I'm hearing Sturridge Barker Zanka are nearly over the line and that the young lads Baldock and Justin Jones are being discussed. Nice to be trying to seal deals nice and early.
Sturridge will need a few quid on wages but not spending a lot of millions on him will help pay his basic.
He's played and scored at the highest level so he should come here and help us win the 10 and the quadruple treble.

Batman I agree he’s been pretty injury prone over his career but being able to get the lad fit and keep him fit he would be a quality addition to our team and has good experience.

Striker, left wing and a cb would be a good start to recruitment for Lennon. if Sturridge can keep fit he’s be an asset but definitely worth taking the chance on him hopefully to play with Edouard rather than as a replacement tho. If we get barker could see Sinclair away for few million tbh would like that Baldock no nonsense RB defensively not sure how good he is going forward but prefer defenders that can defend first attack later ðŸ‘ðŸ¼.

Read an article years ago on Sturridge that Liverpool tried everything to keep him fit even ran tests on his dad and uncle to see if there was something hereditary or genetic in the injuries he kept getting and the hamstrings always going. Good player when fit but that’s not very often. Waste of money.

Ive just returned from my interview for the vacant managers job at Parkhead. The board were impressed with my cv - having taken Aston Villa to the champions league and won it on my first attempt and discovering a young Gabriel Barbosa with my extensive scouting knowledge. Although these are feats completed in Football manager 15 the board recognise that I must have something special about me. It’s between me and a few others so wish me Luck guys. Cheers.

Hi my friends I am thinking of getting Celtic TV as whenever I do have the tele on at Enricos home that shows are poor so why not watch us much Celtic material as I can.
Does anyone know much about this and is it a monthly subscription?
Do season ticket holders get a discount?
I thought maybe some of you guys might have it so any help or advice would be appreciated.

Only about £50 and well worth it, some great content on it. don't think there's any discounts available and its an annual subscription.
Gotta admit its a pet peeve of mine Celtic fans who watch dodgy streams of Celtic TV online but won't pay for a subs. Fair enough stealing from BT/ Sky but not Celtic! play the game lads!

It's just as illegal to use a VPN to watch live games on CelticTV in the UK and Ireland as it is to watch a dodgy stream on another site except those who do are openly breaking the T&Cs of their contract as a CelticTV subscriber. I think it is well worth it as I can't get to games due to disability. I just avoid the score until 11 or 12.
I do know though that they put something in the Celtic TV website that detects a VPN and then blocks the stream, I'm sure they started it at the beginning of last season.

I pay the annual subscription for Celtic TV because I wanted to watch the games. I know use a streaming site because its easier. I still have my Celtic TV subscription because I can't attend games and want to the club to have revenue. Still can do both.

I think we will be a really direct team in the new season young Shved looks as though he has some drive. Shved wee Jamesy Christie will all be looking to get forward and score goals.
Big eddy always has goals in him and with griff and Bayo in the team and fit they will be desperate to score goals.
If the teams try and sit in this season I'm sure Celtic will pummel them with constant pressure.
Whoever comes in for left and right back I really hope they can defend well and they enjoy to bomb forward as well.
There will be a few hunskelpings next season.

Young KT has developed into a fine player he's played with his heart and sheer skill if he wishes to go so be it.
It's up to the money men at the club to get the best deal but accepting Jenkinson who's contract is just about up another couple on loan would be ridiculous.
My only fear here being if we do get the 25 million that keeps popping up how much of it would be spent to replace him and strengthen other areas of the team.
We are already sitting with a pretty amount of cash from previous years but so far this window there is not one name who we have been linked with has got me thinking he would be good for us.
Wee Lenny has suppose to have been looking for players since February so what is the hold up? I realise some people will say it takes time to conclude deals bla bla bla. but right now players have left and nothing has been done again.

He's never had a chance to prove himself. I don't know the reasons why he's not been selected when fit but I'd have expected sight of him towards end of last season if he was going to appear. Guess time will tell.

Compper is hopeless. Said at the time he’s not the answer and certainly isn’t now. People will look at stats and see an experienced bundesliga cb but watching him play you see a b-tec Scott McKenna.

My friends why do we always seem to take forever to conclude any dealings in the transfer market?
Granted after long discussions we eventually managed to sign guys like French eddy oli Ntcham sinky and wee Roberts but then other times with Mcginn picinni and more recently Turnbull the deals fell through.
Our club seem to fail in closing deals for one reason or another and it makes me think do we have the right people in place to handle this type of business?
I am just thinking and wondered what the rest of you guys think and thought?
I know there is plenty of time still to strengthen But like some of the others have posted we were suppose to have been scouting since beginning of the year.
I seriously hope this summer doesn't go like summers before and as I wait and wait for new recruits to be added to my beloved club that it all ends in tears.
I'm away to have another couple of grape juices my friends

Farewell to young KT, what a great player and will go on to be managed by a world class manager at arsenal where he will be in with a chance of winning silverware both domestically and in European football.
If the team at Celtic can get Jenkinson fit and keep him fit I imagine he will be a good signing as he’s played most of his football in the English Premiership.

Sinkyy has been an important player since he arrived yes sometimes he has not so good parts of his season but so does every player.
He brings goals assists and plenty of experience.
No way should we get rid of him.

Jenny my friend you are entitled to ask whatever sort of question you want, you seem a very big supporter of Celtic and it was a decent question to ask but quite frankly I see nothing but good things coming over the next couple of seasons.
The club are in its best position ever on and off the park so for me Lawell and the rest of the backroom staff are fulfilling their tasks of ensuring our club continues to be successful.
I do believe there will come a time when Lawell and Desmond leave and hope whoever comes in continues all the great work that has been done.
