It looks like Ajer and Elyounoussi are in danger of missing our trip to Easter Road.
The Norwegian health minister is insisting that the full squad quarantine for 10 days from yesterday because one of their players tested positive.
According to flashscore their game tomorrow has already been postponed.
It looks like Norway will forfeit their last 2 United nation fixtures.
If the Norwegian officials are persistent, they will stop any of the Norwegian players leaving the country until days after the Hibs game.
I hope this doesn’t turn out to be true.

Celtic and (cough cough) The SFA, plus other football associations need to intervene here or our season will be ripped to shreds simply because the world still does not have a handle on this health crisis. We cannot be dictated to, by the financial gods of FIFA and UEFA or players patriotism or sense of duty; as the safety of players is not being adhered to and subsequently, we have had to suffer severe consequences and it has to be stopped before it's too late.
I would suggest that in any other life-threatening situation there would be an immediate suspension of competitive matches overseas?
However, in football it's roll the dice and hope for the best?

This season is turning into a total farce. Somebody was near somebody that knew somebody that was maybe near somebody that tested positive but it was actually a false positive that turned out to be a false negative.

I posted a few days ago regarding this situation with players having to globetrot and the risks that are involved with this virus rampant across the world . Surely its time for all clubs to say we are not putting our players and their families at risk. I also believe the world health organisation have to intervene and inform FIFA and UEFA of the dangers involved. If proof were needed they only have to look at the number of players who have tested positive from their trips to play these matches and I include champions and europa league tournaments as well as the international competitions . This virus is not slowing down so ditch these competitions till its safe for everyone rant over.

The Norwegian squad have all had 4 negative tests each and their health minister is still trying to keep them for 10 days.

This cluster of International games are the last until the end of the season.
The United Nation games were not a priority and UEFA should’ve delayed them until next season.
The 4 playoff finals could have all been played in the same stadium, similar to the club European competitions in the summer.
Rather than having players travelling to different countries in a short space of time, like Scotland are being forced to do this week.
It’s disgraceful behaviour from UEFA who are showing a lack of responsibility.
Uefa have showed a lack of proper leadership since lockdown, clubs didn’t know whether they were coming or going.
Which led to the Belgian FA getting into trouble.

Need some advice if anyone can help. I was going to buy my son the Scotland football top for his Christmas with Scotland getting through. but I just had a thought, do Scotland change there football top every year like club sides do? If so there might be an upgrade soon . Soz I have never bought international tops before so haven't a clue. Tia.

Scotland will wear their current home strip until 2021 and I can’t see news of a new home top being released before the Euros.
Scotland will however release a new away strip in March 2021 in time for the Euros.
It’s a light blue colour.

Current away kit runs to 2022. It was released in march this year. The light blue and white one. The home kit is due to change next year. The current home kit was released Nov 2019 but next years will be released before the euro prob around Easter.

Sorry for the wrong information Markie.
That’s better news being able to get a new home top for the wee man.
I think that will be a big selling strip for the Euros.
