Got to agree, Hendry is worse than a man down. He will not cut the mustard. Defensively he gets caught out of position and is not that fast.

He's young and confident it's a recipe for mistakes but I've no doubt that he can be coached to pick his moments to take a wander into midfield. Once he does he can be a solid defender.

Always the same now ed. Player gets played out of position and struggles a bit and the fans just right them off.
Same thing happened to both McGregor and Armstrong.
Celtic fans don't seem to have any patience anymore.

IT would be madness to sell or move Hendry, he is playing quite well out of position
If we believe that Brendan Rodgers improved most of our players why can he not improve Jack .
Besides Jack hasn't got near enough abuse to completely. Destroy his confidence

Let me also say, I would want Allan to stay as I can see him opening up tiring defences in the last quarter . He could be vital for us with his very incisive pass .

He certainly has bags of talent. My only concern with him is he is very light weight at the moment and could do with bulking up.

The games he played last season in the first team he got brushed off the ball too easily.

All that being said I wouldn't mind seeing him have a wee run out this season to see how he copes.

Were so far superior to Liege in the first half. Dembele looked really sharp. Second half obviously making 11 subs and a lot of youth. Still looked good though and some good showings. 4 good finishes too. Especially Edouard.

Really impressive first half

This 2nd half team shows we need first team player level signings

Still disappointed that BR is insisting Calvin Miller play at left back - I was really looking forward to seeing him shine further up the pitch.

I wouldn't be that fussed if we didn't sign him. Another midfielder that we really don't need. Rather find another centre back left back or a quality keeper. who do we drop to play McGinn. Its never Brown or N'tcham. Prefer McGregor or Rogic at number 10 so is he there when Brown leaves because right now Brown is a better player.
