My daughter Erin (most on here know her story, had a big brain tumour but is ok now) asked me during CL qualifiers how you get to be a mascot. Said I wasn't sure but would check (which I didn't, as I'm crap like that) Wife did check with the club though and told them Erin's story. They weren't able to let her be a mascot but are putting all 5 of us in directors box for Ross County game in December with full hospitality and meet with manager and team. What a bloody brilliant club we have! Erin and her brother and sister all chuffed (and me acting like a bigger wean than them! ) Seriously though, what a lovely gesture, hail hail :)

Sorry to hear about your daughter Davie. Know exactly what your family are going through, my eldest daughter had same condition. I thank god everyday for sparing her.

Thats a fantastic gesture by club, hope you and your family have a great day out.

Would be nice though if club would give another child who has suffered chance to be club mascot though. There are a lot of sick children out there who would love once in a life time chance to be mascot. Its unfair Wee Jay these children are being overlooked.

Just hope he has good advisors . It's terrible the way mega rich teams just farm all these kids . The boy is learning a trade . Would be ashame for him to go and just disappear like many before him chasing money .

feruz was in the press today saying he chased the dosh, which was a mistake and wishes he stayed with us, hindsight is a wonderfull thing pal.

Seen that to. was bound to happen when we put him on for development team! Let's just hope the boys family have more loyalty and sense than that wee half wit feruz! Read his pearls of wisdom this morning, trying to advise young dembele and saying he regrets leaving us!

Hollow words in my opinion from someone who has ruined his career big time with his arrogance and greed! Playing for a team in the Belgian 2nd division. well I say playing, he can't even get a game for them!

And still searching for his 1st goal in senior football! I for one have no sympathy and take great pleasure in seeing him sink lower and lower! If young dembele wants to look at someone who's made an absolute mess of there football career then look no further than him!

I'm glad he's seen the errors he's made, if there's one person young dembele should listen to its feruz. Just hope he doesn't choose money, there'll be plenty of time to make mega bucks if he knuckles down and trains hard.

I don't think playing the last ten minutes of an under 20 domestic match has made any difference to the amount of interest in K Dembele by those who matter . The people recruiting for the top academies and clubs with top youth set ups would have known all about young Dembele. The media an the ordinary fan in the street may not have been aware of K Dembele, but in this case it probably doesn't matter, but no doubt the Scottish media will move him on ( if they can)

The Scottish media is the media that I suppose the young lad will be watching and reading, still think it was a bad idea and the wrong thing to do to let him play with the under twenties, he should have been left to concentrate on his schooling without getting mixed up in this media circus.
