see craig whyte has opened a rangers office in london.i find this very interesting as i cant think why? maybie to keep some things away from prying eyes up here? i know he's raging about the rangers tax case blog(brilliant by the way) any theories welcome. green jhedi

Believable1 Unbelievable1

Is it an actual office or a portakabin like his last registered business address?

Agree1 Disagree1

I think its either a forward office to play with jellavic or a midfield holding office.green jhedi

Anyone Else think Claros is a bit of a traitor as was going to sign with us before he got car jacked?! {Ed007's Note - Behave yourself.}

Believable0 Unbelievable1

Carlos played today in a friendly and showed up well. His passing was tidy and was like a wee pitbull something that Rangers have been missing in the middle of the park. As for he's got the moves like Jaagar. He was bombing up and down the wing. What I've heard is the two guys will be offered contracts.
FF81 {Ed007's Note - So there is nothing wrong with your bionic hearing superpower FF81?}

Agree0 Disagree0

Man!there must have been 20k at that trial game today goin by how many ppl seen them play.have they told them the wages are 1k per week n a pair of brown brogues? green jhedi

They don't call Dorin Goian Bionic for nothing.
Dorin Goian can touch MC Hammer.
FF81 {Ed007's Note - I heard that too, he has got that look about him :-) Is that why he wasn't allowed to touch St Mirren players?}

ed007 have i heard you say your also a man united fan before

campbell {Ed007's Note - Yes Campbell, Utd is the English team I follow. I edit their site as well and cover all the English ones when needs must.}

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Well i know this is the celtic page but i read something that might be useful news to you even though i don't know how true it is on tribalfootball it is saying hazard has agreed personal terms with man united and will be moving for 30 million

campbell {Ed007's Note - We talk about any football on here mate. That's not a very reliable site Campbell, it's like caughtoffside, they pay people to come up with headlines to 'hit whore' their site. Hazard is very close to agreeing a move to Chelsea. There is someone high up within Chelsea that isn't convinced by him but moves are on behind the scenes to convince them he would be a quality signing for them. I expect him to end up there or in Madrid, he is a fantastic player, I would love to see him at OT.}

Agree0 Disagree0

Alright no problem ed a didn't really know how reliable the source was i just came across it so i apoligise for the crap source {Ed007's Note - No worries mate. The English Eds hate those kind of sites because they have to spend all day pointing out how sh1te they are lol. I actually think they are quite funny, they had Sneijder in Manchester during the summer when he was actually on holiday elsewhere and had been photographed!!}

Agree0 Disagree0

Sorry to nose in on a non-Celtic matter. But what sort of money will Hazard go for ed, and are Chelsea getting rid of anyone ?
The Real KB {Ed007's Note - No problem KB mate. Places are saying it is £25 million but I think it will be nearer £30m. Ancelotti is supposedly interested in taking Lampard to PSG.}

Rangers should get kicked out of Europe ,they should be relegated, fined, closed down , deducted enough points so celtic can get a CHANCE of winning the league. Right all you up the stairs brush your teeth and get to bed and try and get a kip. Have wee gander at your own clubs situation and ask as a healthy financially backed club are you the paying fan getting value for your money and are you happy with your lot. The only reason you backed NL at the end of last season was because you had all sold out parkhead before the Caley game. Fact. Where is Mr Desmonds billions , If he was to give up the same percentage of his annual income as the not so well off supporter who PAYS every week to watch his team, you would be celebrating today as champions, instead he has chosen the cheap option in the HOPE Rangers fail. It should not be about what Rangers do or how they do it ,it should be how the biscuit tin should be opened and emptied to get a team and management team that can outplay and out think Rangers . Thats all that has to be done and the man at the top will not sanction that. Simples. Its all about the banter. Im away to watch my 3 in a row DVD then read my Tax Evasion book. {Ed007's Note - While you are reading have a look at the incoming FFP rules. Clubs that spend beyond their means will be banned from European competition. They can only spend what is coming in.}

Believable1 Unbelievable12

Another one with his head in the sand,more than likely out in his back garden right now watering his magic beans. one thing i will say is this
when we were in bother WE as in Celtic supporters fought for our club and saved it.they are doing nothing and standing back watching there club die

Bhaldrick

Agree14 Disagree2

Bhaldick

So what did you do personally to save your great club?
Aye thats right you hid under your bed sheets doing nothing.
The Rangers aint going away.
Have no fear of that.

