It was a head scratcher when Ryan Christie was forced to isolate and couldn’t play against Sevco and yet Tierney was allowed to play for Arsenal against Man City.
The Scottish media made the excuse that Kieran had previously tested positive for C. V.
Which made it okay for him to then play and Christie couldn’t.
It’s been reported tonight that Boris Johnson has to self isolate again due to track and trace. Remember Boris has already tested positive for C. V. In the past, similar to KT.
At the time it seemed to be one rule for one and another rule for Christie.
Also we will find out in the next couple of days if Ajer and Elyounoussi have to isolate.
Barasic has went through the same experience, except with a different government.
The Scottish government has another decision to make.
They’ve already punished Celtic by cancelling 2 of our earlier leagues because of Boli but still allowed Kilmarnock to play their games.
Again Different Rules For Different Clubs.

Buzz personally I don't think it will come to much, as Norway have absolutely no say in anything to do with Scottish government.

Jady luck not smiling on us this season with the amount of disruption to team selection worse than any other club.

Your right Mally. Horrendous problems we have encountered since season kicked off. We are due a bit of luck.

It's ok for the 2 of them to play against Hibs.

The Norwegian players who play their football in Germany will play this weekend if they get another negative test.
Celtic don’t need special treatment, we only want the same as everyone else.
Which we never got with Christie.

A home draw against the top unseeded club Ross County.
It breaks up all those away games and gives us a chance to start winning at home again.
Elhamed got sent off for Israel tonight which will put him out of the Scotland game.
I would think he would travel back to Glasgow as soon as possible.

The Celtic women have just scored the only goal of the game in the 94th minute away to their city rivals.
As it turns out their bearettes played like bears.
Well Done Ghirls.

Not Cetic related but im sure a lot of us were watching the Scotland game. Mcburnie, Mcclean and Palmer should never be near a scotland squad never mind the starting 11 again. can't believe they lasted the 90 minutes.

McLean is decent but mcburnie is a carthorse should have had a hatrick ges slower than me.

15 Nov 2020 16:17:58
McBurnie is one of the worst players i have ever seen.

Agree3 Disagree0

15 Nov 2020 16:18:56
Wee Burnie is a waste of a Jersey.3 clear chances in the first half which he made an ar$e off. He should have been hooked at half time and dropped.2 goals for clubs and country in 31games.

Agree2 Disagree0

15 Nov 2020 16:27:24
Mclean was horrendous today again. I've never seen the guy have a decent game. Aberdeen was his level can't pass can't tackle his positional awareness is embarrassing for a professional player.

15 Nov 2020 20:33:33
Clarke must be blind to both of them, honking performance and playing Palmer a player from bottom of the championship beggars belief

Just hope the first team get the point needed against Israel now.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Nov 2020 20:52:52
As it stands with the Czech Republic winning,
One point won’t be enough in Israel if the Czech Rep. also win at home to Slovakia.

It now looks like Ajer and Elyounoussi are being allowed to travel back to Scotland today.
The Norwegian’s still expect them to isolate on their return to Glasgow.
It’s unclear whether the Scottish government will insist the players must go into quarantine.
It seems strange that the Norwegian health minister has backed down and is allowing the players to leave Norway but reckons the players should still go into quarantine on their return to their various destinations.

15 Nov 2020 15:26:35
the government will definitely tell them to isolate they won't come out and say that they don't have to i just don't see that happening buzz.

Liam
It’s not any different to when the Croatian, Israel or Irish players tested positive.
Just because the Norwegian health minister has a different rule to other nations.
If he wanted them to quarantine then he should’ve made them stay in Norway.
The Scottish government can’t judge all the players differently.
Scottish soil, Scottish rules.

Was thinking we are really light in the wide man department. how was this allowed to happen. Johnstone always injured and we knew this wee James bit unfortunate because he was on a good run injury free and you could never class moi as a wide man. frimpong could develope but he's being used at rb and that's it we should push the boat out in Jan for a rb and rw imo.

I think our transfers surrounded the 3-5-2 formation.
It might have been better signing a Paddy Roberts or Martin Boyle.

Agree1 Disagree0

15 Nov 2020 15:22:25
Roberts has been to three different clubs since his time at Celtic and although I have not seen him play recently at Middlesborough, he seems no closer to the Man City team than ever?
He could have had cult status at Celtic, but like big FF, I don't think he rates Scottish football or the lure of bigger pay-packets?
Anyway - back to the original point and I have also been saying we should have added at least one winger in the last window and hoped the last-day rumour about Snodgrass was true.

Agree1 Disagree0

15 Nov 2020 16:17:48
That would have been decent business getting Snodgrass maybe Jan because looks like we need a bit more quality for 2nd half of season.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Nov 2020 16:20:43
Celtic mad I think Roberts might of signed a permanent deal at Middlesbrough, I'm not sure though.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Nov 2020 18:20:36
Probably all we need in Jan is depth on the wings and maybe another CB or 2 to settle them in for next season. Wouldn't mind the American lad as he's been getting rave reviews lately to cover Duffy leaving. Colley would be the ideal replacement for Ajer if he moves on.

Final day of the Cheltenham November meeting today and I have already got my bets on in big race at 3.00 PP and Sky paying 6 places if 14 runners which is good value

Briony Frost has did me favours in the past and she rides Sir Psycho 9/ 1
others to consider are Ballyandy 5/ 1 and Edwardstone 15/ 2.

Safe to say opinion divided on big Gallacher. I agree he ain't the next VVD but for those against have you seen the goals we are losing and the state of our current defence? Duffy was signed to add steel and solidity, that's failed. Ajer and Bitton are great with ball and breaking forward but poor in the air for big men and easily turned. Julien and ElHamed are either injured or suffer good game/ howler syndrome. At least Gallacher is fit, quick, very good in the air and puts his body on the line. A bit like Duffy was meant to do but younger, fitter and has potential to develop. And he ain't of £50k pw which apparently is causing some of the unrest in the camp.

15 Nov 2020 09:03:46
Gallacher is 29 Chinks, a year older than Duffy. So there won't be much room for development at this stage. Would I rather have him in our team right now? Based on Thursday's performance alone, probably but remember we frequently batter Motherwell with him at CB.

15 Nov 2020 10:16:28
Jeez, I thought he was mid 20's. that's me told! 🙄.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Nov 2020 10:41:46
He is not quick. He is fine when our backs are against the wall EG Scotland but how many of these games do WE face.
We need pace and someone who is left footed or at least can play left sided defence comfortable.
Those of you who can remember the last 20 years think on our best defenders especially in Europe.
Valgraan, Calaum Wilson and VVD all had great pace that could cut out any balls over the top and cut across to cover the full backs.
Find us someone like that and a lot of our defensive problems will dissappear.

Agree1 Disagree0

15 Nov 2020 14:07:52
Did he not play against us last week? Hh.

Gallacher is one year older than Duffy, but you are right with other stuff.
