I wonder if we are witnessing the second best manager in our history. Not just because of the double treble but for the vision he shows moving forward. Watching his press conference today he is ambitious, humble and clearly loves our club and particularly our supporters. He is a class act in the way he conducts himself and promotes our club. I feel privileged to have been at Hampden to witness both trebles being achieved but I am sure there is still much more to come. Hopefully 10 iar will be part of his legacy.

Just watched Hateley on Peter and Roughie. Looks as though not much point in us turning up on Sunday as "Rangers" are such a good team and 5 or 6 of their players would get into our team. What a load of p! sh. Thought I was watching Rangers TV for a minute.

1-0 ht. gordon lucky not to be sent off gave away pen from a shocking boyata passback ( a few players guilty of that today) their player went round gordon Then overhit it but big Gordon stuck out his arm and their guy went down on a sight touch bit a touch nonetheless . it was our best period of the game too . not overrun by any means just less sharp than them and a bit rusty.

Well I think if there anyone on here who thinks boyata will do for the CL just have a look at how rapid scored there goal! A decent centre back is a priority! Said it before and I'll say it again, though he done pretty well coming back last season boyata is never the answer for us!

A bad pass back caused the goal. Best time to make a howler is in a friendly. A few moaning already need to get a grip. It's about getting fit and trying out different systems and giving the young players a game. A solid Centre Half will be brought in before the first qualifier and 2 or 3 quality players added.

We were at it last season and we managed to get until half time in the 2nd meaningless pre- season friendly this yr . I am sure if a player mis- behaves Brendan sends him into a room to read what the fans say about him . In most cases it would soon take the players down a peg or two.

Brendan said in the interview after the game that we had a few injuries in midfield and he played him as he didn't want anyone playing to long and that he was giving his boy a chance to keep up his fitness levels as his pre-season didn't start for another 3 weeks.

I hope it is not Larsson. We only need to look at the new team playing at Ibrox to see how a former playing legend can become despised and ridiculed as a manager. His time may come but we need an experienced manager with a successful track record to take us forward next season. I would not be unhappy with Clarke, Mackay or indeed Moyes as a successor to Lennon.
I think you are being hard on Celtic. They took the game to Juve particularly in the first half. We did not look outclassed and with a bit of luck could have scored a couple of goals. I am worried about Izzy who is proving to be a liability at times and also Fraser Forster who seems to be lacking confidence since his return from injury. However I am very proud of Celtic's performance in the CL and look forward to next year's campaign.

They have recently shipped goals to Ayr, Falkirk and Hamilton (3) . They have improved under Murty but I very relaxed about Sunday and expect a straightforward victory.
