season it's been Saturday, Wednesday and Saturday or Sunday Thursday Sunday depending on circumstances. What's to stop Saturday, Wednesday and Saturday at the beginning of each season and reduce the amount of games at the end of the season to keep the players fresh for the following season's qualifiers and any Euros etc. The bulk of the games at the beginning of the season will be played in better weather and teams would be able to use their full squad. Just my opinion.

Bang on MGC. Just finish the current season whenever possible. Worry about the next season when we know more. International friendlies should be the firat thing to go.

I think Celtic will be crowned Champions one way or another but I don’t want a 14 team league next season to save Hearts fc skin.
If there has to be no more football played due to the virus then Hearts should be relegated and deservedly so. Hearts have played not won a single league game outside of Edinburgh this season. They have only won 2 home games and they have also won both games away to Hibs and that is relegation material and they would only have themselves to blame. If it was Hamilton at the bottom it would be an automatic relegation without anyone sticking up for them.

FIFA/ EUFA need to make a decision on the champions league and Europa league and publish what that it is. This will influence what happens to the league title.
1. If both of these organisations acknowledge the games played and do not void the competitions and reach an agreement with the clubs left in both competitions. Then SPFL will need to award the title to Celtic as to void the league would mean that NO Scottish club would be qualified to play in any European competition next year.
2. FIFA/ UEFA could void both European competitions this would pave the way for SPFL to void all the leagues. But again who would be qualified to play in Europe and what competition - therefore I think this is unlikely.

There are reports suggesting Italy and Spain could finish their seasons off in the summer. That is realistic for these countries because Italy have already peaked with the virus and are currently the worst affected country in the world and Spain are currently the 4th worst.
It’s crazy for the media in the UK to suggest we could do something similar. The UK will be badly affected in the summer months with the virus.
I am hoping for a definitive answer from UEFA today because if they put it in the hands of the Sfa/ Spfl it will drag on and become a circus.
The league standings to remain the same which will make Celtic the Champions and the season to start up in September and that would be a good guideline but I predict it will be the blind leading the blind.

China's cases are already dwindling 3 months later, so it could be possible. It may get worse or it may not. There is of course the real possibility most of us have already had it without showing any symptoms.

I know there are more serious issues to consider but I have a genuine worry that the league will be declared void. With Rangers and Hearts complaining I can see the SFA bowing down. Hope the board take action if that happens.
