Hi Ed. Reading about Griffiths being left at home to work on his fitness do you think certain players have seen Lennon as a pal rather than a boss? And do you think Lennon likes to be that guy? Seen a few tiktoks (I'm not on tik tok) where LG has almost taken the pi$$ out of NL.
I hope with NL taking the decision to leave LG at home will really make him realise the chances he's been given and work hard to get back to his best.

Yes Lennon likes to be seen as one of the lads and getting involved in the "banter" but I don't think it's as bad as it was when he was first here, maybe he actually learnt something from his time at Hibs.}

Cheers Ed. I got that impression of NL especially first time round but I would like to think he's learned like you say. I've said before that there will not be anyone who wants to win 10IAR more than him so if that attitude filters down to the players, especially ones like LG who are maybe more pally with him than others then that is a good thing.

{Ed007's Note - He was left behind because he wasn't fit enough but to listen to some fans and the media it's as if he's rocked up like Derek Johnstone & Kris Boy's love child.
As I said the other day before this all came out the word around the Club was that he had picked up a knock and that's why he wasn't training with the squad, there's obviously something wrong but I don't see any reason for the reaction we've seen.}

Ed, I think a lot of fans see it as a slap in the face to the club having shown such great support to him over the past year or so. Whether it's extreme enough to warrant that reaction is debatable like you say but it certainly doesn't benefit him or the club with big games coming up in a few weeks.

A Celtic statement said: "Leigh is undertaking his own fitness programme along with some other players at Lennoxtown. He will team up with the squad when they return from France."

So according to that he's not the only one who was left up here to work on their fitness
- why single him out then - and he'll be joining back up with the squad next week so if he's that unfit why will he be back training with the squad next week and how can they gauge that?}

some people on that SSB tonight slating him were going over the top. he is a bit unfit big deal few weeks and he will be up to speed banging them in this season. griff for 20 plus this season.

Why is the guy not allowed to have a life. Ithiught his stuff on tiktok was good (my daughters account) so he can do what he wants in his spare time. Although he should have kept his fitness up too. But the pic Ed put up he doesn't look that far behind.

Can I ask a but if advice on players guys. 3 things and mostly regards the probable 352 formation we will play domestically. Firstly can Mikey and or Mo play as a left sided wing back, do they have the workrate and defensive side to their game? If not where do they fit into that formation?

Secondly and on a similar theme, if Dembele pushes through this year, where does he play as he definitely wouldn't be a wing back? It could be we have 4 quality wide players this year and to get at least 2 of them onto the pitch we have to go back to 4231.appreciate your thoughts cheers!
