The original poster never said when the signing would be, and incidentally the domestic transfer window is open. Whether his girlfriend is busy or not is irrelevant, if she works in the ticket office, then she works in the ticket office.

The poster may be talking a load of crap, but if you're going to try and pick holes in what he is saying, at least make your criticism make sense. {Ed007's Note - The ticket office staff are dealing with season tickets and help with other administration duties for Celtic Pools etc at this time of year}

the goalkeepers being branded about for celtic apart from given n westwood are mince cmon fellow hoops do we really want cerny from hamilton NAH dont thinks so but if we dont get westwood or given i thinnk maybe the boy from watford scott loach i reckon he could be a steal only 2 seasons ago arsenal man utd were keen on him and i think his value is around 1.5m....

striker wise it would be good to see a good finished in the team along with hooper and i reckon andy johnson could be ok if he was injury free and a fee of 3m could be a good signing or maybe get keano...

This is all I have heard from people the last couple of weeks, either Celtic have the biggest ticket office with the most amount of staff hired, or again this is just another made up story trying to spark a rumour.

For Celtic to make a big signing need to get rid of sons of the ticket office staff so we got wage money for new players lmao

No Jamie mac....... but i think it should be quite comfortable for Celtic next season, by about 8-10 points in the end. I just think a year's experience under their belt's they will go on and do much better & not drop the silly points at home like they did in November/December. I fully expect Celtic to be a little stronger (esp defence where last year's record was good!) but Rangers to be weaker. I think a couple of folk will be sacrificed to bring in cheaper options. Which in my opinion will be good for Celtic, so i fully expect them to succeed this year. MC

I'm always honest tonydom. I think it will be close again, so long as you have jelavic you lot will win games, the guy has class. Rangers took 92 points, celtic 91 out of a poss 114. I would take the same points tally again this season as i think 91 would win it next season. I cant be bothered lookin it up but it would be interesting to know what the highest points tally not 2 win the spl is, i think it could well be our 91?!

Celtic had a good good season last year, final game of each domestic campaign. So like i said before hats off to rangers for getting over the line.

The hits are the highest for any site of this type in the UK now( the main site). I am trying to build the site up but it is finding time to do everything I want to during the transfer frenzy. Any ideas you guys have feel free to say. And any pics of yourselves or players or CFC related stuff i.e wallpapers please send them in (blank out your face or e-mail them to me and I will). I am trying to keep the CFC News section going as well. I had an idea about a page for you guys to post (or mail me to post up) your CFC stories i.e first game, big euro night, cup finals etc, I don't mean match reports, just your experience/feelings etc, and people writing a piece about their favourite player, let me know what you think about it. I hope you are all telling your friends/family about us as everyone is welcome. I don't get paid for this so this is nothing to do with money, I do this because of my love for CFC and football in general. Thanks again everyone for helping the site grow and give yourselves a pat on the back, without you guys there would be no site, so lets help make it even bigger.

Yeah i know domestic transfers can be done but there isnt much to choose from in scotland. Badknob isnt goin anywhere til court case sorted, other than him? Maybe wallace? Would be interested to hear any other suggestions! I quite like that not much is leakin from paradise, suggests a studied approach rather than hasty decisions. Maybe fred did show neil something after all? What do we think about james forrest bhoys? Jamie mac {Ed007's Note - I think Forrest is a fantastic prospect, even his build for his age, he could go on to be a quality player IMO, I actually prefer his style to McGeadys, Forrest just runs right at players with the main aim of just getting past them. Yes there's something not right about it but something has to be done! How many more murders, stabbings, domestic violence episodes etc are we going to put up with? We need a deterrent to move forward and as far as i'm concerned it's a start! Though it is true that only bosmans can officially be signed before july 1st, agreements can be made before this date and put on hold til the window opens. I think bosmans and loans are going to be the norm and i dont see a problem with that. The Given deal is getting closer. Efrain and Zaluska will be off by the end of next week when the ball really starts rolling oh...and before anyone suggests otherwise, the fee is no more than 3.7 million and shays more than happy to take a wage cut

Ed dont you think this is going a bit to far i think if the courts used the powers that are already in place ie the public order bill sectarianism could be dealt with the Fannys that targeted Lennon should be done under the terrorisim act which carries more than 5 years, i admit there is a problem in scotland it is no where near as bad as it was in the 70s and 80s but it is still there.

i think (and i will proberly get pelters for this) our press play on it big time they cant wait to report on every little incident. and all this just gives the people a platform to spout thier vile views from.

i took a friend of mine to an old firm game a couple seasons ago he is a spurs fan and in his words if i wanted to see hatred i should go to a spurs and chealsea game. during these games the spurs fans are subjected to anti jewish chants songs about the haulicaust, and hissing to represent the sound of gas.

but we never hear about that in our press or thiers but when a few morons from the old firm sing an un savoury song its up there in the news with the invasion of Libiya. take McCoist and Lennon hand bags at 10 paces spat all over the news and papers up here and down south then look at craig brown and john boyle much worse most people outside Motherwell and Aberdeen wouldnt have known it happened never mind in england.

Tonydom {Ed007's Note - I totally agree with you Tony. The Daily Star ran a front page headline about "sectarian key board warriors". I e-mailed them and the majority of the press, the Scottish Government, SFA, SPL, Strathclyde police etc, at the time pointing out our site and it's non sectarian policy. I got ONE reply. That was from the Scottish Government. So if you want to help mate, e-mail these people so that they know that it is the minority that cause these problems. I have been to football all over the world, the greatest match is the Glasgow derby, the atmosphere is electric (as you know), but I have seen real terrible poisonous atmospheres (Italy is not a nice place to watch football) and some English teams need to take a hard look at a lot of their followers. Look what happened at AV the other day, imagine the press if that was CFC or Rangers? Where is the government enquiry into that debacle? The "Shame Game" was a stain on both clubs, no doubt about that but as you say the Craig Brown/John Boyle incident was soon forgotten. Even though it was a club owner/chairman and one of the SFAs most "respected" men who shamed the game. Did figures about domestic violence from the Motherwell and Aberdeen that night ever get published? The press love the trouble between fans and will pounce on the slightest thing from both Glasgow clubs because it makes headlines. I don't buy in to the "Daily Ranger" or "Daily Rebel" stuff, they will use anything from both clubs to sensationalise headlines and sell their rags}