Bosley.

Agree2 Disagree13

We have something Rangers fans will never have a PRIDE AND LOVE of our great club. When we were called upon to help, hundreds of thousands of us put our hands in our pockets and helped Celtic. Rangers have asked TWICE for their fans to do this both times failing miserably. Even David Murray praised Celtic fans for this.
Fergus McCann then put in place GOOD practice and hired decent honest businessmen to run the club. Dermot Desmond is carrying on same ethos, yes I admit myself and other Celtic fans have wished more money be put into club but we must live within our means unlike Rangers. hail hail Timalloy

Agree15 Disagree4

So glad at this moment in time Rangers haven't been kicked out of Europe, relegated, fined, closed down, deducted points or top of the league after being 15 points behind. But still half a season left so we'll leave it at that. Am away to brush my teeth - Mrs E

Agree1 Disagree0

Bald*rick...

What exactly do you advise them to do? Win the lottery and write a big fat cheque...? Or perhaps you could tell them (and us) how it was that YOU saved Celtic? I thought wee Fergus saved the club 24hrs before we went bust... musta got that one wrong. Do tell...

Agree0 Disagree2

" The Rangers aint going away.Have no fear of that "

Head buried so deep in the sand he could be an ostrich snogger .

jimi88

HMRCCSC

Agree12 Disagree2

I bought shares like thousands of other did,

what have you done apart from plant magic beans.i bet you would be the first to believe Mr Whyte if he said tonight we're signing Carlos Tevez

your club is in turmoil and you are so deluded if you think it aint

Bhaldrick

Agree10 Disagree0

Better read my post again as i dont see the word YOU in it

i think you'll find i said WE .

Bhaldrick

Agree1 Disagree0

You as fans never saved your club , you sat back and watched johnny come lately s come in and save your club and the man that eventually stuck his head up wee Fergus came in . Not the fans , not billy connoly , not jim kerr, not rod stewart . The eleventh hour the wee man wae the bunnet came in and you cant even treat this wee man with the respect he is due. ed show me a club that survives on income alone because Barcelona . Madrids, Milans, Bayern, Chelsea, Manchesters they don't do it and Plattini can try and tidy up European football but the truth is the big clubs will reign and dictate. Also my head is firmly above the sand and I still debate with fellow supporters groups how my club are financially fragile due to the uncertainty of the tax case but when it boils down to it we are still champions and until proven and charged we will always give our club everything, that's what real supporters do mate. {Ed007's Note - Why have City's owners pumped millions into a sponsorship deal for the stadium? Why have Man Utd signed a £40 million sponsorship deal with DHL for their training kit? To balance the books. These rules are real and any club that doesn't meet the stipulations will be in serious trouble. Bayern Munich are one if the best run clubs in the world BTW. Read the rules and you might understand. Even Chelsea have curtailed their spending to fall into line regarding the time scale of accountability.}

Agree1 Disagree1

Bosley again, your so full of yourself!

We Celtic supporters rallied round, bought into our great club and made sure it would be here for our kids. Just as Paradise was built by our grandparents!

I did have some sorrow for your club but with every supporter like yourself that sympathy dwindles.

DazzaBhoy

Agree11 Disagree1

Lol...surprise, surprise a Rangers fan doesn't unserstand the financial rules. You couldn't make it up !

Agree10 Disagree1

I love how the only glory you tims have to bask in is the fact that rangers have no money and are probably going to lose the taxcase. If rangers go under you will go under do you think sky sports will pay money if there is no old firm. Get a grip. We have won the past 3 league titles with absolutly no money and I have no doubt we can achieve it this year! So bask in the rangers taxcase while you can it will not be around forever. There is only one team in glasgow and we welcome the chase

Agree0 Disagree1

Moron......we welcome the chase, your second!

