For the last few hours of StPatrick's day let me wish all my fellow - Country men a very happy end to St Patrick's Day . It's times like this that we appreciate our Nationality and watch those unfortunately not Irish, suffer their bad luck .
I realised today that A Muir has been given the job of denying us a penalty on Saturday.
The SMSM have regularly told us that these things even themselves out, and I think one poster on here agrees .
I have done a wee survey and I must say I have found out just how correct they are .
If for example we are denied ten stone wall penalties in a season, my survey shows that the referees have awarded our opponents ten of the softest penalties imaginable in the same season .

Ed I wasn't a big fan of us signing Leigh griffiths but I have to say I'm impressed this season with the way he is giving everything for Ronny and publicly coming out and defending him against the rats in the media and these desperate managers I'm a Ronny fan and believe given the right backing and bring in players he wants and get rid of the ones he wants rid of we will have a good team playing good football

Too true, Stephen m and the rats in the media are bad enough, but the negatives amongst our support are even worse . They really should be proud of themselves, but they don't need me to tell them as they re-assure themselves time and time again.

Stephen m good point, i thought the same re Griffiths but he has improved significantly since joining Celtic. Ronnie should be credited with his and a few others development.
I want Ronnie to do well but your latter point speaks volumes, IF he gets backing, he's not had it so far and its to the detriment if the team.
What suggests he will get his way, clear out his backroom, clear out the surplus players and be given carte blanche to do what he needs? The evidence albeit anecdotal is he is told what to do.

If Ronnie was doing his job properly, he would't be getting any critiscm, but what is his job?, we are now told he does'nt pick the team, he dooes'nt sign the players, this site is full of excusemongers and rumourmongers all desperate to throw a gloss on Ronnies growing incompatency, anyone with half an eye that saw how well LG played when he was at Hibs, would know that he would do a job at Celtic, unless you want to give Ronnie kudos for LG growing older and maturing, really can't see what he has done.

Aindoh, I have followed Celtic for nearly 60 years and I remember each and every manager of Celtic get criticism, various amounts and various levels of intensity .
Most Celtic managers were not criticised for the first few weeks, at the very least, but R D suffered criticism from the day and hour it was announced he was our new manager .

If Ambrose is talking to the striker from his Country he will probably advise him to steer well clear of Celtic . Any mistakes and he is likely to suffer endless abuse and become a bombscare, which might just affect his ability to play .
