For the players we have and what we have bought plus the experience our manager has in European competition I do t see why we are surprised at our situation. If we want to improve we need to spend and that in turn would attract a better quality manager. I said at time we r a development team right now so we may as well develop in the Europa league

I could of swore I was on here weeks ago saying ciftic was not going to do it for us and that we r on the decline with a development club mentality. Won't change until we get folk on the board that are interested in pushing football on and not ££££.

I'm not doubting he thinks he is a player and the numbers 1-11 should be occupied so let's c how long of ban he gets for being stupid with his bite and then c how often the number 7 is on the park

Griffs attitude to play football is never in doubt it's his severe lack of brain cells for living life off the pitch that is an issue and always will be. RD has instilled a better training and fitness attitude for the whole squad. I agree it's the board holding the purse strings and that's why we don't have the right quality. We have a development philosophy now which is fair enough but players only get better by playing with better. U stick a top drawer front man in that team and watch the youth flourish