You obviously don't read many posts on here or the other mob's page! Have you seen the S*y contract? No you haven't, however your right no rankers would probably mean less money but then we could bring through youth!

I personally don't give a sh1t about your big tax case, your wee tax case or ALL the other folk you owe money to. I don't care that you make silly offers to players rather than just stumping up the cash and them signing for you.

Your team are dying on there feet and bringing in Ortiz, McKay and Bedoya to compliment McCulloch, Edu and Broadfoot does not worry me!

The league will be restored to paradise, maybe beside the two cups!

Oh it's a grand ole team to play for....

Not tic talk but do you think berbatov will be offski in this window Ed, I think he's crap but only IMO
CB {Ed007's Note - He flew out on Sunday night to meet Bayer Leverkusen in Germany. Them, Bayern Munich, PSG, CSKA Moscow and Fenerbahce all have varying levels of interest in Berbatov. There was a strong chance he was leaving in the summer as Juventus were interested in him and Nani but nothing came from it. He is a good player, just not suited to Utd's way of playing. I wish him well if he gets a move.}

Believable0 Unbelievable1

We're the tic not intrested in him before he went to utd ?

Lenny {Ed007's Note - From Spurs? I doubt it. He left Bayer Leverkusen to go to Spurs for £10.9 million in 2006, then in 2008 he left for Man Utd for £30.75 million.}

Just wanted to challenge gloating bear who posted coefficients of Rangers/Celtic yesterday.
This is official UEFA coefficient points over last 5 years
Rangers: 22.050 ,0.375,6.533,12.720,2.050
Rangers total points 43.728

Celtic: 12.050,7.375,5.333,2.220,5.550
Celtic total points 32.725

Now here is interesting bit Rangers lose oldest points this year 22.050 bringing them down to 21.678
Celtic drop oldest points 12.050 making their new total 20.675

Celtic are CERTAIN to accumulate euro points in 2012/2013 but Rangers depending on tax case might not be , food for thought as even here the "sins" of the old regime are impacting on present day Rangers.
Timalloy

Believable2 Unbelievable3

If that mob lose the tax case and go in to admin they will be barred from playing in europe for three years.over to you ed to confirm this {Ed007's Note - Yes that is possibly one of the sanctions. They could also face a Euro ban next season for the delay in having their accounts signed off. With Whyte taking the responsibility for the 'wee tax case' as part of the takeover there are questions on whether the SFA should have granted them a Euro licence for this season. UEFA statutes state:

“The licence applicant (Rangers, in this instance) must prove that as at 31 December of the year preceding the season to be licensed it has no payables overdue towards its employees as well as social and tax authorities in respect of contractual and legal obligations with its employees.”

Applicant clubs must also, “prepare and submit future financial information which is based on assumptions about events that may occur in the future and possible actions by the management of the reporting entity.

“The future financial information must include a brief description of each of the significant assumptions (by reference to the relevant aspects of historic financial and other information) that have been used to prepare the budgeted profit and loss account and cash flow statement, and also briefly describe the key risks that may affect the future financial results.”

Agree7 Disagree1

Celtic have still to gain Co - Efficient point from this season .

Celtic will record 3 Wins - 3 lose's and 2 drews so points will be picked up also

Agree4 Disagree0

In reply to all who want rangers finished,how long would it take for ceptic to fold without rangers,no tv money,no interest from other countries and a local derby against st mirren?, it shows you the mental age of the average ceptic fan who thinks that this outcome would be for the best,,really need to grow up {Ed007's Note - You post this garbage and go on about mental age? Did you proofread the crayon version before mummy let you type? Did you skip school the day they covered reading and writing?}

Agree0 Disagree2

Tv money (sky) is IMO not going to be such a major loss as it's roughly about £2m . also im sure channel 67 would see a bigger subscription intake outwith the uk for all home games if there was no tv deal.what you think ed ? {Ed007's Note - Plus CFC could sell their own overseas streaming rights, something the EPL clubs are looking into for their next S*y deal.}

Agree5 Disagree0

I don't know who ceptic are you imbecile, but CELTIC won't be affected by the sly deal. it's worth buttons to the club, and we have in place a media format that could easily generate 10 times the amount we receive in tv money now.

