One of my big Tim Pals, now resident in England, Reading to be precise is up in Glasgow for a few days and has asked me to join him at Hampden today, we both thought we would see Ronaldo in the flesh but alas not. I am not a fan of numptie McLeish but looking forward to seeing young Hendry and maybe Christie today as well as seeing how McGinn copes against top class players.
Also a wee heads up, him and his friend a youth coach for 20 years met Brendan Rodgers last week "for a wee chat" both know Brendan from their Reading days. He teased me by saying "he had some nice titbits of information" to give me about Brendan. My Tim pal is not prone to boasting or exaggeration so I am looking forward to hear what he has to say, and will maybe post some info tomorrow, (tonight will be a pub night after the match, probably to drown our Scottish sorrows lol)

Aye it was on a Sky Sports screen Tim. cannot argue with that. Now that I think about it, see when you take away Tierney’s positioning, awareness, burst of pace, ability to pick a pass time a tackle and provide an assist all you have left is an amazingly fit athlete who would run through brick walls if his manager asked him too. Really wish we’d brought in someone world class like Wallace instead 😂.
