Got to be wary of the diving Naismith, he'll go down at the slightest touch.
If we play like we did against St Johnstone and Hibs we'll win easy. The main men will be Rogic and McGrego, if these two click it's game over for the Wee Huns.

As always it’s our powder puff defence that is the main worry. Hendry isn’t good enough and Lustig has lost 40 yards.
Play like we did against Hibs and it’s an easy win. If our defence plays the way it can then it could be a long afternoon.
Absolutely no confidence in our defence. Hope they step up and stop gift wrapping goals for whoever we play.

That may be the case magicpole but l am worried they will bully us in mid field. For me kouassi is a waste of a jersey. Rubbish during the week and most games he played. No way he will be able to mix it up if things get physical which we all know they will.

I disagree Kev. That’s not how you manage sportsmen in this day and age at all.
“My way or the highway†is very shabby and deadhead.
You build mutual respect and carefully manage any differences with conflict resolution approaches.
People do degrees in management including psychology etc. It’s a structured career discipline. These highly motivated sportsmen are all millionaires in their own right.
I doubt Stevie G manages his players like that. I think some managers forget what they learned during their badges training.

Whatever he has done previously, the way he disrespected the manager like that on the eve of a big game shows his true character to me.
He was given a platform, adulation and an opportunity here but to force a move in that way I say good riddance. Credit to the manager for showing strength in getting him out the door quickly, he's only been here 2 years n joins the likes of van hooijdonk, Di canio and cadete nothing more than a mercenary, nice while it lasted but history will show he ranks fairly low in the list of great recent celtic strikers.
Disappointed we couldn't get in a 3rd for back up but I guess Christie now gets his chance.

The difference between Dembélé and the 3 amigos was the trophy count. Dembele helped us be successful, 6 trophies, 2 CL qualifications. The DiCanio, Cadete and PvH managed 1 medal between them! Can’t blame a guy for wanting a fresh challenge back in his homeland where he will earn more money, increase his international prospects and play at a considerably higher level than we could offer. Agreed it could have been handled better but this day was always going to come. The big man gave some of some most memeorable goals and performances I’ve seen as a Celtic supporter so let’s appreciaye what he did contribute over the 2 years he was here.

I was gutted with it too. He let himself down. And us and there was no need for it. I won’t forget what he brought though. And if Lawell let’s us spend any of the £20m on quality he will have funded players Lawells arse of the CL put in peril.
Lawell is the real villain. No planning for his replacement. No replacement. Just no fecking planning at all.
We are where we are because of Lawell. Moussa is a symptom of how complacency and abject failure in attracting players leads to players who want to move on can’t because we have, and by we, I mean Lawell, dors jack apart from let his PR team paint him as a hero
He’s been holding us back for years, but pulls out a fecking commercial deal and he walks on water.

This is my first post since before Christmas. My Daughter has been in and of Hospital for months, but fingers crossed she's getting there.
On the B. R front, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Like everyone on this great site (about from the odd visitor! ) we bleed Celtic. It's in our Bones, It's in our Blood and for a so called fan to leave like he did is sickening. Like all fans, I have spent a fortune Supporting my Club and I still will.
Why? It's in my DNA. We move on now under Neil Lennon and I for one can't wait till our next Home against Aberdeen. I'll be there with my Daughter (I've told my wife she's going🤞ðŸ™) singing my heart out supporting the Team I love.
And a wee message for Mr Rodgers there's a song which I adore, which you'll never get as your feelings are fake.
The song is called "Something Inside So Strong"
Only true Supporters have that feeling.

Managers and players come and go but hopefully our club will be there forever, that's the main thing.
As much as I have criticised Peter Lawwell and the board over their transfer policy, it actually looks a wise decision to not let Rodgers loose with millions of pounds of the clubs money. It looks to me that no matter what we spent on players, Rodgers would still have walked out at the first offer that came in for him.
Fans aren't stupid, we all knew that eventually Rodgers would leave, I for one never thought he would stay here for ten in a row. I didn't expect him to treat us like this though over a move to Leicester. We were on the verge of 2 huge games which could have defined our season yet he just walked out and left us in the lurch. No one who says they love the club could ever treat it in such a way.
I can't say I hate the man, he gave us some great memories over the last 3 years which you have to give him credit for, it just saddens me that once again illusions have been shattered by someone who I think most people thought was better than that.
Either way I don't think he'll be long at Leicester, If he starts off badly the their owners will soon get shot of him, and if he does well then bigger clubs will be after him. In that case I don't expect him to show them any more loyalty than he showed to us.

Scott Brown deserves a new 2year contact. I posted last week that the Team move the Ball a lot quicker without him. But WE NEED him, the game on Thursday proved that. He's our Captain and the experience he brings can't be underestimated. He will lead us to more Trophies.
If he does go well I hope he gets a Mega Deal because the guy is a Winner.

We can all see the Team play a lot quicker without Broony and yesterday they were a joy to watch. But, our Captain must be given a New Contract. The guy is an inspiration to the rest of the Squad and there's going to be times when we need him to come off the Bench to slow things down. He will step up and deliver when he's required.
Broony must be here to Lift the 10 in a Row League Title.