Celtic don't need you lot, no-one does, it's only the blue-tinted media that keep spouting this nonsense, which is a far cry from the days when we nearly went bust....never heard a single mention of scottish football imploding then did we? i wonder why?

I've finally stopped reading the Daily Rangers, everything to do with Celtic is negative. "Celtic keep winning run BUT need to add to the squad". It's as if they cringe to write a positive article with out adding pointless negative comments.

Chad {Ed007's Note - I gave up on the red top rags years ago Chad. Both CFC and Rangers fans should unite against them, they play both sets of fans as mugs.}

Believable2 Unbelievable0

Great quote from claros about dreaming of coming to scotland,well that would be us then as he was coming with izzy until his accident n rangers knew nothing about him. offer him a deal just to push whispering ally closer to the door! ed you heard any rumoures about mccoist? mate of mine says he thinks he might be close to walking cos he dznt know what trialists are arriving,app the two indian boys were embarrasing and totally out of there depth plus smith is pushing this euro style of he brings players sally just coaches? {Ed007's Note - I am surprised McCoist is still there, I didn't expect him to see Christmas in the job and I think the league lead he built up bought him some time. Whyte never wanted McCoist as manager and it was forced on him and he didn't want to upset the fans. They very rarely speak to each other and then it is usually only by phone. I have said all along McCoist was being hung out to dry with happenings behind the scenes.}

Agree1 Disagree0

ED007, think this Claros guy is either very unlucky or a jinx. We all know of his first shooting, but he was involved in a SECOND shooting incident, he was being interviewed by a reporter when a team mate burst in with an air rifle and fired 3 shots, one hit Claros, apparently the reporter had written disparaging things about the other player. Keavins, Traynor, Leckie etc.. look out ha ha Timalloy

Agree1 Disagree1

IS it just me or does anyone else think that we should be setting our sights a wee bit higher than a non league English striker? And 1 mill for him! What standard would the conference league equate to in Scotland? I would say possibley 2nd division. Would you pay 1 mill for a 2nd division striker? However many goals he scored. Na. Save the million, don't bother with non league vardy and give young watt a chance. ( I bet he would score a barrow load in English non league football) markiebhoy.

Believable0 Unbelievable0

Iv seen a bit of the boy watt(nxt gen etc) and have no doubt he will make it but just a bit early for me.couple of sub shots let him get up to speed.lenny has showed he has the midas touch with young players he will know when he's ready.rogne,mathews,charlie,forrest,victor,hooper,kayal,foster,even stokes brown are still young.i really feel if the board back him we could be on the verge of something very special,add ledley(underrated just moves the ball),and ki n were in good shape. green jhedi

Agree2 Disagree0

I agree. I think the squad is looking good, and there are a few crackers to come from the youths. This is the first transfer window that I wouldn't be to bothered if we didnt strenghten. Although if we do as I posted before a creative midfielder would be my choice as if forrest gets injured we have nobody in the squad to take his place. Markiebhoy.

Morning ED, this has nothing to do with football but do have a Kindle? Been toying with the idea for a while now and I think Irecalled you saying you had one? I may be wrong. Would you recommend it? LOL

Billyboy1 {Ed007's Note - Yes BB1, if you enjoy reading I would definitely recommend it. There are plenty of free books, e-books and even ones you pay for aren't too expensive. You can also upload PDF files etc to read and can surf the net although that can be a bit limited.}

Can you get a bit of 'how's your father' on a Kindle ed ?
The Real KB {Ed007's Note - I wouldn't know that ;-) You're a bit old for that nonsense. There's no use wasting your script of Viagra mate.}

I can see you're fulfilling Ken Dodd's description of a husband, ed.
