Alright everyone, I thought you were very good on Tuesday, but unfortunately your mistakes were punished by a very good team. It will be a great experience for the lads, and they would have learnt an awful lot from it, if you can keep this team together, and maybe add a bit more quality, next year you will have a great chance of going further. Remember, it could be worse, you could be Liverpool, with owners, a manager and players nowhere near good enough to be apart of the club.

don't want to ruin all the positive feelings but, looking at bit objectively, I think:
1. no creative midfielder to spray it about, open up defences. It;s all bit pedestrian and predictable

2. not able to play our way through defences - only plan seems to be get it wide and then bang it in to the middle

After a few days to digest Tuesday's result I am still sickened by the fact we are 3-0 down in tie, before the game I wasn't expecting us to go through but after 30 seconds you could see they were no better than any spl side, they played stoke city football and we gave them too much respect and freedom, I am proud of the team and their achievements in Europe this season and though it is still possible to turn it around as we should of had at least 2 goals against them on Tuesday

Jackson's article on Paul Murray today is a laughable attempt to rehabilitate Murray's reputation with the fans and the general public. Also mentioning Alsstair Jihnston and Martin Bain for the same reason. But all three were members of the incompetent reckless board who led rangers over many years into impossible debt with bank of Scotland. They were also blaming Lloyds weeks before Whytes takeover for stopping them from buying better players on more credit!
All three had noses in the Rangers trough feeding well. None put money into rangers all took hundreds of thousands out.
Were all three on EBTs?
If they did no wrong, are they banned for five years from holding office bearer positions in association football, having led rangers to liquidation?
BDO LISTS THE FINAL DEBT CURRENTLY AT £124m PLUS A POSSIBLE £47m EBT APPEAL RESULT.
They led a club needing £20m from CL group stages every year to break even. That's what they gave Craig Whyte.
When McCoist blew it in Europe he sank the club. Whyte didn't sink it. Whyte tried to keep it going but ran out of money.
Is Jabba behind Jackson's usual?

Once they were Rangers,
Now they are Sevco,
But it won't be long,
Before Ibrox is Tesco. Drewzybhoy.

Does a big club celebrate being free of Administration for one year?
Surely this proves that they are indeed a new club as the old club is still in liquidation?
A celebratory film on the the Sevco web site entitled "rangers rising".
Rising from what? How can a new club claim to be rising while it is in the bottom tier of the Scottish leagues?
I blame the schools myself. . . . green jhedi

Read on sly sports an article with mccoist talking about how great it is that club survived despite all they've been through in the last year.

How long are the authorities going to allow them class themselves as the same club?

Ex FIFA ref Kenny Clark calling the Juve manhandling incident correctly.
Why STV continue with has been SFA ref Dougal baffles me. The guy is regularly called upon to manage public perception regarding positive slant for Rangers and negative slant for Celtic. To say the ref in the Juve game couldn't do anything about it as it was when the ball wasn't in play is durely incompetent? Why then did he book two Juve and two Celtic players?
Is that a wig Dougal wears?
STV NEEDS TO DROP THIS GUY AND BRING IN THE MORE SENIOR KENNY CLARK.

Very interesting article from Paul Murray, ex director of ex rangers, in the record. Now Mr Murray is a businessman. From what remember of his press at the time of rangers demise, he is a well respected and very competent man with a record in corporate governance. At the time of Agent Whytes fake over he"said it was the wrong thing to do, we said it to David Murray, to Lloyds, to the football authorities but no one would listen" You must assume he includes fans of the ex club in this, I don't remember any great protest or marches against Agent Whyte, so they were probably being guided by the Scottish Media. Their new Media Director, who at the time was sports editor for the record, was running stories of Agent Whytes "off the radar wealth" and of "£15m warchests". The same Media Director who now claims he was working undercover to expose Agent Whyte. To recap, the man now responsible for the the rangers PR has, admitted that old rangers had died "no matter how you dress it up it is a different club" and kept quiet, duping rangers fans in the process, allowing the old club to die. Mr Murray then goes on to criticize Duff & Phelps for blocking his Blue knights consortium at every turn before from nowhere unearthing Green. So Green came from nowhere. Interesting that. Whyte borrows cash from Ticketus to buy rangers. Green arrives from nowhere and borrows Singaporean cash to buy rangers assets. All the main figures in this have business links with various companies. Interesting that. At the end of the Murray article is this. " I was criticized by some fans, probably with good reason, because we did not "MANAGE TO SAVE THE CLUB. My only objective was to make sure the club fell into safe hands, it was not about making money it was about PRESERVING THE CLUB AND IT'S HISTORY" Seriously, if you were a fan of the The rangers, would you be taken in by scarf waving, paranoia inducing rabble rouser with a questionable business record, or might you listen to a respected fan and ex director who flagged up concerns that were rubbished by the Media? Buy the history Chuckie? you must be pi**ing yourself at how easy they have swallowed this guff. green jhedi

Can't believe kenny McDowell claiming ally mcoist should get two medals one for winning the league and one for all he's been through from rangers fall from grace absurd what about death threats attacks in streets attacks at sidelines on live television 24 hour guardians from fans of your club but hey I lost my job just before Christmas do I get a medal no I just get on with it as does Neil Lennon shows true character Neil does most managers would have packed. There suitcase that's how Neil is idolised by the Celtic supporters because of his grit determination and I have actually had a chat with him in a boozer and is a really nice guy

It wasn`t our best performance but i'm just so happy we made the last 16 once again, we have a young team and and money in the bank, and the players that are coming in are unknowns and making it to the last 16, it`s a great achievement by everyone at Celtic!. Juventus is by no way a small team, 3-0 flattered them, we still have an away tie to play and i`m looking forward to it! Keir.

I have read some of the posts on here over the past few day and think some of the comments are very harsh! let's be honest here efe just won't the African equivilent of the euros so as a manger you know what I would have punted him in! As a manager you live and you die by your decisions and on this occasion yes lenny you maybe got it wrong? But for 75min Celtic were the better team we played the better fitba! Let me just say at this point also that we had a ref on the night that denied us IMO 3 stone wall pens? If it had been a boxing match the points would have went to us but its not boxing! I for one am a very proud Celtic fan and proud of the teams effort on getting us to where we are today! if you had offered me this before a ball was kicked I would have bitten yer arm off! I do how ever believe that the so called fans on here critisising players and the manager need to look around to where celtic is now or maybe take there heads outside and give them a good old shake! I for one am proud HH
