All said and done we are Celtic FC circa 1888. There are now only 3 games between our head to head record look at that from 1990 it reallly should and can only be ours for a while patience .

In attacking midfield we have:
Forrest, McGregor, Sinclair, Rogic, Morgan, Christie and Johnston. Which means no space for Arzani at the minute.
At centre back we have:
Boyata, Ajer, Simunovic, Hendry and Benkovic. So no space for Commper.
Our squad is way to big at the minute and we need to shift some bodies before bringing more in. The only position that does not apply to is Striker as we only have 2 strikers in the squad and we really need 3.

Powder Finger we can't get cover for Dembele till January and by then it may be too late. Yes we have resources available but we had them available now and didn't use them. Posters need to wake up. They make excuses for the lack of transfers talking rubbish like "we are waiting till the EPL window closes so we can get better value", telling the rest of us to chill out there is still 4 weeks of the window remaining and now we are getting posters telling us we will strengthen in the January window. It seems that no matter how poor the team play, the issues with transfers or whatever then its all right because its Celtic and you mustn't criticise because if you do you are not a true supporter. Well the goings on at Celtic football club since January are a disgrace. The team was faltering as far back as then. Surgery was required. Now its major surgery at end of this season as we will lose N'tcham, maybe Tierney next year. As for BR, he has not covered himself in glory. His sniping at the Board re transfers destabilised us further. He should have the conversations behind closed doors. All BR was doing was giving himself an excuss. He knows he is never going to bully Peter Lawell to spend when he decides not to. PL could come out and justify why in his opinion he has backed the manager but he won't do that. So BR is not blameless. This entire episode has for what ever reason gone badly wrong.

You really think we have been poor? this team has been on a 2 year massacre hardly put a foot wrong won everything put to them domestically have broken just about every domestic record it was always going to hit a buffer.
Now Europe that's a completely different situation we came up against a stuffy Greek team who were well drilled and had a bit more experience than us and were better prepaired on the day. Sods law.
Look at Olympiacos and the high flying Burnley's result or another example we get a loan player who cost 13 million with no senior caps for Croatia.
We sell Dembelle for a record deal for 6 or 7 million more Leicester City aren't even concerned by that outlay how much do you want Celtic to spend put a figure on it.
We have a bunch of decent players who have done us proud support the team and don't feed the hype.

Bar some bad luck and injuries we should be sitting 4 points ahead of the tribute act going into our home game against the shame.
Hopefully we are not the only European represetatives as it would be good to see them struggle playing twice a week as they did today but I think they will go out.
As I've said previously come a week today we will see what the Calvinist belly kickers are shouting about around wine alley.
I doubt they will still be smashing their way around Europe but they will still be wrecking Glasgow's finest eateries and rest rooms Enjoy a libation on Sunday knowing we are still and always will be a class above.

It's all about the desire which sadly wasn't there on Thursday We need guys who do the hard part of the game I feel the teams soft at the moment a few have gone Henderson Sviachenco and Johansen rightly or wrongly they were all a bit harder than some of what we have at the minute. but we are still way better than anything else up here we need some pace and power all this crap about Griff carrying weight he's most likely been lifting them which can cause you to slow up and look more bulky Forrest and Christie look the same.
As said previously England have ruined the transfer market if Brendan is really that frustrated with his lot up here which I have my doubts he will go at the end of the year hounded out in the same way Lennon Strachan and others were before him they didn't want to go but did funny that.
All were successful in their own way but the negativity that spreads over the club it's causing instability the rubbish we see or hear in the press or on live Tv now? Fat Griff. China, Aston Villa, Newcastle. Man Utd OK are we really going to sign players on 100k a week to keep the infallible one happy.
