I firmly believe this is the biggest derby ever we are on the brink of a double treble which will put our manager and players on a pedestal so high you would get a nosebleed and also the sevco players will go down in history as the team that had the chance to stop history being written stone dead and blew it.

Fingers and toes crossed mate it works out the way it should. got a gut feeling though we will get a red card first 10 mins for Bain/ Gordon and secco penalty there will surely be a fair few “ honest mistakes “ on Sunday as in regards of the magnitude of the celts doing something “super “ Walter couldn’t manage with his cheque book in pocket. hail hail.

Bobby Madhun will be desperate for an opportunity early on to try knock the stuffing out of us. We need to be calm for the first 20 minutes, get into our stride then boss it. Their clubbers will be out in force tomorrow. As long as we keep 'the offside buffalo' in his best position, we should stroll it.
I'm going for Celtic 3 Sevco 1 with a double from the moose and the other from Paddy.

The one thing I really like about BR is, in the past he has admitted that they always train the week before a Rangers game as if we play with 10 men and it showed the last game at Ipox.
Brendan will have them all tuned in, not to give the ref or linesman any kind of chance or excuse to send someone off. also again they have been in the papers about how they want to win a treble and how morelos will score against us, let them talk.
we will do our talking on the pitch.

We should win this no problem. Better players very strong bench. In reality would any Rangers player get into our team? don't think so. However in football things go wrong. Bad decision from referee known as an honest mistake can change a game. Would like to see Griff lead the line but am sure it will be Dembele. His big chance in shop window before summer move. Come on bhoys. Anyone going out tonight or to the game stay safe. When we win tomorrow its going to go off. Prediction 3-1 to the bhoys in green.

There can be absolutely no doubt that there will be many 'honest mistakes' and biased decisions to unsettle and penalise us at every opportunity and the betting-men out there will be looking at odds of a red card and/ or a penalty in Sevco's favour.
This has worked in previous years, in semi-finals and finals at Hamden; however, BR is well aware of the cheating and skullduggery around these fixtures and really prepares the players accordingly.

We haven't played as well this season as we did last season but in the big games we seem to find another gear. Hopefully it will be the same tomorrow.
It amazes me listening to the pundits talking about how Sevco have closed the gap on us this season based on the last match at Ibrox. A match where they had home advantage, Boyata had a nightmare game, they took the lead twice, they had a man advantage for over half an hour, and their fans bombarded our players with missiles for virtually the whole 90 minutes.
Despite all this they still lost, yet the pundits still try to convince us that the gap is narrowing. I would love to see what the gap getting bigger would look like.
Any team can lose a football match, we've lost semi finals before when we have been the favourites, but whatever the result tomorrow Celtic are streets ahead of Sevco both on and off the pitch.

We will run them ragged and show them
that they are nothing but a noisy irrelevant small club.

I would have Jozo in place of Bomb scare and maybe Armstrong for Ntcham, mainly as he has been there and done it against Sevco and can hit the net.

Jozo every bit as big a bombscare as boyata.

Nycham must play alongside Brown. Also play Griff. More mobile than Dembele. Rogic if fit.

In the meantime I got info on a big priced outsider in the Aintree 4.40 today Good Man Pat 40/ 1 ( some bookies paying 4 places)
Older posters will recognise name as a poster who used to frequent our forum with his wit, maybe a lucky omen who can tell?
