I see the chat down South is to void their season if the games can not be concluded. I've witnessed zero chat of Liverpool being declared champions. Would have thought we would have followed their lead. Interesting to see what happens next.

Their proposal getting laughed out the room, their chief executive on the board of something that they say are bullying them, whistleblower, give us prize money cause we donโ€™t want to ask for a loan, null and void, tainted titles, and finally Dundee Utd back up to the big league just in time to see their best pals over govan way witness 10 in a row! It really does not get any better lads! Weโ€™ve traumatised that shower of sh*te from the boardroom to the stands and I bloody well love it! Anyone else for jelly and ice cream? Plenty to go round ๐Ÿ˜œ.

Dundee Utd where always known as having a terrible Scottish cup record when I was a youngster. They were ridiculed because of the amount of finals they lost.
Then they won there first final when they beat Rangers in the 1994 Scottish Cup Final to stop the Double Treble and since that final Dundee Utd have beaten Rangers and THE Rangers combined 6 times in the Scottish Cup Ties In A Row.
I am sure there was at one time a big Irish community in Dundee.

Here's the thing though you'd have thought TRIFC fans would have supported any vote to get rid of hearts since they effectively ended their season ๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿคญ๐Ÿคญ.

The brother in law is a director at ICT. He has been locked in conference calls all day. I will be interested to know his take on that.

50 years today Celtic 2 Leeds United 1

As Max Boyce used to say "I was there" a wee bit lonely with only another 135,000 (and the rest) keeping me company lol
Standing on the Hampden terrace all squashed up together, no fekin social distancing back then, you moved with the crowd every time Celtic attacked, wee Jinky ran Leeds ragged and big Yogi (John Hughes) ran over the top of them, Revie had boasted that HIS team were the fittest in Britain, that night Celtic ran the legs off them, and all us Celtic fans witnessed ANOTHER great European game, we were spoiled in those Lisbon Lion, Jock Stein days, to me growing up in that era it was just NORMAL Celtic playing (and winning) in big european games.
FEED THE BEAR
JIMMY, OH JIMMY JOHNSTONE
hail hail.

Tim, My dad said it was the only time he couldnโ€™t drink his carry out because the fans were that close he couldnโ€™t get the drink out of his pocket. He also said he missed the goal in the first minute at Elland Road because he was making his way into the ground.

I don't think that Terry Cooper was ever the same player after he was given the runaround by Jinky that night.

Was at that game myself but didn't see any of it. 135,000 sardines packed into Hampden. I was thin and narrow at that time and saw a space and went for it. Went in sideways with the objective of turning round facing the pitch. Couldn't get round so ended up watching the guy's neck beside me for the full 90 minutes.

Can remember hearing Billy Bremner's take on that game. Said to Terry Cooper it was best if he stayed in the dressing room at half-time with the tanking Jinky was giving him. Good old Bremner - that's what you want to hear from your captain.
