This pre season so far has been for Brendan to assess what he has already and itd going to take more time before he decides who to let go, we don't wanna get bit on the backside, Imo a few youngsters have stuck out and I'm sure before 31st August we'll have a squad to win 6 in a row and pit up a good show in the CL, keep the faith HH.

I thought Griffiths' comments earlier might have raised a few comments.
I'm just wondering why we would consider playing a guy that scored 40 goals last season at right wing? Also what does that mean for Roberts? If we are going with a 3 why not Dembele on the left, Griffiths in the middle and Roberts on the right?

That sounds good but not what Griffiths described. He said that he is playing behind Dembele and that BR had seen most of his goals and the majority were him drifting in from the right.
I just feel that every manager Griffiths has played under at Celtic hasn't trusted him as the main striker when it is clear he is our most dangerous player.

I for one was born to a Scottish mother, an Italian father and my passport says I'm British , I would not be offended if you called me any of those things.

Nothing in my post suggests you were talking about anyone but Murray , I was using myself as an example of someone like him who was born in Scotland and has no problem being called British and using you as an example of someone who isn't British but seems very concerned about him being called British , unless your about as Irish as James McCarthy and Aiden mcgeady, in which case I apologize unreservedly.

I don't understand the link between Murray and him being British when successful and Scottish when not winning according to British media . Every Country from these Islands avail of the rules and laws that make players not born in a particular Country available to pay . I must say I thought it was only Rangers fans who had a problem with players opting for R O I.

Hi folks, I read the site every day but kinda new to posting! . some great stuff! (Ed 007 always seems to have his finger on the pulse! ) think the Toure signing if it happens is what we need for this season. attacking wise I think front 3 of Griffiths, Dembele and Roberts will blow away most teams in Scotland, hopefully get us thru the qualifiers too!

I don't think it matters so much where these front 3 would be on a team sheet, I believe and hope their movement and pace could really cause problems for every team! Roberts looks naturally good on the right cutting inside but I'm certain he could do as much damage if was moved left or middle during a game too.

Like all these tax cheats the question that always nags at me is when is enough enough? If I had 100 million, would I really be so morally and social corrupt that I would go out my way to save 5 million in tax because the 95 million wouldn't be enough? I truthfully don't think I would.

Fab1888, you didn't explain how you got the original 100m . If it came about in the way most tax cheats accumulate their wealth, may avoidance or non paying of tax in the first place, it would still be wrong to not pay the £5m .

Is that for real? andy Murray everytime . I don't know how good the right tennis racket can be but I know if Lewis Hamilton raced a different car he may not be where he is . Benefit of the doubt I'd put top 3 genuinely world class performers would go Murray 1st, Mcilroy 2nd with reluctantly Lewis Hamilton 3rd. Murray for me our genuine world class star.

Fab1888, best reply in years😂. i'm a genuine fan of Murray, our countries best sport star in decades, i don't think i'd ever tire of slapping Hamiltons smug mug. Il judge them on slapability, if i did slap murray, i'm sure he would just back hander me to the otherside of the court. If i slapped Hamilton however he'd probably run away to his team greetin i'd scuffed his hat and scratched his 50 grand shades.
